@ranjas The point is that this is a Playstation news based website that always seems to be behind on their news updates that's all. Don't be such a pretentious fool.
@GamerDad66 I think that it is a good thing as this generation of consoles were significantly under powered hence both companies releasing new iterations so early in the product lifecycle. They are simply using the leapfrog business and product model to overcome the problems.
These Pro support announcements worry me wasn't it originally stated that all games released after October 2016 had to have PS4 Pro support. Surely then we should just take it for granted from now on then.
Nioh originally interested me but, if it is too similar to the Souls series then it won't be for me. I was hoping for more of a modern Onimusha style of game.
Games rarely have good mature stories nowadays that when a game is released with one we all lap it up. Some of us are after more than just another Michael Bay gun ho style of game. Yes the game has its flaws but the story is very good. So let's hope developers and publishers learn from this.
Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY for that's a lot of game for £11. Had to buy it at that price especially as I haven't been able to find a hard copy for sensible money.
@EnragedGibbon Yes with a 4k tv you can still run PS4 games at 1080p. For example my Panasonic tv offers 1:1 pixel at 4k, native 1080p and 1080p x4 for 4k upscale. Tomb Raider even offers 3 options i believe. Hope this helps.
The PS4 doesn't need one as the DS4 is already an excellent controller. Whereas the Xbox needed one I cannot tell you how many issues I had with Xbox One controllers connectivity and build quality it was shocking.
@Ralizah Agreed it is ridiculous and inexcusable that they still haven't fixed the input lag. The Xbox 360 version runs without this issue but the so called next gen consoles can't.
Less about Nintendo and more focus on the upcoming PS4 Pro please. There's no mention on here about at least 4 games getting Pro support patches today. Shadow of Mordor, Elder scroles Online, Deus Ex and a 4k update for PES 2017.
@TheGZeus I'm glad people are enjoying it but, I'm with you, it seems very expensive for what it is. If I hadn't bought the Pro I may have gotten one. However, 350 + 40 + 70 = £460 plus you'll need some games for it or should I say experiences. That's a lot of money for something that doesn't offer any sort of compelling game yet.
Image 1 highlights my major issue with most in car camera options. You have less than a third of the screen showing the view. No car looks like that behind the wheel it is just ridiculous.
@get2sammyb Not necessarily as long as your PC has a Bluetooth module you should be ok. I can play a lot of the newer Ubisoft games via UPlay with just a Bluetooth connection to my Dualshock 4. There are also a few games on Steam that currently support wireless PS4.
@finalstan It makes a big difference as it is double the speed. It is not just about loading games it also greatly benefits games that use asset streaming whilst you play, data is loaded much quicker thus you get less hitching and pop up as you play which gives a far smoother experience overall.
I use a 1TB Samsung Evo in my current PS4 and its made a huge difference to my gaming experience I now couldn't use one. The Pro's Sata 3 will be twice as good.
'which should result in faster loading and game installs should you upgrade' Come on guys not probably it will, fact. An SSD at Sata 2 has a huge impact on the PS4 console Sata 3 will be significantly better.
I currently use a 1TB Samsung Evo SSD in my PS4 at SATA 2 and it dramatically improves the load and access times. I was really hoping for SATA 3 support on the PRO but didn't expect it so it's fantastic news.
@BladeRider I think a lot of people are in for a bit of a disappointment on this one, after all it is a Bethesda game. As I previously mentioned it's 1080p at 30hz? with the same textures. Yes I also read that article 'improved by new assets; plants, mushrooms, stones and extra trees are more liberally dotted around' plus an added depth of field with an overuse of the bloom effect by the looks of it. FXAA is also used which is great because that means it will look like we have Vaseline smeared across our screens. I may well be proven wrong and it turns out to be a truly remarkable remaster for a change we'll see.
This years game plays worse than last years. The game feels way off to me, the controls are so slow and unresponsive. I don't feel that I have much input in the game and they are still using heavily scripted game play. Just Awful i'll be sticking to PES and Fifa 16 this year.

Re: Sony Treating Action RPG Nioh as a First-Party PS4 Game, Will Pubish in the West
@viciousarcanum No I'm pretty certain it was every newly released game in the original statements.
Re: PS4 Pro Will Support These 41 Games at Launch
I like this site but you guys are a bit slow on your news updates aren't you. I read this list hours ago on various other sites.

