There are 6 Collectibles to find in Sentinel Command Station. There is 1 Ruby, 1 Wraithstone, 1 Demonic Essence, 1 Codex Entry, 1 Toy, and 1 Weapon Skin. Below you will find all collectibles locations in Sentinel Command Station in the order you should encounter them.

Codex Entry #1: Sentinel Command Station

  • A few minutes into the Chapter, you'll go through a vent as the base goes up in flames
  • When you exit the vent, continue forward instead of turning left to find a hole in the wall on the right
  • Inside is the Codex Entry

Weapon Skin #1: Nightmare (Chainshot)

  • Shortly after Codex Entry #1, you'll drop down a hole into a command station with soldiers
  • To the left of the central console with the image of the station, there's a vent you can open with your shield
  • Follow the path of Gold around to the left, defeat the enemies, and then the Weapon Skin is in front of the grate

Demonic Essence #1: Health

  • In the combat arena after getting the Ravager, defeat the Leader that eventually spawns to earn its Demonic Essence

Ruby #1

  • A little while later, after the previous collectibles, you'll take an elevator back up to the floor you were originally on
  • You'll perform a Shield Recall Jump to cross the gap over to a Mancubus
  • After it, the main path is through a door to the right, but you need to continue forward and drop down to the floor below
  • Here you'll find the Ruby statue

Wraithstone #1

  • To get the Secret Key, you need to use the boost pad at the bottom of the elevator shaft you dropped down to get the new Shield Rune
  • At the top of the shaft, enter the small room with the Gold inside, and then turn around to find a place to smah through with your shield
  • You'll be in a vent, and coming out the other side grants you access to the room with the Secret Key
  • Once you have it, exit via the door and cross the path to the room with the Wraithstone in
  • Defeat the powerful enemy that spawns and take the Wraithstone afterwards

Toy #1: Kreed Maykr

  • With the Secret Key, drop back down to the bottom level and go through the hole in the rock to the left of the big statue in the centre
  • Use the Secret Key to open the gate on the right in here
  • The Toy is on the other side
