You have games that are a must have day 1 purchase like Death Stranding 2 and you have Ghost of Yotei which is easily a wait for a sale next year buy.

Diablo 4 has come a long way since launch and is now a very good game. This month is a very good month.

Ridge Racer Remake, then we can do business.

Played it on Xbox but it was just so boring.

I was thinking about purchasing DA Veilguard this week and then saw it was going on PS+ so I'm definitely pleased as it saved me 20 quid.

Live service games suck donkeys balls and thankfully Sony are now realising this.

No need as it still looks good on PC.

Ubisoft used to make some of the best games but now they are a shadow of their former selves which is a shame but you reap what you sow.
They never listen to the players who are the ones who will buy their games and make them money and this is why they are in the position they are in now.
They have released flop after flop and they still will carry on regardless and this is why AC Shadows will be their final nail in the coffin for Ubisoft.

I watch it the next day as 12.30am is way too late for me at my age now but at least I can skip all the filler. It was OK.
W4 was the only real highlight for me. Sure there were a few decent looking games buy until I see proper ingame footage I'll reserve judgement.

This is why I changed to PC. All my games are over 120 fps on max graphics and my games don't cost £70. Console gaming is becoming seriously expensive now and I bet the next gen consoles will be Neo Geo prices.

So boring and annoying that I couldn't bear playing it anymore when Mid joined the game. I would enjoy a visit to the dentist more.
Worse than Final Fantasy Rebirth.

I watched the trailer and was thinking it was a single player action type game and got quite into it until the 5v5 part and then I had zero interest.
Now I see they are going to charge for it and now I am laughing as that is definite fail.
Sony need to start listening to the people who buy their games.

The whole show was hugely disappointing and rated 11/10 on the poopometre.

Sony are taking the piss now ffs.

I used to buy new games all the time but now I will wait for a sale. I have also converted to PC gaming as it is so much cheaper also and keep my PS5 to play the games I have purchased already but no longer buy any for it as when it becomes obsolete, breaks or whatever, I won't replace it.

2024 is shaping up to be the year of disappointment. It ain't no 2023 that's for sure.

I can't go back to 30fps now and won't buy a game if it isn't 60fps.

I'll buy it next year when it's finished.

Atlus are fast becoming the most greedy developers in the business. This is a hugely disappointing selection at best.

I loved FF7 Remake but Rebirth I stopped half way through as I couldn't stand listening to Chadley anymore or play @#£%ing Fort Condor ever again.
Unistalled and traded it in. #@%& Square Enix.

Nowhere near as good as Remake. Fort Condor and Chadley ruined it for me.

Until games developers stop thinking they know better and start listening to the people who will buy their games and start making the games that gamers actually want, they will continue to lose millions upon millions of dollars.
The downside is that the executives who make these piss poor decisions never feel the impact but the workforce they layoff rather than lose their bonuses.

I would like for PS gamers to experience Xbox games. I would hate to see Xbox become third party though as we all benefit from healthy competition.
I don't have much faith in the Xbox brand anymore myself still want them to do better and succeed as I want PS to succeed. I will bet a lot here would have a fit if Spider-Man went on Xbox though.
It would be interesting to see the ages of these console warriors as I bet most are embarrassingly old enough to be better.

On too late for me but I pre-ordered it last year as I love FF7.

I don't buy GAAS games in the hope that one day they get the hint and stop pushing them on us.

I don't think I have ever read about anyone asking for this yet here it is and you think how many other games people have begged to receive the remaster/remake treatment has fallen on deaf ears.
Some people are happy with a 60fps patch but no, we can't have that because Sony can't charge you for it (they would if they could).
Time to join the PCMR I think.

Not buying any games this year until I clear my backlog (that's what I told the missus) which is going to most probably take me all year.
I have got FF7 Rebirth pre ordered but it only cost me 5 quid as I used all my reward points up at The Game Collection.
So I might ask for it for Xmas 🎄 😂

Used to love Tekken when it released and SF2, MK and beat em ups in general but nowadays I'll get them on sale after a year or two as they are a game genre that I can only play in short sessions now and again.
Tekken 8 looks absolutely amazing though and will definitely keep an eye out for it in the future but cannot justify the cost against the time played.

I'll be buying this years games next year as they will be cheaper and I'll be buying next year's games in 2025 when they are cheaper.
So no most anticipated games for me yet.

It's always on sale but it's a niche game, but I bet if the base game was to go onto PS Plus essential, the DLC's would sell like hot cakes and boost the online playerbase.

I've been buying my games mostly physical for a while now as the PS Store hasn't really been having any decent sales. Anything they had I liked I got a physical copy at half the price so not holding out much hope.

@Reece97 Pre update max level was 50. I stated lvl 57 and lvl 60 which can only be obtained after patch 2.0 and with expansion so not a me issue and definately a game issue.

It hasn't fixed the corrupted saves. The only save I can use is a lvl 57 save. None of my lvl 60 saves work at all.
I know 3 levels won't take too long but I don't want to get to where I was and then this issue crops up again as I have zero faith in CDPR now.
Good job AC Mirage came out today.

I haven't been able to play it for since Friday as all my saves are corrupted due to the bug on PS5 so can't complete anything as of yet.
Very disappointed is an understatement.

Whoever put this selection together is most definitely going to hell for crimes against PlayStation gamers

I loved Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring but Mechs have zero to me. Plus with AC Mirage, Spider-Man 2 and Starfield I am way too busy for anything else.
I hope everyone else has a blast playing it though.

I love the game but not at that price. I have it on Xbox so that's great but I will buy it in a year when it's a fiver in CeX as Take Two don't deserve my money for being cheeky @#£&'s.

I couldn't bring myself to finish the game as it was so boring. Hell, I even got the platinum for FFXV and that wasn't the best either.
I traded it in for Dead Space so it worked out OK.

Might have to get this as I liked Forspoken.

Wait a minute, I bought GTAV on PS3, PS4 and PS5. D'oh. I'm an idiot.

Yesterday after a 20 minute boss fight and then going back and forwards for the unbearable Mid, I turned it off as I just couldn't face much more of the game.
I'll trade it in for Dead Space Remake on Friday.
