@Jacko11 I wouldnt say it makes them entitled, everyone has different amount of disposable income on based on that hes free to feel its to much for him right now. We all know discounts come pretty quick for a lot of games.
@Oram77 as an adult with minimal that has to try and figure out which direction to go in every time I start the game a map would be beneficial. Its basically an accessibility option.
This is gonna be unpopular but seems a lesser way to cheat. If I understand it he actually won the tournament fairly he just used someone else to qualify? At least he had the ability. Anyway, still right to be disqualified though.
What a ridiculous approach. I might pay a tenner to upgrade, I wont pay 50 for something I already have. They could have had some money, instead they get none. So many idiotic moves this gen.
If we are honest Arkham Knight was a big disappointment, not just the Batmobile stuff but it was bloated and the story was poor after honouring batmans legacy so well in the past. But anything they put out now will make that look like a 10.
I dont really know much about this game, I enjoyed LiS but feel things have moved on since then. But I dont get why the default is: *Create fanbase *Do things with the property the fans dont like or want *Call them toxic if they dont buy it anyway?
I don’t think people realise what makes die hard a Christmas movie. I was thinking this watching carry on on Netflix, they trying to push it as a Christmas movie but it’s just taking place at Christmas. Die hard has Christmas theming and heavily utilises it, coming home for Christmas, family, Christmas party. You can’t just say something is Christmas because of the month
I’ve started with PSVR again after a long time, having a blast with drums rock, Jurassic World, played a bit of Kayak, might try before my eyes later today. But metro and aliens are what I’m looking forward to. I haven’t played the 3rd metro game though. Anyone know if it’s needed?
@RBMango I think we are largely on the same if not similar pages.
The sad fact is there was a time when no one would have batted an eye at this, but there has been so much cynical dei that people see this and expect it to be that, whereas Vasquez was an organic story driven choice.
@RBMango I think the problem is decisions like that used to be made in the name of a good story, then over the last few years the decisions have been made for corporate DEI reasons and now its gotten to the point where its hard to tell so people are expecting the worse. We can argue this is tiresome but that expectation has been set by gaming/media which is also tiresome.
People were expecting a bumper month because of the anniversary, 12 arriving, 17 leaving. These are decent quality for me but the maths isnt great as the ones leaving are decent too.
It depends what you mean by watching, I wouldnt just watch others play games, but things like outsidexbox, whatculture gamin, gameranx, all on my youtube when im too busy to game
I used this to stream Jeanne d’Arc yesterday and I was really impressed, I think this is how it’s gonna shine for me. Especially if my boys are already using the ps5
@saffeqwe I’m fairly sure he’s right, judgement has been on there twice. I started playing the first time, lost access then never went back when it was added again
There are probably a number of questionable user reviews but a lot of valid points that are allowed to matter when people are making their decisions on their entertainment as well. I dont trust that 8 from the critics either. I've seen how similar some of those reviews are like they have been given a list of points they have to hit (are paid to hit?).
I don’t get what people don’t get, so has bought two studios and closed them both without releasing a title (concord) of course they are suggesting it’s been done to reduce competition. Maybe they thought ms were sniffing around them. I’m not saying it was the intention but it could be seen that way.
Well just to counteract the last two comments, I cant wait for this, replayed a bit of the original on PS2 earlier in the year and it still holds up pretty well, if theyve managed to give it modern controls thats about all it really needs.
I personally think there are lots of reasons and lots of people to blame for this. I used to take £40 into a game shop and wonder round looking at box art till something looked cool, well that way of discovering games is pretty much dead now. The £70 price point makes me far less likely to take a gamble on a title, after I do take a gamble I have less money to buy another game so I probably own less than I used to. Things like PlayStation plus mean that if I’m just after something new to try there is normally something there I can just play without having to spend. Then in game creation there seems to be a lot of companies trying to tell us what we want to play rather than just listening. They then over estimate how big their audience is based on the number of buzz words they’ve found, the large budget, well who sets those? It’s not like you can’t make a game on a lower budget. There are so many problems in the industry at the moment but for teams that approach it right it can be quite lucrative still.
@Chupa_loyzer I think the problem is it’s down to business decisions but it’s not the people making those decisions that get laid off. The games that have been made are good but it’s the devs get laid off. The games however lack wide appeal, certainly not the appeal the decision makes anticipated, but they are the ones that keep their job.
I can imagine it was a feature for game devs to allow them to set the screen to their news but Sony set the default the wrong way round. I've seen people report it would make perfect sense to live service games like Genshin Impact. Which it would. Hopefully thats all this was.
I genuinely think moving away from geralt will be such a bad decision for this franchise. Sure other characters are cool but I think it will end up so generic. Guess time will tell.
Dont really care what he's saying but I'm tired of people dunking on Colonial Marines. I enjoyed it. I get as a full price title it fell short and was a long way below what it was marketed as but given how quick it was at 2.99 it was more than worth that. I played through to the end, had a good time and thats more than i can say about a lot of titles.

Re: Final Fantasy 16 May Have Underperformed on PS5, But It's Doing Terribly on Xbox
It would have been fine for a spin off game but for me it didnt feel like a mainline FF.
They turned their backs on what FF fans like in search of new fans and ended up missing both.
