I always figured Wolverine would be officially revealed this year and claim a 2026 release based on their track record this generation. I'm surprised they're still working on a Venom after the leak, but I guess the only hurdle they face in this regard is the passing of Tony Todd (Rest in Peace), so hopefully that turns out better than Spider-Man 2

I heavily recommend Persona 5 Tactica. I liked that more than Persona 3 Reload if I'm keeping it a buck

I played a little bit of Sea Sword and liked what I played. I'm currently in back log mode so this'll have to wait a bit before I truly dedicate playthrough time for it.
Also, find it pretty funny how everyone is just now starting to dump on Game Pass while PS+ is getting praise for Xbox's strategy

What's the deal with companies calling these highly crafted and redone games remasters instead of remakes? When I think remasters, it's what Sony's been doing recently, cleaning up whatever dirt came with the original releases. This is a PS2 game brought up to modern standards, including better graphics, gameplay and QOL features they weren't thinking of back then. The distinction companies don't bother to make us confusing.

Steam Deck is my secondary. Switch (and SW2) barely qualifies for tertiary

No one hates video games more than gamers, so i've opted to remove myself from said discourse because of this. Personally I thought there was alot of cool stuff that I wanna buy and some slop I audibly groaned at, but this State of Play was pretty good all things considered.
It's also not lost on me that Sony ends these shows with a first party PS5 game that'll come out within the next year as they've done with Astro Bot, Ghost of Yotei and now Housemarque's next game.
