@Th3solution Out of curiosity I just went a looked on Amazon (UK) at PS5 prices and they were:
Standard: £474.95
Digital: £423.99
Pro: £679.99
These prices are most definitely cheaper then when I bought a day 1 PS5 and the Pro respectfully.

Edit: I owe you an apology, I looked through my emails for the invoice of my day 1 PS5 and it was £449.99!!! The Pro was £699, forgive me 🙈

@colt45z That is what I was trying to convey at the top, the PS4 user base will have to come to terms sooner or later, like I said GTA 6 will be the push for a lot of people.

@ShadowRJ I implore you to look at the differences between the Pokemon Z-A on the SW1 and SW2, if you are happy with that "downgrade" as you put it, then more power to you, but there will come a day where doing this will completely stop progession of innovation.

@ShadowRJ You make a goood point, but surely we want game devs to upgrade their games so can they can be played to the best they can be. We also got to remember GTA 6 maybe the final push for people to upgrade to the PS5.

I may get heat for this, but we really do need to move away from the PS4, yes the machine is goated but just like my first car (a T reg Peugeot 206) we have to leave things behind eventually, even if they still can do the job somewhat compotentally.

I'm a simple man with simple tastes, if I see a console with a bigger number on it, I buy it.

Completely agree with what they said, Sony needs to get all the 1st party studios to lean more into the Dualsense and SSD, I think we are starting to see that with Ghost of Yotei being the recent example and what they have achieved (loading straight into the game from the home screen will never get old). Team Asobi are still the kings of emersion through a controller.

This was the right call, god SE would've got eaten alive if they made a secret part 4! Fun fact they were also tossing round ideas of having a Vincent/Cid DLC for Rebirth like what they did with Yuffie in Remake, but scrapped it so they could focus purely on part 3. Call me a fan boy or whatever but I have been loving the remakes so far, and I have complete faith they will stick the landing.

Edit: I will say though, once the trilogy is finished FF7 as an IP needs to be put on ice for a very very long time.

@SeaDaVie I recall RE9 giving us the option between both 1st and 3rd person at launch so whats your point? Also if you are talking about the Winter's expansion for RE8 it was more then just 3rd person mode.

@PapaGlitch Excatly! that to me is what a remake should, keep everything from the original and then add to it. Your example of Lisa Trevor is a prime example of this.

@hisownsidekick I am part of those 11 people! Yes zero is extremely flawed (the bat boss maybe the worse boss fight in the franchise) but I do no care because I still love it, and would love remake to rectify the mistakes the game has.

Yet again another rumour getting way too much publicity, it's times like these where I really don't like the whole "leak" culture...

I have only just recently up graded to Extra, and I'm loving all the choices!

I got platinum for the game last weekend, and I played on Ray tracing mode the entire time and didn't run into a single issue, I think this just shows that Sucker Punch knows what they are doing.
