I'm skipping these for now, but only because I've played both P3P and P4G within the last couple of years. Still, they're both excellent games.

It's cool that the disk drive can be swapped out if it breaks, but otherwise I don't mind if the disk drive is detachable or not. This move seems more for Sony's benefit though, as it helps them to streamline their manufacturing processes.

Simon Pegg is great. This news just makes me even more excited for the game.

Interestingly enough, I played both Monster Hunter Rise and Persona 4 Golden just last year, so I'm not going to get them again. However, they're both excellent games that I highly recommend.

That's great news. Makes things much more simpler, as it's always been a bit of a mess in terms of different games and editions. Plus those with only the third game are now getting a lot of new content to play.

I really enjoyed Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, but with The Last Guardian the gameplay didn't click with me so much. Whatever he makes next, it'll certainly be worth a look.

It'll be interesting to see what direction they take this game in. I absolutely loved the focus on exploration and environmental puzzles in the older games, but admittedly haven't played much of the more narrative driven recent games.

Could be great, it one to keep an eye on.

I've not played many 2022 games yet, and have been doing more retro games this year. The only three of those that I've actually played are Cult of the Lamb, Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, and Arcade Paradise.

I'm fine with the delay, so long as it releases in a good condition. The whole Cyberpunk situation has made me more cautious with ambitious games like these, so I'll have to make sure the PS4 version is still good before buying it on there.

Cool. I may as well make the most of it and see what Fall Guys is like these days.

Too late for me. Even if it was at a convenient time, I find the awards sections to be dull. The announcements are the only reason I pay any attention to this event.

Rise is a wonderful Monster Hunter game. One major thing it does to improve the series is that it lets you ride on a dog, making it quick and fun to get around the map.

I'll be continuing with Persona 4 Arena Ultimax and Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. And also, I'm in the mood for giving the original Pokemon Snap a try.

It looks decent enough, but it's a shame that it doesn't quite reach its full potential. I'll likely get this eventually, but I'm in no rush for it.

Having a hotel with various eccentric cult members should be quite an interesting setting.

That's actually a surprise to me. Weren't they making future expansions free following on from their horrific launch, or did they change that? Or did I misunderstand or dreamt an announcement?

This compilation had gone completely under my radar, so reading this review was helpful. Atari was a bit before my time, so I don't have any nostalgia for this era of gaming, but flicking through this collection would probably still be great fun for me.

Glad to hear they went all out with this collection. Not just with the sheer number of games, but also with taking the time to add interviews and other related content.

I rather like puzzles in video games, so it can be mildly annoying when they're quick to steer you towards the solution.

It also depends on the context and how it's done, and whether the puzzles are the main focus or not. If the puzzles aren't a key selling point of that game, then I don't mind so much when a supporting character starts giving hints through speculation.

That's a shame, his tweets were a good source of keeping updated on the big gaming headlines. Anyway, I wish him all the best with whatever else he's doing.

I didn't even realise it had released on PC. There was so little fanfare for this launch.

I've got out my 3DS, and have been mainly playing Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Chances are I'll probably play a little bit of Hitman 3 and Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak as well.

They're wonderful games, so it's great to see them being made available on modern hardware.

It's frankly a terrible way of doing things. Sony should be treating their customers equally in terms of support, instead of loyalty bonuses such as this.

I get that some other industries do a similar thing, but it feels so out of place and inappropriate for video game consoles to have tiered support.

That's a massive leak if it's real. As it's just alpha builds, I'm not going to judge the game with this. The gameplay footage could easily change wildly between now and the game's release.

Yakuza is such a cool name, but I'll get used to Like A Dragon quickly enough.

With all these announcements, I've got some catching up to do with the series.

Brilliant. I hadn't even heard of this spin-off until now, but I'm super excited to try out this remake.

I'm still on PS4, so it seems I'll have to skip this expansion unfortunately.

As long as they release the expansions in a decent state, I'll be quite eager to get back to it and revisit Night City.

That's a bit of a shame, but not a deal-breaker for me. As long as there's a good mix of other side-activities, I'll be happy.

Those common rooms all look great. We don't often get to see them except for the Gryffindor one, so it nice to get a good look at the others.

It's a Studio Trigger anime with a cyberpunk setting. That's all I could have asked for, so I'm pretty excited for this.

@nomither6 Anime is basically just any Japanese animation. So there's a huge variety of anime, ranging from family-friendly shows such as Sailor Moon or Studio Ghibli movies, all the way to the more graphic things such as this show.

Sounds like a fairly decent remaster, I'm excited for it. Pac-Man World 2 was the only one I played back in the day, so hopefully that can get a remaster next if this one does well.

I've just started with it, and it's fun so far. The mix of looking after the cutesy animal followers along with battling in the dungeons works rather well.

There'll be some fun announcements, but probably not enough to justify the two hour runtime. I'll either have it on in the background, or just catch up on the highlights afterwards.

Most of this news sounds great, but I am concerned about them adding cities over time. Best case scenario is that we're getting some cool single player expansions. Alternatively, it could mean that the game will feel incomplete at launch, or that the single player and multiplayer could be heavily coupled together.

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment was never sold over here in Europe, so I'd love for them to make it accessible on modern hardware. Similarly, a remake of Persona 3 with the gameplay improvements and extra protagonist of P3P along with the extra story of P3 FES would be great.

Nice to see some Etrian Odyssey representation, with it in 10th place. I do wonder how they could make it for current consoles though. The Nintendo DS and 3DS were perfect for its manual map drawing features due to that bottom touch screen.

Cats are great, but I wasn't going to play this. It seems to be one of those games that get critical acclaim, but where I just don't get the appeal. Maybe I'm missing something about this game.

I'd be happy if the single player is as good as GTA V. But it's been a long time since they've last made a GTA game, they've lost some writers, and then there was all the issues with the trilogy remake.

Nice, I've excited to try out that new area. There's quite a lot going on in that trailer, so it should be a fun map to explore.
