@HeeHo ive only used the word "TRASH" like a few times in my life, no seriously! But Sony's State of play was "TRASH", none of those games got my heart rate above 60bpm! I'm only excited for "FORESPOKEN" and "JOJO".. Most of the games were things we have ALL seen before. I yawned the whole 35 minutes..

@sanderson72 I got service on my PS3 about 2 years ago,, it was originally a 60GB hd, sony upgraded and gave me a 256GB hD for FREE!! i was soo elated.. im currently playing "REMEMBER ME" i have games like "YAKUZA 4,5" "Syberia", "RDR", "DANTES INFERNO", "Bayonetta", "Prince Of Persia" and many other titles. The PS3 was, and still is my nostalgic console for game changing innovation!!

Here is my take on GOT movie.. so as I was telling someone last month "the costume designer has to be a friggen GENIUS! and the budget for costumes alone will have to be over 100 million, if they do big battle scenes" "Also the actor for JIN will have to already have a recognizable face globally, to even remotely be believable, the character arcs for that story were unreal, so they will have to get convincing actors for characters" Also "does Japan want a movie company trampling all over the real Tsushima island? Probably not!"

Why come they just cant leave these games alone and let the magic just stand as it? Why do they have to bleed and milk a wonderful individual experience and try and make it all about cash and money? If they really wanted to promote GOT, do more to promote it to non gamers and get them into buying consoles and games like GOT? WHY WHY WHY F@@@@NG WHY!!!????

@dark_knightmare2 i think they should just stop while they are a head.. When they keep making spin offs, they just keep trying to up the magic and it starts to fall apart. A sequel is good, they should just not make another game at this point. Move on, the studio has proven its worth and talent, diversify that portfolio......

@Nyne11Tyme i absolutely HATED cyberpunk, because it was just too weird, the menu was like learning a new language, i just couldn't get into. I kept hearing about all these bugs and glitches, so I fired up my 2015 second GEN ps4 with an external harddrive and started playing.. you know what? I experienced maybe 3 glitches during my whole play through maybe 4... I thought maybe everything I was hearing about CP was a lie, I ended up playing the game got the platinum, and really liked the game! I couldn't understand what all the vitriol was about.. I just think that people just want this from the gate explosive ride that never stops, and i wasn't expecting that.. I know most games don't even feel organic if you don't put in more than 10 hours. And what gamer really wants to invest into a totally new game that has had such a bad launch... Im glad i never listened to the haters, and it ended up being one of my favorite games!!

@Deljo tell me you are over 40 with out telling me you are "over 40!" Ha! I had that game also, and playing as a sadistic serial killing surgeon was kinda funny to me.. I don't know why the game was banned, it wasnt even that good at the end of the day.. I think it had "demonic overtones" and there was this Christian movement in all media back then, trying to "root out all evil" or some crap...

@dschons we literally had serial killers like ED GEIN and JEFFREY DAHMER and this still was widely publicized to society, uncensored and on display.. There are worst things that happen everyday in our world, that will dwarf a 2 minute scene in an adult rated videogame experience.. I guess they feel like little Fortnite kids will get a hold of a copy and we will have raging maniacs prowling our streets!

@ApostateMage most gamers dont read notes, get collectibles or do side quests. Hence their experience is very low level.. On most of my games I tend to read voraciously, look around at areas and the environment. I talk to most NPCS that I can, and i do a majority of the side quests. I mean the developers put that CRAP there for a FRICKING reason!!! right??

I know a guy who wont play a game with a female protagonist!! I asked him once " so what like is supposed to happen? you think you are going to grow a set of chi chi's after you complete the first chapter?!:

@RevGaming I love how you summed up all the movies that were trash.. Its TRUE!! I had no ideal that there were so many forgettable video game/movie adaptations... What do they take gamers for? Fools??

@LiamCroft not an issue at all… just juxtaposing your “Average” gamer and their inability to stick with the game.. I hardly think even one play through will allow a true “ feel” for the experience…. That’s a good amount of hours you put in, and we appreciate your unfiltered review of the game…

There have been games reviewers didn’t like , but I ended up loving them. Reviewers like Angry Joe, I won’t even waste my time considering into the conversation, about his take on a game…

But we do appreciate your thoughts about the game, it gives us a better take on how we should go about our own personal journeys when we do play Dying Light 2 … 7/10 is decent. We shall see if those numbers change as new content and time is spent with it…

@OM1993 i agree, the attention span of most gamers is about 1-5 hours, after that they just chuck the game and put in another game to play. I hardly give credence to most reviewers, simply from the fact that playing a game full steam a few days before release, actually does the game a disservice. I dont think anyone can truly say that they experienced the game until they have put in AT LEAST 10 hours, this is my "clicking point", you become familiar with the game mechanics, the controls and skill tree, to the point it feels fluid. Most games that people reviewed and HATED, I loved them, either its my "turtle pace" play style, or because I ingest the game over time and slowly...

Call me a cynic, but I would rather have the games in my hand, play it and make my own decision, but I do appreciate reviewers, but they're not Gods Gaming Hands...

@Thelegend159 yeah it did have guns, there were like pistols and some other guns, but it was more mellee and arrows and stuff like that..

