Brilliant bit of marketing that. I wish Sony would give the PSVR2 a promotional push like they are doing with PS5. It is groundbreaking kit but you wouldn’t know it even existed unless you are already heavily invested in all things PlayStation.

I’m looking forward to Beat Saber and the Walkabout Mini Golf could be fun…Creed Boxing is another title I will get to supplement my daily fitness regime

I will be buying this but what I want is The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapters 1+Chapter 2: Retribution physical…does it exist? PlayStation uk are selling a version but are vague about if it’s physical or not..Is the deluxe version physical?…it’s driving me nuts trying to find out!

Thanks @get2sammyb you have saved me money and avoided disappointment. Was gonna get switchback but not now…may try it if it appears on PlayStation + … I have way to many more worthy vr games to buy anyway..super excited for walking dead

Hmmm 🤔…normally wouldn’t give this a fair look but Dreamlight Valley early Access is superb…so this may be fun

I will definitely be checking this out on PSVR2. The trailer is full of charm and character…I loved Lemmings back in the day so to play something similar in VR will be a thrill

Great news 🗞️ indeed….Being a London boy I loved this game..it was wild running through the streets I know so well in victorian times..Now I will go back and plat it an finish up the dlc stuff…never thought I would be praising Ubisoft for anything but cheers for this.

@neonpizza I ordered from PlayStation direct which was the only way to preorder it in the UK. I would have preferred buying from a retailer and being outside the store 8am this morning with all the excitement of picking up my new kit…but I guess Sony wanted to cut out the middleman..to be fair perhaps they wanted to stop a limited stock situation like with the PS5 by taking control of distribution. But hey guess what amigo?…It is freaking amazing and well worth the trouble 😍

Ummm…guess what? It just turned up! No emails or tracking data and nothing gone from my bank! Maybe it a freebie cos I am such a good customer! An monkeys may fly out my butt! Anyways it is Christmas after all…God bless Sony..never in doubt 😉

Today was supposed to be my Christmas but it seems Sony Claus will not be delivering. After a day of checking my mail obsessively yesterday I got shipped notice but it was for the charging unit…that turned up this morning…no idea when the PSVR2 will arrive..awaiting shipping in my Sony account still and the payment pending notice in my bank has vanished with No money taken..an absolute shambles…Is it not a realistic expectation when you preorder something you should get on the release date? Turned down work today for nothing..maim in the UK btw an bloody fuming 😡

Am I being a foolish optimist hoping that two of the games are Half-Life: Alyx and Astrobot VR 2?

This is good to hear…like the guy above me I’m not really a ‘Star Wars guy’ but will definitely try it out…now stop bothering me an let me carry on checking my emails every 2 minutes an sit by the front door!

GT7 will be a dealbreaker for a lot of people about wether to purchase PSVR2..It is gonna be an epic experience…now if you will excuse me I will get back to obsessively checking my mail for a delivery confirmation from Sony!

@NEStalgia and @thefourfoldroute1 Thanks for the advice and recommendations…Yea Moss is the one I will play first an then Horizon I guess..I also have No Mans Sky which will be intriguing in VR. I will try a limit my gameplay and train my brain gently..really hope I have no problems because I am super excited for PSVR2…more so than the actual PS5!

I’m getting the Horizon pack but it seems quite advanced for a newbie..also getting Kayak Moss books 1+2 and already have GT7 an Resi Village…So my question is what would you recommend as gentle introduction game to VR? Something basic like Tentacular?

I buy physical whenever possible. Game publishers want you to go digital because they cut out production cost and giving retailers a cut of the price…do they pass the savings on to the consumers? No do they heck..charge you more in fact.
I have been swapping games with my cousin since PS1 and it has saved me a fortune and saved further trading in. I despise digital and will only do it in the absence of choice as it looks like I will have to most instances on PSVR2

Snapped up Kayak VR for £16…which seems a bargain..I wanted to preorder Moss book 1+2 bundle but only Moss 2 was available. Starting to feel real now..So excited..I am holding off most preorders because I want to buy physical copies wherever possible..wish there was a definitive list of PSVR2 physical releases

I most definitely want physical copies of my PSVR2 games when possible…According to Amazon US the release date is 25th April for Walking Dead…so not a launch game sadly. It isn’t listed for UK Amazon yet so I cannot preorder 🤨

I’m getting the Horizon pack but that game is a no brainer for anyone buying PSVR2..I am excited to play Moss1&2 Walking Dead Resi Village..oh and that Kayak game looks amazing but no release date yet. I would like a boxing game to compliment my fitness regime. My big question is what (if any) of the above games will have a physical copy? No one seems to know..sigh

I got an invite from Sony asking me to apply but frankly I don’t want to turn my hobby and precious leisure time into a part time job. Could be good for knowledgeable Sonyheads with a lot of time on their hands and lots of patience!

Wow! Wasn’t expecting that. Very excited for Knuckles Tails and Amy being playable. I really enjoyed this game and still working on the platinum…wonder if the dlc will come with extra trophies? Decent of Sega to make all 3 updates free..kudos to them an Sonic Team

My experience was pretty smooth (on PS5) .. apart from pop up here and there. Thoroughly enjoyable game and a great 3D Sonic experience..Whats not to love sunshine?

Very excited for this. I went Kayaking once in Montreal and loved it. This is exactly the kind of experience I’m looking for on the PSVR2…Roll on February!

Ordered the Horizon pack today and very much looking forward to getting hands/eyes on the kit. I never considered that all PSVR2 games could be digital only…shame if that is the case…I thought £30 saving by getting the pack was worth the sacrifice of not having a physical copy of Horizon call of the mountain but if no physical exists I definitely did the right thing

Just got my horizon pack ordered…was showing out stock at 10am but tried again at 11am and it was available…true story bro 😎

Played along nicely done the registration of pre order and jumped through all of Sony’s hoops..10am and the countdown is up..get my order number get to the shop and it says OUT OF STOCK..what a joke…fuming..maybe it’s a sign to hold onto my £600 and see how it goes…thanks for nothing Sony.

Got most of the games available anyway. Premium is not delivering the retro games I signed up for and will be dumped for extra as soon as my sub runs out…tbh with GOW 2 and Sonic Frontiers out now I don’t have time for anything else and with Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion next month it will be the same story…it is a good time to be a gamer non?

Disney Dreamlight Valley….it is fiercely addictive game from the get go. The Halloween event is a blast and even though it is an early access version it is pretty reliable on PS5 (not so much on switch I’m informed!)…it is great to have something I can play with my young son who loves Disney..I have never seen him so excited for a game. This could be huge when it officially released next year (for free) as long as the devs don’t get greedy with the in game purchases….Also will play more Psychonauts 2

Just started playing yesterday and already logged up 11 hours…It really has exceeded my expectations..can’t wait to get to the new Halloween content but I’m still a noob and have to earn the right first..the potential for this game is enormous and has got off to a tremendous start

@frankmcma Well partly due to you enthusiastic review and advice I will be buying the Ultimate edition today…£58 is a lot to drop on a game that will be free next year but it is a game I was already gonna buy. It is something that I can sit down with my son (who is bonkers about Disney) and play together…which is rare nowadays..So thanks in advance..if it’s a bust tho you owe me £58 😉

@Discol76 Yea after checking eBay I think you maybe right…It may be worth it just to check I don’t get the motion sickness thing and the games that don’t get a port over..thanks for the push in the right direction 👍🏼
