Hmmmm. They have a lot to improve for me to buy

The problem with open world, isn't open world. And gamers are at fault too, but it's artificial length and using open world to cover up for a boring or bad game. We have to go back to games simply being good and let everything else happen. Don't cater to trophy hunters and content creators and fans that complain about length because they only want to play 1 game for a year.

As long as Mafia is good, the world will be great whether is linear or open.

I'm excited. Even 3 grew on me. It's fun, just the story is bad.

This is a win for everyone. Not interested in the game, you're not forced to watch hoping to see a game that isn't shown. Gives insight on an anticipated game to help people decide. And it broadcast the main focus. No fluff to buy time. If you complain about this, you need therapy.

Still bothers me that more blockbuster games don't release in the late spring and summer months when I have more time. Sales are not hindered.

If the developers aren't passionate about adding a bunch of dlc, that's fine.

It's like all Nintendo had to do was charge 69 bucks and throw in an optional deluxe edition that fans would have bought anyways.

Doesn't look interesting enough for me to pay money to see, maybe if it was streamed I'll watch. But most video games, even if story driven, simply don't make good movies. The first season of telltale walking dead might be the only one I'd give a try in movie form.

I really thought the first one was boring and awful and too tight. Maybe this one will be better with a more open environment.

@thefourfoldroot1 eh.... I dunno. Saints row 2 had this feature. But if somebody joined you and then used cheats it disabled them for you too. Except there no way to prevent people from joining your game and using. Smh

Would be a great game to release in summer months. But it has to go up against borderlands 4 and possibly gta 6

The main xbox port i wanted, which really it's just a pc game that I was too lazy to play on pc.

More depth usually allows for more investment

I'm not fussed about it, but the childish part of me wants them to have to use psn account on Xbox because for the Minecraft games I had to use a ms account lol

I figure prices would go up. I figure gta 6 would be the one. But not Nintendo games. They don't even push the boundary nor the industry forward. Ps4 tech games should not cost more than current prices.

Hopefully the from software game is timed exclusive.. but I'm not sold on switch as I rarely care to play anything mobile.

Sony making a Zelda movie is the oddest thing I have ever read. This year at least.

Just bought vermintide 2. What interested me was the necro class. This doesn't have that, maybe something similar later. But v2 has solo with bots maybe this will get that also. Still interested. Off to see if on sale on psn

Great update, if this is the base line for title updates this game is going to continue to be excellent.

If we don't see a sequal to bloodbourne within the first year of the ps6 or before... Sony has abandoned the ip. My speculation at this point.

There's enough western gamers that will gravitate towards the uniqueness. They shouldn't sacrifice that. Monster hunter didn't sacrifice.

It's very well for a game to be good and fun.... and not sell well. Developers should focus on that instead of following trends.

If everything will be refunded, then players shouldn't need to use real money. Just give them free fake money

8.5 for me. I do feel it's lacking in content but cpu allys are a gift from heaven. So if I ever can't find people to play with, this gives the game so much more life imo

I'm hr 70. Game is a little too easy, but I'm also a veteran at this point, so it shouldn't be hard so that it's easy for new hunters to play the game. High rank should be a bit more challenging. That will come with title updates.

@Nem you can literally carry two different weapons now. So if you love variety, there ya go. Stop crying.

@Nem and none of that in rose was necessary to beat the hardest of difficulties.. was only really 1 hard fight the entire game and it wasn't hard. It's fine to love rose and it's also fine to be wrong

Great game. Rubss smooth mostly on base ps5. Unless gta 6 comes out this year, easy goty. Just remember, Everton before the credits is the tutorial.

@Nem gameplay is more complex than rise. Rise was the easiest and simplest console mh. This game so far is the better. Hard to compare to worlds as far as initial impressions. But wilds is great. But new hunters are finding it hard, while veterans are finding it easy, because we already know how to play and have the weapons we've mastered.

Monster hunter world was the best game last generation. Hopefully this game gives me the same vibe.