@Ken_Kaniff the game offers NOTHING new, when will gamers stop getting milked on "nostalgia"? We will all be in the nursing home, in front of a tv with a controller and our wet diapers going " yeah look at those graphics! i used to play this when I was a young whipper snapper!!" I cant believe people keep buying the SAME FRIGGEN GAME!! Are we developmentally delayed or something??

@PenguinL that wont happen, with a PS PLUS sub, they were selling games FULL PRICE still . You should automatically get 20% off ALL games across the store. They were selling NIER REPLICANT for 59.99 and its been out since 2021! They really are not offering subscribers any real catalyst to keep subbing...

@stefan771 I think you have to be at a certain level I want to say LEVEL 35 but that seems to low.. but DONT do like me, and finish the game in ULTRA HARD MODE and thats the last trophy for platinum and then start "FROZEN WILDS" on ULTRA HARD MODE youwill hate yourself, because you cant down grade the difficulty..

Whomever hasn't played HZD by this point.. SHAME ON YOU!! and also your GAMER CARD is getting revoked, and you wont be able to renew it this year!

@CrushALL Im loving all of the comments, and the different points of view.. I keep telling people "its the games not the consoles that make gamers want to have (plug in here) hardware. I dont really care too much about the acquisition, i dont play COD, i never got into Crash Or Spyro or any other game that Activision was pumping out..

Lets not forget ACTIVISION was a console in the early 80's and they couldnt last so they started making games exclusively.. It also makes me wonder, "what was happening and the reason for the buy out?" maybe this was a tell tell sign of the company having financial issues and or having faulty franchises.? we shall see what happens, im not worried im CONCERNED at this point.

@JohnKarnes some gamers don't have this logic.... they only think 'i have a ps5!" and its about the financial gain at the end of the day, do you honestly think that like a game like HZD FW (which by the way have millions of fans on the ps4) they will all of a sudden say "well EFF YOU PS4 owners, this is for PS5 owners only eat a bowl of pigeon dung!" No serious person will think this will happen.. But here on PUSHSQUARE, gamers here say things like "im glad they are abandoning ps4, i have a ps5 eff you!" Yeah brilliant guys!! (face palm)

@PSfan4Life22 you know what is crazy? is when a gamer has a ps4, a slim, a ps4 pro, and then buys a pS5 and has all of those consoles.. can we ONCE think about what the demand for all of this plastic, chips and components are doing to our world? I recycle ALL of my controllers, because they have lithium batteries in them.. Most gamers I know just throw them in the trash. People SLOW DOWN, its not that serious, and we have games to play for years. Your kids are going to live in a world where there will be plastic and waters polluted by ps4 and ps5 battery juice and components...Im keeping my ps4 until the unit decides to move to the other side..WHen its time I will get a new console, and there is a HUGE library of games to play still.. be HAPPY ,, stop abandoning your consoles for the new and the shiny, they will always be there and youll be able to get one when the timing is right...

@itsfoz i feel the same..at least they delayed the game and werent pushed by power execs..Its different when the core devs actually have some control into the release and the readiness of their game.. I dont think that it will be bad on base ps4 or pro..

im thinking that big companies LEARNED from the fiasco of other companies, I dont think they would be foolish and let it happen to them. THIS is why the game was delayed for 3 more months, I am sure they are working around the clock to make sure it doesnt have the same issues as CP 2077. I think they are going to pull this one off boys!!

why would any developer say something such as this? Wouldn't it have been easier to say "DYING LIGHT 2 will have lots to explore and depending on your play style, you can optimize the experience!"

@Ken_Kaniff but gamers WILL buy it, and this is the problem. How pathetic that we have played a game, finished it, but like a hamster on a exercise wheel we keep going around and around. Sad state of gaming now a days..Naughty Dog hasn't dropped a new IP for a decade or so, they need new blood and talent in there.. The company has went the way of the s@@@hole developers.... It will one day be insignificant...

@Pixelated there is an old saying my grandma told me "BOY LEAVE IT ALONE!!!" meaning, stop messing with it. TLOU is a cash cow whore for Naughty Dog, as you can tell since they keep trying to do stuff and spin offs from that game and its universe. It was a one hit pony wonder, it was a good game LEAVE IT THE EFF ALONE!!. Keep putting new clothes and make up on that whore, we will start to not like her, its already losing its sex appeal every day.....

@JAMes-BroWWWn no normal human has 500 hours just to dump into a game. This is the reason games are becoming too big and too boring for moderate gamers. Its a big turn off.. Why would any company make a campaign that big is beyond me. Like what are they trying to prove?

naughty dog isnt working on faction 2.0 its been almost 18 months (6/2020) and not ONE inkling of news about Factions 2.0.. How anyone can have hope that this will come out, is beyond me...

@ApostateMage there are actually COMBOS, that if you exploit them for each character the chains do different things. I wouldn't call it "mashy" but its definitely hectic. It may take a while before the controls feel fluid to you..

@zekepliskin im an older gamer, and it blows that I run on my 32 inch tv in the bedroom, because I try and keep my gaming separate from my news, and streaming... I at times, have a little trouble reading some of the stuff... I know I am missing a lot..

@thedevilsjester was released on PS4 physical "FINAL CUT" about a month or so ago, so you have no excuse now not to play it..
