Nordic, again? every franchise has to use this setting at least once it seems.
And sad that they changed the clothes from Ys I and II for this modern one (Adol looks like a kid from the 90s), since this is the next story in the chronology.
But I trust in Falcom, they almost never disappoint.

I thought the medium was pretty cool, and the observer is pretty good too. I think that as the Silent Hill team no longer exists at Konami, or Kojima, the next closest studio (for this type of game) to take over a franchise like SH seems to be Bloober Team. Hoping the game to be a huge success and maybe after this, who knows, another game with a original story for the franchise.

In a way I'm glad another studio is doing Uncharted, I really don't like Druckmann. Hopefully it's not a reboot but Chloe or Sam's next adventure.

Would be cool if down the road they release, for collectors, disc drives for other console generations, like the PS3. One machine for all the Playstation history. I know it conflicts with the more expensive ps plus but at least the ps3 games won't need to be streaming. I know it´s only a dream, but...

It´s almost certain that GamePass will increase it´s price too. A Microsoft spokerperson said about the reasons for this new $70 game price: "This price reflects the content, scale, and technical complexity of these titles."
So, if almost everyone are already a GamePass subscriber, the only way to help fund these complex and technical games are increasing the price of Gamepass.

Very happy for Falcom and the series, extremely deserved. But what worries me is that with the popularity of the west, over time Falcom may feel obliged to change some things, and make the series less Japanese. I don´t know, ending the turn based system, or changing some anime tropes. I know I shouldnt be complaining about that..haha..sorry. But I hope they never change, the series is so charming.

I find the story of Americanism influencing the English language in the UK interesting. I'm Brazilian, and I dont know if its true, but a Portuguese friend of mine told me that in many places in Portugal kids are talking with Brazilianisms, and he doesnt like it at all. haha. I think the Portuguese of Portugal is very beautiful, so I understand him. The colonies eh.. anyway, looking forward to VR2, as someone already said, hope is backward compatible, Sony knows the tech, so hope they make it happen somehow.

Hope they can improve the app on the consoles now, i dont know if anyone has those issues, but for me it crashs all the time, even on my PS5.

@IonMagi yes, it's bizarre, everyone can see the hypocrisy on Sony´s part, no wonder many developers, mostly Japanese, are abandoning their preference for Sony when developing games.

@IonMagi Yeah, they censor a butt in a game - DMC 5 - but leave a sex scene in a first party game - Last of Us 2. This is one of the things, as an adult, that bothers me on Sony, even Nintendo is better than them in that sense, and has less censorship than Sony.

Strange art style for characters, crazy boob physics at 2:05, combat similar to Ys, cool environments. Can´t wait!

The game looks great in my opinion, but it seems that the way to defeat enemies remains the same as the rest of the other 3D Sonic games, one of the biggest criticism I have of these games is the combat.

I don't think this is good news, the best thing about Ys, and one of its main features, is its fast-paced action combat.

@themuckman Same for me, I´m also including Haven in my cart. Bummer that Lego Builders isn´t included.

I hope they release a No More Heroes Compilation with 1 and 2, because Heroes Paradise on the PS3 is not the complete story. I also have both on the Wii, but I´m strugling to even think in start the game with the WiiMote control. haha.. also no HD or trophies.

Now bring us Capcom Belt Action Collection 2, with Final Fight 2, 3 and Cadillacs and Dinossaurs, pleaaase Capcom!

This game proves that you don't have to have super graphics for a great story or gameplay.

The games of the previous generations are always (with a few exceptions) inferior. If we're going to use this as an excuse, then we're just going to do remakes from now on.

Wow, this got me pumped. It´s how I play Doom sometimes.
I wonder if some kind of action will appear on the screen, indicating the exact moment for the best shot, or if we're going to have to memorize the songs.

@AndyKazama This game, despite being pretty bad, also has an interesting story. The game's actress turned out to be one of the Glow women's wrestling actresses, the same one the Netflix series is based on.
And I also agree that´s important to preserve it, even if it's horrible. It´s like a time machine, a relic from another era, and also very rare.

Looking forward to this interview, love almost everything from Falcom.

I guess they run out of games for the launch window / stream. If this is the route they are going, with nes games, they should really go after the rare ones. Like Bubble Bath Babes or Wacky races from Atlus.

@UltimateOtaku91 Yeah, actually they're filming the third season right now, but I don't know if something will be shown, or if it will be TV related, it was just a hunch. But I think it makes sense.

@UltimateOtaku91 I think they'll show a trailer for the Sonic series, and maybe something about The Witcher. I don't know exactly which one, but I think it will be focused on the live action game series/movies.

Looks great, really looking forward, it´s nice to see they are trying something different with the 3D Sonic. For the purists, myself included, they should release Sonic Mania 2, everyone will be happy that way.

A lot of players will only sub to the Essential tier, so this is a nice offer.

A car movie doesn't seem to fit Blomkamp's style, but I'm curious. If the tone is more serious, without cringe characters trying to crack jokes every minute, with great practical effects, more like Top Gun (planes, I know) than Fast and Furious, I think it could be good.
