I guess there would be no ps6 in future, and they'll develop an online subscription system similar to game pass, focusing on gaining money out of software and services on pc and mobile, not to bother with hardware. I think the next few years they'll transit to this new format.

More than half of them are redundant

It seems from some comments here and other websites that there's no hope for improvement in this game. SE just wants to show itself caring to get some money for this crap. I wonder if there'd be anyother intention for publishing this game. Also, several months later: SE will say, oh this game didn't perform as we expected!!!!

I believe that ps now is a good and maybe great service. Apart from a not so welcomed start, Sony just couldn't create the hype to get the attention it deserves.

I'll pass like every other game in the souls genre. I didn't enjoy Demon souls, Dark souls and Nioh because of their high difficulty. I found them the waste of time, keep dying and dying, and no progressing.

Maybe lack of confidence in advertising the game, and too much expectations don't really match that much.

@RubyCarbuncle compare it to the first 14 months of ps4 (which was very disappointing), and you'll find that ps5 did it way better.

Sorry but I don't believe a single word made by Phil. He knows how to play with words. It's unclear whether PS availability is through game pass or not! In future he can say, oh we're interested to have CoD on PS but Sony is not happy about the game pass, so we're sorry for the inconvenience - to shift the blame to sony!
It's been years that he just plays with words and you'd never understand what's the true intentions.

@Toypop Yeah, exactly like movies. You continue watching them only if you found it fun. Same is happening to games. You made a good point in comparing them to demos

After all those negative reviews, the average people still buy that s**t in millions! And us in these websites discuss whether 7/10 for drying light 2 justifies the buy or not! Maybe those big companies laugh at us and game reviews, and just are happy with the ignorance of the average guys.

They keep going as long as customers buy whatever they release, great or rubbish. And that's whay game pass models will rule in near future when customers want something to play, not necessarily quality products.

What the heck was that? What about a month before? No retailers put a sign in the past 8 years to say like beware xbox buyers! you'll have zero chance of horizon, god of war, last of us, ratchet, etc.

I think the case is being dramatized here. That xbox game pass is not something small to compete. Back in 2013, whatever ms did was attacked and now ps. And some love creating noise.
