My Premium sub expired two months ago. Not renewing. Even Extra isn't worth it at the moment. Maybe in a year or so, when I've whittled down my backlog a bit.

Not acted by Ashly Burch I hope? Her voice acting in the games is already over the top, bordering the annoying.

Played Sword of the Sea for one hour but my PS+ Premium sub expired. Waiting for a sale on the game because no way I'm renewing my subscription.

I wish that Konami would remake Castlevania - Lords of Shadow. That game has such a good story and strong ambiance. Add semi-free camera controls and it's perfect. And I also like them to re-elease Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate HD on current consoles. I don't understand why publishers gate keep older games on the consoles that they were first released on.

Ragnarök's ending left Atreus'/Loki's storyline WIDE open. Let's get a shorter and cheaper spin-off game like Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, featering Loki's exploits first. And then back to Kratos's full blown fight against the Egyptian gods!

Replaying Zelda: BotW on Switch 2. Finally playable in 60fps and at a resolution that doesn't insult your 65" 4K TV purchase. Also replaying selective levels from Astrobot. Untill the new 3D Mario, this game is my favorite platformer.

@Bamila One of the main reasons why I don't want VR. I have a huge 4K TV and that's enough emersion for me. I'll also probably get addicted to VR and it will ruin the fun of playing games any other way.

Replaying Zelda: BotW on Switch 2 and it's keeping me in this incredible zen state right now. Probably going to be replaying a couple of Astrobot stages too.

YES! Exactly the reason why I have stopped trying to play Rockstar games. I love their games when it comes to story, the amount of open world freedom, incredible details and and just plain old fun! But their horrible game engine allows for only very sluggish game character movement and it completely destroys the gameplay! If Rockstar would just be able to reduce the input lag by about.....ONE SECOND....that would help.

Sony has completely lost the plot! With their deafening silence towards customers on their already announced games. With their gung-ho attitude towards live-service games that nobody asked for. With the complete lack of attention given to their major franchises and just single player games in general. With their (seemingly) lack of investments into creating new franchises. Bad Sony....BAD!

And I could go on. Their utter and complete lackluster PSN Premium content. Them rotating games out of this service, not replacing them with anything special or only very obscure games. Why even pull games away from a "premium" service !?!?! Customers PAY FOR IT!!! RIGHT??!? Them nearly completely shunning all PS2, and especially PS3 game support. Utterly disgraceful!!!!

I don't care for any of these games. But I guess I'll try to find out what the Balatro hubbub is all about.

Removing games from the Premium tier? Especially PS3 games which are available only in this tier? What's the use of having customers paying more for it then ?!?!?! It just makes NO SENSE.

Yes, 70 Euros (tax included) is too high! Digital prices are already relatively high when you consider the profit margins per product sold. But asking such a high price for an older product that has already sold well when it was released...just seems like peeing off customers for the sake of it. I get it, Sony wants their cut too. All the more reason for Microsoft to lower their margins and making sure to create good will with customers. And we all know that they need good PR. 50 Euros (tax included) would seem more reasonable. I'll wait for a deep sale though. So maybe in a year from now.

Darwin's Paradox! LOL I'm just tired of most big games...Not to say that there weren't any interesting titles, but they're likely not for me. Or I simply don't think that they are worth full price. I almost always wait before I buy. I'll first want to see the reviews, play demos or watch streamers play.

I'd really like remasters of the first trilogy and PSP games. After that, a shorter GoW game about the adventures of Atreus, taking place after Ragnarök. And only then... a HUGE sequel and finale, with Kratos and adult Atreus defeating all of the biggest Egyptian gods. At the very end, I'd like Kratos to become mortal again and find eternal rest. So a satisfying finale of the GoW saga. Atreus could still go on after that though.

What's keeping devs from including K+M support in console games if the console enables it, and especially if there is already a PC version! I see no reason for single player 1st- or 3rd person action games on consoles not to have full K+M support. I'd love to play games like Mass Effect trilogy, Fallout 3, NV and 4, Metro 2033, Dishonored, Bioshock trilogy, etc on my PS5 with K+M. I still play these games on PC, but the mentioned titles are as much as my old PC can handle don't feel like spending €1500+ on upgrading. With full K+M support on PS5 and onwards, I would likely ditch PC gaming.

