If you’re up for great psychological stories: Sea of Solitude and Minute of Islands are both around $2,50 and well worth playing.

Quite a fun game, but for some reason it didn't get me as hooked as Warhammer Vermintide.

That looks quite cool. Now, if only UbiSoft stopped putting guards on rooftops... which diminish the entire advantage and the sense of a logical world.

Wanted to try out Cult of the Lamb, nice.

Perhaps I might try The Witcher with PS5 visuals too... perhaps.

Because of the reviews of this game, I picked up Miles Morales from PS Plus Extra. It really baffles me just how polished the game is. Just wow.

It hits the right notes and sweeps up the gameplay on screen. If it means developers can put money in other aspects of a game, or less deep-pocketed developers can work on a more ambitious game easier, well… wouldn’t you?

Great to see it rewarded. It's such a great game.

The timing amidst Sea of Stars, Starfield and Baldur's Gate 3 is insane... still bought it to play it later.

Fired this up yesterday and three hours just flew by.

Absolutely love the compact combat, the soundtrack and the visuals. If it continues this strong, it's a GOTY contender for me.

I've started up the first game, the second one and the third Trine at some point, but I feel they all suffer from clunky, floaty physics.

Wow! Can't remember when I played with such a smile on my face. It's fun and SOOOO creative.

@GeneJacket I've never heard this before, but this seems like the best possible way coop is implemented.

Man, after Diablo IV and Final Fantasy XVI, I could totally get into a third game this year of which I thought: 'This isn't anything for me.'

Man, I hope this arrives on PS Plus Extra someday, so I can convince friends to give this a chance to. Would love to play this in coop.

Just finished Stray last week and really liked it. Just like the equally great Kena: Bridge of Spirits I probably wouldn’t have played it without PS Plus Extra. Love how many games these services just make you try.

Could be a big surprise this year. Like Remnant II and the new Lords of the Fallen.

It's the same sale all over again. Try filtering out on price, lowest price first. You'll see the biggest trophy hunting-shovelware on sale for less than a dollar... just like any sale. Still, there are some nice ones out there.

It’s my first FF and at first I thought I really liked the cinematic battles, but 7 hours in the game they start to bore me. They’re either too automatic with the help of some timely rings, or too tiring with too much button mashing.

I picked up some other hack & slashers in the meantime, and even the very easy entry Ravenlok battles feel more interactive…

As much as I want to love it, I’m at a 7/10 for now.

Wait, was this out already? Seriously missed that.

Maybe Sony needs to put more effort into promoting indies on the PS Store, rather than only boosting the games you already know.

It's not just competition from big games though. There's tons of indies you can play for 'free' on PS Plus Extra and Game Pass, and even way more great narrative indie games are on sale about every month on both stores, going as low as 2-5 dollars!

It's just stupid to buy a new game at 20-70 dollars when there's so much ultra-cheap gems yet to play.

Yes, and while I love the visuals, the story and the acting, the fights are SO button bashy my arm went sore after a while.

However, remember the last games that wanted to succeed with bright and fluorescent colours? Brink? Lawbreakers? Riders Republic?

Bramble already discounted! It's tempting, but you know, when a new game gets discounted within a month, I have the feeling I can have it around $8 in a year.

And with my current backlog... there's no need now.

That's a shame - but it still has my interest. Picking this up on an upcoming sale.

This is the harshest review I'm seeing on this, what seems like a little gem like Prodeus.

That said though, I'd really like to see online coop in games like this.

So I get this is the blandest game ever. But hey, microtransactions in a $50 game, where's that in the Gran Turismo 7 review?

Good review... though... I don't agree on the visuals part. After spending hours and hours on previous GT's and knowing which visual style to expect, I can't get over the feeling the environments look utterly stale, lifeless, and ugly.

Maybe it all fades when you're behind the wheel and you're busy racing, but wow, it doesn't look good outside of the replay mode.

'That's not to say new people can't play – of course they can – but like hell are they going to understand what's going on, especially with the earliest campaign content entirely removed with no indication it's ever going to come back.'

This is the problem I have with Destiny 2 for two years already. It's nothing BUT a grind fest for new players, facing you up to waaaaay too high level enemies.

Only finding the right mission - or something you can actually get into - from the planet select screen is a drag already.

Metacritic, do yourself a favor, just close the user review section already. It's not reviews anymore, it's just blatant trolling.

Eye-popping? Those grey areas look like something from the PS3 era! I guess these visuals will have their moments...

Inb4 actual 7/10's because it's actually really guilty-pleasure enjoyable.

4 is way too long for my taste. Quantity over quality.

I want to and should finish the brilliant Astrobot on the PSVR, but I never get to it, because it's just too much hassle every time.
