The ever-chaotic Embracer Group has released a breakdown of its plans for the next financial year, and it sounds like it'll be a busy one.
For the period from April 2025 to March 2026, the company says it plans to release a total of 76 games, running the gamut from major AAA to smaller scale titles.
CEO Lars Wingefors says the first quarter will see "no significant new releases", suggesting it's mostly targeting the latter months of 2025 and early months of 2026 for the majority of its impending games.

Some of the 76 titles include Metal Eden, Gothic 1 Remake, Reanimal, Wreckreation, "the next SpongeBob SquarePants game", NORSE: Oath of Blood, and more "yet to be announced".
The press release also name drops Killing Floor 3, which was recently given a new release date, and Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, now targeting a launch in early 2026.
As well as all this, Embracer's company structure is changing. Coffee Stain Group, which broadly stewards the company's lower scale releases, will spin off from the conglomerate to become its own separate entity by the end of 2025.
Additionally, when this happens, Embracer's Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends group — the AAA branch of the business — will be renamed to the much, much more palatable Fellowship Entertainment.
So, it's all go at Embracer right now, with dozens of games in the oven and its structural transformation still ongoing.

That’s far too many…
76 games? Most of them are mobile I guess. I wonder how much they going to ask for these games. Most of their games are 40€ games. Ill take a bet: 60€ games.
Will this make them the biggest publisher, at least by volume if they manage to actually get about 70 games out in those twelve months?
spaghetti meet wall. insane.
Will say I’m happy Gunfire is with the AAA group. They more then proved themselves with Remnant 2.
"Quality over quantity"
And from the 4 that will actually amount some interest, 3 will be somewhat notable, Title 2 but mostly 1.
They will release 76 games that will sell a grand total of 75 copies.
@Jayslow This legitimately got a big laugh out of me.
Marvel 1943 should be good. It's by Amy Hennigs new studio. I guess they are publishing.
The gothic remake should be good too.
@Jayslow Kingdom come 2 sold more than 3 millions. 🤷♂️
Maybe let's stop assuming this is 76 AAA console games? They are releasing titles across different genres and that is good to see.
I'm no economy expert but with that many in such a short window, wouldn't that in theory pit some titles against each other vying for similar demographics of sales? Like obviously each game might have their own audience and releasing at slightly different times means it's easier for consumers to pace their game spending on titles. But if any of them share the same genre, or similar gameplay and are coming out only months apart, that could mean one game poaching potential sales of another?
Idk, that's just a thought that comes to mind, but again I'm no expert.
All filler, no killer
At this point the Gothic 1 Remake is vaporware to me until I see some gameplay or screenshots. I've been seeing it listed on the PSN store for over 2 years now, and there's not been a single significant update that I am aware of since the project was first announced.
Ah, the "We must release everything we have before GTA VI, no matter what state they are in" collection.
6 games a month,.yeah right, maybe 5 junk piles and 1 good one....maybe
I… am not sure if I’ve ever liked an Embracer game, past or present.
Won't be caught by surprise tomorrow when Embracer tells us their also in real estate development.
Metal Eden looks cool as hell imo. And I loved KF2, so hopefully they can turn KF3 around. From what I heard, beta impressions were NOT good.
@Yukairi It comes from Coffee Stain Studios, there were less than 10 students working for them when they were founded and they got huge thanks to Goat Simulator. Satisfactory is brilliant though so they do actually know how to make good games. The fact they’re the overseers for their lower tier games actually makes sense, they know what they’re doing in terms of targeting that price point and so I’m surprised they’re becoming their own thing again.
How does Embracer count games? For example, if some big title comes out on Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch 2, are they counting that as one game on five platforms, or is that five games?
If I were trying to pad numbers for investors, that would be five games, no question (well, maybe 4, as it's a tougher argument to make that the Steam and Epic versions are different...but maybe I make that argument anyway!)
Tomb raider. Please 🙏
And none of them are hitting 90 range on Metacritic
I hope Wreckreation turns out good. Looking forward to that.
Not enough. I won’t be satisfied until they hit 80
OK... but how many will be worth my time and money. I don't need 76 games, I need one good one at a time.
I expect 74 games will flood the PSN and fit on with the current shovelware crap already on that use AI to generate a thumbnail
Wreckreation is what I'm most looking forward to. Also I'm glad Coffee Stain is free from Embracer's clutches