Re: Sony's Platinum Headset Delayed into January
Why are people moaning about the price they are not expensive you get what you pay for guys. That is a normal price for an average sounding set.
Re: UK Sales Charts: Titanfall 2 Fails to Make an Impact on PS4
I'll pick it up when it's cheap but not before.
Re: PS4 Pro Consoles Are Starting to Be Shipped to Stores
I've got my 4k TV and 1TB SSD all ready and waiting for the delivery of the Pro very excited.
Re: PS4 Exclusive Days Gone Looks Insane on PS4 Pro
@get2sammyb That is impressive and makes the lack of backwards PS4 Pro support from other major developers even more bewildering.
Re: Here's 30 Minutes of Skyrim - Special Edition Gameplay on PS4
Really, but it ran at that on the 360, this doesn't make any sense.
Re: This Is How Not to Demo Skyrim - Special Edition on PS4
Wow that just about sums up 90% of the gaming channels on YouTube utter annoying rubbish.
Re: Here's 30 Minutes of Skyrim - Special Edition Gameplay on PS4
@ApostateMage Is it really only 30fps I was expecting 60?
Re: This Is How Not to Demo Skyrim - Special Edition on PS4
@wagleton Neither do the graphics Special Edition my .... Just as I expected from them.

Re: PS4 Exclusive Days Gone Looks Insane on PS4 Pro
My most anticipated game. I just hope the game play is as good as the visuals.
Re: Another Friday, Another Case of PSN Being Down
This is why we have to pay for PSN every year.

Great news for those of us that use SSD.

Re: Oh! Batman: Return to Arkham Is Out on PS4
I'll stick to the originals thanks.
Re: Red Dead Redemption 2 Looks Like a Stunner in PS4 Trailer
I seriously doubt that any of that was real in game footage.
Re: Reaction: Nintendo Switch Knocks the Final Nail in PS Vita's Coffin
@get2sammyb Well I guarantee that it will be cheaper than Vita's solution was.
Re: Reaction: Nintendo Switch Knocks the Final Nail in PS Vita's Coffin
Vita's biggest problem was it's price and those stupidly expensive memory cards.
Re: FIFA 17 PS4 Patch Makes the Computer a Little Less Defensive
Shame there isn't a patch to actually make the game play fun, so I'll stick to PES then.
Re: Rockstar Teases Something Red Dead Redemption, Internet Goes Nuts
@Frank90 That would be great.

Re: Final Fantasy VII Remake Battle System Will Be Detailed Next Time the Game's Shown
@Xaessya That's very true but some things are best left as great memories or else they usually disappoint.
Re: Final Fantasy VII Remake Battle System Will Be Detailed Next Time the Game's Shown
@Jake3103 I didn't know that I thought that it was just a graphical upgrade. I wasn't knocking it I just prefer the older look and style.

Re: Robinson: The Journey Roams to PlayStation VR on 8th November
Is this a proper game guys or just another VR experience?

Am I the only one who prefers the originals art style. Some things are best left alone FFVII was great as it was.
Re: PS4 Pro Will Be Compatible with SATA 3 Hard Drives
@Timewarp87 Most Sata 3 SSDs read and writes are around the 450 - 500 mark now, there's very little difference between them.

Re: Rise of the Tomb Raider's Retro Press Kit Is the Best You'll Ever See
@belmont ? Yes that was what I was on about it's very disappointing.
Re: Out Today: Lara Croft Returns to PS4 in Rise of the Tomb Raider
I played this through on the Xbox One and it is a very good game however, I preferred the first reboot. Saving my copy to play on the Pro at 4k.
Re: Rise of the Tomb Raider's Retro Press Kit Is the Best You'll Ever See
Better than the flimsy 20 Year Celebration Art book Edition version I received from Amazon today.
Re: Round Up: Mafia III Takes a Bullet or Two in First Reviews
Such a shame, wasted potential yet again. However, its good to see TR and DQB getting such good reviews.

Re: Review: PES 2017: Pro Evolution Soccer (PS4)
Such good game play leaves Fifa well behind this year.
Re: Review: Dead Rising Triple Pack (PS4)
Not at £40.00 way over priced for such old games and not very good ones at that.