I mostly play offline single player games, so I wasn't bothered. But I know several people who were super angry.

What does bother me though, is how easily consumers can lose access to the services they pay(ed) for. Not only to online play, but also to more and more single player games that require online access.

I don't think the 5 days of free Plus is good enough. It's a start. Sony should make a public pledge to do better, explain how they plan on doing this and to be more transparent towards customers, should issue's arise in the future.

I want keyboard and mouse support in all single player console games! But let me use my own periphery devices.

Nice! Played the "demo" on PC, but I prefer to play it on my TV. I'll wait for it to dip to around €20 though.

I have the base model, thought about upgrading, but didn't. I think I'd rather wait for PS6. Until then, there will be a couple of games (like the next GoW an Horizon games) that might benefit from the performance that the Pro offers, but €799,- is just not worth it for me.

Horizon: Zero Dawn Remastered For the fourth time. LOL. I love this game to bits. It puts me in a happy place. Story, gameplay and music are just awesome.

But I've bought several indies on Switch too. I'll give them a whirl.

No Pro for me. Unless my current PS5 dies. But still...That price pays my rent and three weeks of groceries!

Ghost of Yotei looks awesome! I just hope that the game will tell a somewhat realistic story and not include any woke ideas. The actress portraying the protagonist is known for her VERY strong activism. I just want to play good games and not be propagandized.

Soul Reaver remasters look great too. I hope that they updated the control scheme a bit, because these are very wonky for today's standards.

10 Bucks is okay. I'll pay that. I wanted to re-re-re-replay the game soon anyway. I love the lore of Zero Dawn! Forbidden West a bit less so.

I screwed up! My premium subscription expired and renewed during my 3 week vacation. What a waste of money! Save to say that I unchecked automatic renewal for next year. At least there is The Plucky Squire...

I have the digital base model. I would be tempted to get the Pro if it were 600 Euros (550 Dollars?) max. I do have a modern 65" OLED tv, so I would benefit from the Pro's technical enhancements. But 800 Euros is just waaaay too much.

There is potential for a show, I guess. But if we look at Fallout, at least that game series has enough lore and details to make a show. The Horizon games as of right now, might so too, but only barely. Let them wait to make a TV series until after the next Horizon game (probably the end of a trilogy) has come out.

NOPE! The fast pace (I'm "old"), the online aspect, the no doubt over-the-top earnings model for the dev/publisher. Nah... I'd rather play 30-80 Euros, 8-25+ hour single player story driven games.

Not a fan of "Summer Game Fest" and of Geoff Keighley. He's cringe. For me it's just a time of year where there are slightly more game announcements as usual.

Sony said that they had a dozen games a service in development. With the reception of Concord being so bad, I'm wondering what will happen to the still unreleased games. I only play SP games so I can't really be bothered.

Finished Jusant an hour ago. Really nice gameplay, ambiance and story exploration. Make sure to find all the pages! Getting something to eat and then start Cocoon.

Agreed. But then they'd need to make a 64-bit version of the engines. Like they did for Skyrim SE. And every effort seems to be too much for Bethesda these days.

Too little too late. Sony is even worse at acquiescing to the hunkering for retro games by the fans than Nintendo was with it's Virtual Console. PS Plus Premium is dead to me. I'm not renewing. I'd rather pirate the PS1 and PS2 games I want to play. Don't even get me started on how bad/lackluster PS3 streaming is with my 200 Mb fiber optic connection... I'd rather buy a used PS3 console.

I haven't played any 2024 release yet. Simply nothing that interest me enough to warrant my time or money. And my backlog is still huge. I have my eye on several indies and AA titles, due out later this year however.

Gameplay seems enjoyable enough. Graphics and art style are okay-ish. Eve, the protagonist seems very shallow, both in appearance and substance. I could be wrong, but I'm not really excited right now. I'll probably pick this game up in a deep sale.

I don't see how any current games could really benefit from better hardware. 60FPS performance mode is fine for my taste. Maybe future games like the next God of War or Horizon game. But I'll probably wait for PS6 then.

This looks promising. I've added it to my wishlist. If the story is good and not overbearingly long, then I'll buy it soon after release. Waiting for reviews first.

Ubisoft games are always on sale soon after their release, but I think that they're breaking the record with Skull & Bones.
