Edit - Demon's Souls for PS5 should have had the same dark aesthetic as the PS3 one though. It should not be cinematic and very bright, but it is.

I soon had a chance to buy either a PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X.

I would have chosen PlayStation 5, but I went with Xbox Series X. The reason being, I had already done the 3 year Xbox Live Gold to Game Pass Ultimate conversion for $1 trick.
