If I wasn't putting all my little free gaming time into MGS V I'd buy Darksiders 2 for sure as I skipped it last gen. I didn't think it would be only $30.

Finally picked up Dark Souls 2 for PS4 for $24.99.
I've been waiting too long for a good time to get that game on new-gen.

Definitely recommend Darksiders 2. I played half of it on Wii U before getting sidetracked with other games, but it really is fantastic. I have the PS4 version preordered- there was just too much screen tearing with the other versions, especially on Wii U. I'm hoping that's been remedied. I'm sure it has.

Assuming it stays at $29.99, I'll likely download it before the year is out. I do love The Legend of Zelda games and many people, including yourself, have told me DS is similar.

@shogunrok don't forget to add that on the sale you get more of a discount if you have PlayStation Plus. Final Fantasy XIV is just $9.99 if you have PS+ instead of $11.99. Still really good sale.

I'm thinking on what to get but I at least know three things I want, Diablo 3 on PS4, Peacewalker on PSP, and Final Fantasy XIV. There are possible others too but I'm sleeping on it all instead of jumping the gun. Lol.

From the looks of it, EU is just getting another Rockstar sale.

@DrClayman where'd you hear that? Real shame if that is the case, I've been wanting to pick up MGS3 HD on Vita but figured I'd wait and see if it got dropped in a sale. I do already have it on PS3, but having got the stealth bug after playing MGS V, I now want to do me some sneaking on my commute / lunch break - you can never have too much Metal Gear! Will be gutted if it goes on sale in US but not here :/

Witcher 3 dlc is on sale? That makes things interesting.

@SteveButler2210 Just what I've seen on the store so far, not announced, but a lot of Rockstar games are showing discounts starting today. Not gta v PS4 unfortunately, but most of their ps3 stuff. Who knows, there might be more discounts coming later today.

Thanks for reminding me that I still need to play Ni No Kuni which I bought on sale over a year ago for $11 and only played the first hour so far. May not be much gaming for me for the next month or so however as the Mets are on a roll. Actually signed up for the higher level cable package so I could watch rather than listen on the radio, and they rewarded me last night.

Edit - might have to pick up From Dust for $4.50. Tried to pick it up last week for $5 but w/ $2.13 in my account Sony wanted to change another $5 to my CC leaving me w/ $1.98, which just seemed so stupid. At least when they charge me $5 now I'll still hav ea few cents more than I started w/. It's sitll stupid though, just charge me what it costs like iOS, Android and even the eShop does. Sony should be highly embarrassed to be behind Nitneod in that regard. And yes I am a broken record on this subject b/c Sony is broken and they wont fix it.

@DrClayman ah ok. I hope that isn't the main sale, as looking at the discounts they last for 2 weeks as well, meaning ages until anything worthwhile :/

EDIT: there are some more deals in the Digital Discounts section. I'll grab SSD for the Vita but nothing else there for me that I don't already have. Still, I'm happy with SSD + DLC for £4 so could be worse.

Also what the hell is going on with the game images on the store at the moment. The last few days I've noticed on various different pages some games are showing random totally unrelated images (eg I'm currently seeing the Project Cars thumbnail on the SSD game page).

I just need dragons dogma for ps4 thats all i want!
