I understand he couldn't tell it like it is as the already half dead console sales would completely flatline But it's obvious starfield is being ported along with a bunch more.
Why wouldn't you be happy about how playstation is being run? The console is solid, and the multiplatform games and exclusives keep flowing. Few games from Sony owned studios isnt really an issue with the amount of content they're pulling in from others . It's like the PS2 era rather than the PS3. Lots of 3rd /2nd party exclusives
This, sea of thieves and hi fi rush is all they'll say Thursday. The rest will be about their commitment to Xbox and it's exclusives.
But in truth the heads at Microsoft, not Xbox have already forced a multiplatform strategy on them because of the huge amount of money that division has spent in 5 years without return.
I expect every big Xbox game to appear on playstation and switch 2 no longer then 12 months post release.
Starfield is all but certain as is Indiana Jones
Actually it's a little known fact that Sony also owns one of the most profitable mobile games of all time, a mobile game that can and has made billions of dollars per year. and really props up Sony's profit margins of recent times
Fate/ grand Order.
It's little known because the publisher is Aniplex, a random subsidiary of Sony Music. And it's also not available in Europe.
I do wonder if that list is accurate or if it's just accounting western sales through Google/apple
She's a great looking Ellie, she can't drastically transform her physique to look like Abby, no actress could or would probably want to , in such a short space of time. But it will probably still work

Nonsense from jaffe, there's a reason why accession nearly killed the Franchise. That two dimensional angry kratos was well past sell by date. He had to evolve, and it was done brilliantly.
There still isn't any real major selling point in owning an Xbox. I have one but really Microsoft don't hit hard with the giant event games like Nintendo and Sony. It's like a paying for a streaming service with a load average made for TV movies, but nothing massive like dune or Oppenheimer
People will moan and cry about it ignoring that it's actually a port for the PC market that they'll just release on PS5 also. But if you don't want it don't pay for it! Also probably 15 people from naughty dog helped iron galaxy port this
She's not going to get anywhere near Abby big, she's not going to put herself through that change. Suppose it's debatable whether she needs too, Abby's physique was a visual representation of her singular dedication and focus to slay Joel in a fight. But it's probably not really needed.
You know Sony are actually a manufacturer of Blu-ray drives, and actually developed and are part owners of Blu-ray technology itself, both standard uhd versions.
So don't assume they'd be happy with an all digital future
It was never about gaining console exclusives. Microsoft don't really care about Xbox hardware
What they do care about is subscription growth and the mobile market. COD and King will do those things .
Lazy sure, brutishly starting a monopoly, most definitely. but that's how Microsoft have operated now since the early 90s . I'm amazed only now have they let the mask slip in the gaming industry 25 years after starting Xbox
Sony were publishing/paying for this title. It's a pretty big ip, they should just take it in house before what ever agreement with Disney expires . Let guerilla do it, outsource the service game
Bank details are always hashed out and can't be retrieved. It's the name, address, passwords and email address they would get in a potential hack .so pre paid cards don't really improve your situation I'm sorry

It is the end, It's the end of Microsofts attempts to buy Activision which has gone on long enough.
No need to read anything more into my comment, only a fool thinks consolidation is good for the industry. Microsoft are looking to monopolize video game software because they failed miserably at hardware. They'll aim to control the majority of big game content for their games pass brand and cloud streaming.
In another 10 years they'll try to gobble up ea
Good, hopefully they settle up quickly with the UK regulator and everyone can move in from this boring acquisition...until Sony predictably retaliate with a Japanese publisher and the fan wars start again
Article reads like it's been written by a bitter Xbox fan which is intriguing given This is a PlayStation site.
Regardless I think Sony are just waiting for Microsoft to close the Activision deal which they will eventually.
Them they'll snap up square but keep them somewhat separate to PlayStation so they can still release switch games
Did no one see phantom blade? Looked extraordinary - for the babies that care for getting "wins" over Microsoft it's also playstation console exclusive.
Dragons dogma also looked Great
It's odd how if it's not exclusive then it's disregarded
As usual all the hypocrisy rises to the top in these situations. Oh what a great game, oh what a great developer etc etc But did any of you even buy concrete genie? Or did you just ignore it till it was free because you didn't think it was worth paying for
The sly threats to the UK about job growth and reassessing their business there are not a great look for Microsoft and Activision. Will they say the same if and when it's blocked in the states?
Just take the L and use the money to create great new studios or aquire smaller devs and nurture them

Some real heartache in the Eurogamer comments. Guess that site is mostly made up of Xbox fans ?
Seem more reasonable and balanced here
Re: Sony May Have Made the Right Call Not Copying Xbox Game Pass with PS Plus
Good thing Xbox is a division of Microsoft. Otherwise they'd have gone the way of Atari and sega by now
Re: Helldivers 2 on PS5, PC Is One of the Biggest Games on the Planet Right Now
Expect arrowhead to quickly be absorbed by Sony.
That 4 billion for bungie is looking like bad business. Time will tell

Re: Microsoft Exec on Helldivers 2: I'm Not Sure Who It Helps By Not Being on Xbox
Playstation and Nintendo isn't slowly dying so why would they release their jewels on rival platforms.
Things like this is an embarrassing look
Re: PS5 Is Entering the 'Latter Half of Its Life Cycle', Says Sony
@TrickyDicky99
That would be funny. If Microsoft made the s and x completely obsolete so soon that would be the death of Xbox as a serious hardware platform
Re: Sony Predicts Slide in PS5 Sales with No Major Existing IPs Planned Before March 2025
Gamers are weird. It's as if games literally don't exist if it's not made by Sony.
So I guess stellar blade, silent hill 2, death stranding 2, Ronin , FF7r , and Pacific drive don't count because it wasn't made in house .
What a drought....Weird
