The article says they are sitting “in the exact same positions” as in the game. They’re not. When Ellie is playing/singing Dina is NOT sat cross legged.

@Ryall that’s what I said! You won’t have to worry about which drive will fit and which will be compatible because Sony will issue a list of approved drives...

@Ryall Cerny already said they will test and recommend particular drives to get so this won’t even happen.

@TheBuzz Yes I’m sure the exact reason is that developers “can’t be arsed to finish the game”. Do you even realise how much these guys have to crunch just to get the game done by the deadline.

@kyleforrester87 really! I had a Full HD TV when I had a PS3. I get your point but I don’t see them coming to market and being affordable for a long time (like 3-5 years).

@kyleforrester87 the point is, regardless of it it runs at 120 or 240 FPS, 99% of 4K TVs only support 60fps so there it’s pretty much pointless.

@stuzster this sort of reply always confuses me. Fair enough you can’t afford / want to wait a few years but the stuff about bugs and model revisions is just nonsense. I’ve still got my launch PS4 and PS4 Pro and both still work absolutely fine.

It’ll either be that the PS4 version will get a PS5 patch day one or there will be a specific PS5 version. I bet the reason they can’t say is that Sony hasn’t announced cross gen plans yet. It might be that all eligible games get a PS5 patch. Or that they’ll need a specific PS5 version. Either way I imagine it will be worth waiting and playing the stock PS4 version on PS5 just for the faster loading times etc

It’s a great attitude for MS to have, however I really wonder, if Xbox was still neck and neck with PS4 and not being outsold nearly 3-1 on consoles would they have the same message/attitude? Sounds like they’ve been beaten that badly they just want no part of a fight and want to focus on “their own objectives”. I would bet if the sales were a lot closer like 360/PS3 days they would still be talking smack.
