If you’re a fan of Call of Duty, or just military first-person shooters in general, then you’ll probably want Crossfire: Sierra Squad on your radar. The larger-than-life outing developed by Smilegate will see you battling a “seemingly endless enemy force with high artificial intelligence”. It also looks utterly ridiculous; for example, you can catch grenades out of the air and toss them back at your enemies.

“Play as the leader of an elite fireteam in the middle of a war over a top-secret biochemical weapon that has recently been discovered,” a PS Blog post reads. “Who is responsible for this weapon and for what reason? Be prepared for fierce resistance from all sides as you battle a variety of crafty enemies and a relentless search for the truth.”

There’ll be over 60 campaign levels, with almost 40 different types of weapon to use. Furthermore, you’ll be able to play solo or in co-op, across a variety of different gameplay modes, spanning everything from arcade through to hardcore realism. Will you be locking and loading this when PSVR2 launches next year?
