There are 24 Toys in the game. When you find one within the environment, there will be a question mark on top of their location with a blue outline, and then walking over them picks them up. The Doom Slayer will take a look at each one in-game, and then you can view them all on the main menu. Toys are only marked on your map when you get close to one of them.
