That list says A LOT. Of all the options, only Gears broke single digits at a whopping 11%. Halo is teetering with double digits at 9%. That’s with almost 6700 votes.

It’s really kind of sad.

I don’t consider Fallout or Elder Scrolls Xbox, but of the options those are the only two franchises I care about.

Flight Simulator with PSVR2 support would be a Day 1.

An interesting fact:
When Xbox doesn’t like their numbers, they quit sharing them.

Long gone are the 360 days of sharing consoles sold. That ended quickly after One released and quickly got doubled throughout its lifespan by the PS4.

But GamePass, the Xbox pride and joy, was continually being updated with subscription rates…until it wasn’t. Last subscription update? January 2022. Over two years ago.

There’s a reason Xbox is going multiplat.

I think this quote from Robert Morrison (Bend) is spot on concerning competition:

“ There’s an understandable concern by some that a perceived lack of competition could degrade quality of releases. At the developer level, PlayStation studios don’t compete against Xbox or Nintendo studios. We are all driven by an internal desire to create the best work possible.”

I fall into the “I don’t care” category. It’s an interesting topic, and the flaming meltdowns are mildly entertaining, but there isn’t a single base Xbox game I give two sh**s about. I have enough money to invest in more than one system, but have never been slightly tempted.

Bethesda is a different matter, but that’s simply for Fallout and Elder Scrolls, and I can easily live without them.

I guess you don’t spend around $90 billion in acquisitions since 2018 and expect shareholders to wait for massive profits from the growth. Letting PlayStation and Nintendo users contribute to Microsoft’s Xbox growth will be letting the genie out of the bottle. Shareholders won’t let those revenue streams disappear if allowed.

I just completed that mission! It was definitely a nice twist with a great environment! I had no idea it was PS5 only.

I keep my credit frozen now. The biggest impact would be on international individuals.

Disappointed that Sony’s last E3 was the auditorium tour in 2018. A lot of thought, work and money went into that show, but it was a logistical nightmare moving the audience.

The results were either lopsided or nearly 50/50. Should be fun!

If present performance is without Sony’s guidance, it sounds like they require Sony’s guidance.

It's hard to say Sony is moving away from single player experiences when they've released so many single player games this generation. What Insomniac has put out along with GoW and Horizon, not to mention the Bethesda and Final Fantasy contracts.

I’m not going to buy it, as I have way too many pinball packs already, but if you’re going M, bring in some 80s “mature” classics. Porky’s. Revenge of the Nerds. Police Academy. Airplane. Those could be fun!

Square Enix.

It’s a MMORPG, but Final Fantasy XIV has been an amazing showing for Square Enix. From its disastrous 1.0 launch to the redesign and launch of what it’s become today…and it’s been around since the end of the PS3. The lessons learned from that crash and burn would be priceless.

It’s almost as if they knew they were going to be purchased by Microsoft, so they made a Microsoft level game. $76.5 billion spent for Redfall, Starfield and now this. It’s so…Microsoft.

Just trade out the inappropriate scenes with school girls in short uniforms and call it good!

The Bungie purchase was to lock down a FPS and provide a GaaS resource. Both are failing. This wasn’t an “organic growth” opportunity, it was a short sighted Jim Ryan knee jerk reaction.

Insomniac was organic growth, and they’ve performed beautifully.

You’re correct. Naughty Dog doesn’t make bad games. It’s not an Xbox developer.

Only time I almost got sick on the PSVR was doing a barrel roll on the Eve game. It was a literal stomach lurch!

Home was Sony’s best live service “game”. Fat Princess after that. I bought the Pirate/Ninja/Giant add on.

Definitely a bad pivot. Hopefully the new management shifts to the PlayStation of old.

I added this to my wishlist but I didn’t see a PS5 version. Don’t think it would matter much, just a FYI.

I created a Japanese PSN account to download the Namco collection demo which gave you playable arcade cabinets for your home space. Pac-Man? Sure!

I left just as the first progression was coming out. It’d been about a year, starting the trial on PS3 before finding a spot with the PS4 version. The controller difference was game changing. The center pad really helped!

It’s just so much content.
