Re: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Revealed for PS5, Out Next Year

I like the 1st game quite a bit, be cool if levels get a little more designed with many detours and shortcuts that are a little challenging to find and use.
Have more of a rpg perhaps choices.
And a little more polish, like for animations.

It be nice to turn off that big red glow of enemies unblockable attacks, let me notice it with just the animations, sounds etc.

Re: Lengthy Gotham Knights Gameplay Walkthrough Revealed

Looks fine and could be fun, if a little generic and uninspired. But it's just a small slice of gameplay i guess.
One little thing that could be better is how moving a certain distance doesn't seem to match animations sometimes, like floating/sliding in addition, makes it look less refined.
Hope it's challenging in interesting ways, combat, exploration, puzzles, and vehicles.

Re: Gran Turismo 7 (PS5) - The Real Driving Simulator Makes Its Grand Return

Jtheripper

@Stevey_Mac it's the same as always, a game mostly about marketing bull more than anything.

Ai is even worse, driving is barely any deeper, short racing from last to 1st passing yarn, glitsy graphics superficially that dont look even any better on ps5 apart from res up, high cost cars, grinding for months or paying for, online req, mostly marketing for casuals.

All the usual bla bla of ai, and official support from f1 driver, official wheel, super deep feel with ds5 haptics, real driver championships, bla bla bla..

Get real..., if you get a wheel, get a real sim too, not gt.

Re: Cyberpunk 2077 (PS5) - Dark Future RPG Is Finally Ready to Rock

Jtheripper

@ShogunRok yeah it seems really ok and playable now on std ps4.
Well the crowd ai seems to be the only update not on the ps4 gen from all i read and saw, so you still get all improvements, except of course the smooth clean graphics it seems.
Even enemy ai is supposed to be updated too.

I think it's needed to have re-reviews, or at least updates on reviews, as you just did of course, after major updates.
Even the ps4 1.5 update on review would be appreciated a lot.

Edit: there's a few new quests only on new gen too.

Re: Try Cyberpunk 2077 for Free with PS5, PS4 Trial

Now of course, because i added the demo to my library, even though it's undownloadable.. the ps4 game itself, which is 50% off, is off my wishlist and i cant reselect it to add it again or buy it on cell phone ps app.

Way to go Ps store, always a mess..

Re: Sifu Updates to Include Difficulty Settings and Accessibility Options

Jtheripper

On my wishlist after watching a bit of good gameplay, looks great overall.
Glad devs are working on it, adding options is always good, although i prefer learn a game's depth of intricacies, and try as much as can to discover on my own efforts all the game has on offer, all that is interesting, challenging, fun.
As long as it's fair, and not weaknesses of the game itself.
Glad they announced more content too, and even free.

Re: Mini Review: RiMS Racing (PS5) - Attempt for a More Realistic Motorcycle Sim Falls Flat

Jtheripper

@LewisHamilton doesnt look bad at all, but does seem repetitive.
The ps4 demo was great for me, except graphic optimization while on track, some slow fps, and stutters.
Been a patch or 2 since but i don't know how much it fixed, the ai has been made more competitive though.
What i wonder is what's the difference between the ps4 version in backward compatible mode on ps5 and the real ps5 version.
