@LieutenantFatman how? That's the plot to the original ps1 classic that came out in 1997. Everyone should know that part that happens at the end of disc 1. It's one of the most biggest things on the internet. How can you not talk about it? It's gonna be remade in the new game. Heck I knew about that event before I played a single final fantasy. I know people that only played up to cloud cross dressing and they know of that plot point. The gane of getting remade so it's possible they make it so she dies elsewhere or a different way. So as for spoilers for the new game, it's unkown. It's one of those things that is also kinda unavoidable. Cuz you know it will be in articles. Plus square also said its gonna be different from the original in other aspects as well. Could be cool if they re did Crisis Core and even a playable version of Advent Children lol. Or a Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete "Remake"

Wait.... Just make 3 games. Each disc is the exact same as the original 3 discs of the ps1 title. Installment 1 could end after Aerith dies and you fight Jenova. That could be the final boss. It kinda works to be honest. Back then they made an over world across 3 discs, I'm sure they could do the same here. I'm kinda finding faith in this. Still curious how it actually ends up. Interesting nonetheless

@feral1975 I don't know how much it is now but when it first came out on the ps4 it was on sale and it came with a theme so there's that. It was like $10.49 I think it's now $14.99 maybe? I'm unsure.

@Tasuki I think the reason VII gets more love is cuz it was the biggest at the time, and it just seemed so intense compared to a SNES Sprite powered game. VI is good. One of my Favorites, but VII is still my absolute favorite.

Already pled the demo. it is out on the Japanese PSN Store, so I got to play it already. It is really good. And I like how it feels. It looks AMAZING too.

@kyleforrester87 that makes sense with something I read awhile back when XIII first came out, maybe a couple years after. Square said they weren't going to do a remake of VII like the graphics of XIII(it looked amazing) because it would take forever to do, and they already have other things in production. It was awhile ago on wikipedia I believe. May not be there now. But it would make sense. Making the series like this would make it a bit easier to make. Still would rather wait though.

@Gamer83 yea, but I think to be honest, Konami is the worst. I don't think Square Enix can go Konami. It's not called going kamikaze its called going Konami.....

That's money grubby and greedy though. They'll charge $40 at least per release! Why not just make it disc based where you can buy a season pass physical copy where they send you physical copies of the next parts when they come out? Lol.

@get2sammyb Yea the game takes a LOOOOOOOT of time to get the Knights of the nine Materia. So it would still take quite awhile. Still though, ill play without any of the Cheat modes. that would make it less fun.

@sajoey Not really, cuz Microsoft has it when you pop in ur compatible 360 Disc, it will start downloading the WHOLE game to your HDD. and not from the Disc. From their servers. It could have been the same. PS2 DIgital Games on PS3 could be updated on PS3 and Transferred to PS4 as well.
And in order to play said downloaded game, you need the disc in the system at all times. It doesn't play the disc, just uses it as a verification. ony has done this on PS3 already if slightly different. Look at Assassins Creed Revelations, or Tekken Hybrid. They both have Games on them that must be installed to the hard drive. They don't show up as actual disc icons. They still need the disc to be played as a verification method. So they have done it before.

@SonyInfinity because people like the fact that They own the game but may not own the system to play it on, due to any number of reasons, maybe a house fire burned down, and destroyed half the house with the ps2 system, and 45 out of 60 games? Or What about the Digital Versions at least? I bought Persona 4, Persona 3 and Fatal Frame, and I cant redownload them as crossbuy? I meant the PS3 could have done the same thing, 1080p, and trophies. But they didn't. In my opinion, its just Sony being greedy. The Vita was a flop, and a lot of stuff they said they would do, never once happened.

Slightly off topic but, remember when the Vita first came out and they were talking how they were saying that it would be able to remote play your PS3 games? any and all PSP games? what about the supposed PS2 games on Vita. Instead Sony didn't do any of that and ignore the platform, but they still release stuff on it cuz why? It makes them money. if you are to look up online about Vita Emulation you would know that (@tasuki I'm just saying an example please don't delete this lol hopefully it shouldn't cuz I said this before in a earlier article when the vita came out) The emulator is built into the device already, and people have found ways to boot up Backups of their own games, even physical ones like Crisis Core (not Digital at all in NA) and it ran 100% fine. Meaning Sony was just picking and choosing, patching games for exploits, and such. And they barley do that anymore. All it is for in my opinion is for money, cuz they know people will end up buying these, be it nostalgia, or games they never played, or cuz they have to have every copy in existence.

All I'm saying it would have been nice if I would be able to pop in my discs, and it download a copy of the digital version to my system in order to get it. But it needs the OFFICIAL disc, in the Drive in order to play it. Or you know, redownload my PS2 Classic on PS4. I cant access any of my PS2 Classics I bought and cant play anymore due to the fact my PS3 is broke now.

Sony this rebuy your games over and over and over and over and over again, even if its the EXACT SAME ONE is getting old.

I mean when you buy a digital game, your actually just buying a license as some people say. Meaning digital games wont be available if the network gets shutdown. What if the PSN goes down for good on PS3? I cant redownload any more of my games? THAT I PAID FOR?? WITH MY OWN MONEY? I own over 300 games I acutally paid for on my PS3, not counting the PS+ freebies. What happens then?

I just got a Xbox One and out of a lot I hate about it, that's one thing I love about it. I would love to see them implement this in a free program and update on PS4. And no limits on what can be streamed my opinion.

I say they should incorporate a feature like Xbox did. Any games that are supported you have on disc you can insert it and it'll download it from the store, but you still need the disc to verify to play it. Like Xbox.

I'd much rather have my discs play.... Lame because I only own 3 ps2 classics but still interesting nonetheless.

@ShogunRok weird thing to think but with download sizes the way they are for games, demos jumped up in size too. So that would make some sense. Naruto Storm 4 will be my first demo in a year or 2. My first demo on PS4.

@FullbringIchigo my thoughts exactly. I wouldn't unless it's a game you want as well as other ps4 games. Like I didn't buy an Xbox for just Halo 5. I bought it for all the exclusives. Halo 5, halo 6, Rare Replay, etc. Same thing for my ps4, Blood borne, killzone shadow fall. And any multiplatform game I get on whatever I think feels and plays better on.

@thatguyEZ I would have plugged a HDD into the PS4 and did a backup. It would have saved PT for you. That's what I did when I had issues with my system a few months ago. Still able to play PT even. I don't dare though cuz its terrifying lol. I definitely started it up and walked down the hall to see if it worked. Left the game afterword lol. I don't want it scaring me a new way like one unlucky person found awhile later after came out xD.

Only had frame rate drops in certain areas with lots of trees enemies and fog. Dropped down to maybe15 to 20fps otherwise its been going strong in that regard, however I do have a glitch with a mission. Guy name Barney climbs into a underground entrance yet u can't enter it to talk to him. No prompt at all to enter. It's a side mission though so I just said I'll come back after the next update. So not game breaking just annoying.

Other than that, the game runs fine. Occasionally a bug or glitch will make me laugh but nothing bad.

Barley starting building anything. Mostly started on sanctuary and a movie drive in, but didn't do much building in sanctuary except close up some already built homes and got them happy. The drive in has only a few built places cuz I was testing it out a bit more. I like the addition of this system. It's what Skyrim should of had for the dlc for building your own home from what my gf said. I think it would work if they did it right. Like did quest to get property deeds where you can build your own home and such.

Fallout 4 though is an amazing game. There is so much to do in the game. It's freaking crazy. Lol. Worth the price point.

The Game is Freaking fun when playing with a friend our a couple of a friends. xD I didn't buy it though so that's probably why I never bought the one on PS4.
