DOOM: The Dark Ages: Reckoning Walkthrough 1

There are 8 Collectibles to find in Reckoning. There are 3 Rubies, 1 Wraithstone, 1 Demonic Essence, 1 Codex Entry, and 2 Toys. Below you will find all collectibles locations in Reckoning in the order you should encounter them.

Codex Entry #1: Marok

  • At the very start of the Chapter, simply go forward and drop down the ledge after the Shield Charge
  • The Codex Entry will be on your right

Toy #1: The Old One

  • After the first combat encounter, look for the Sentinel Shrine near you on the map
  • Enter this back area and activate the Gore Nest
  • After defeating all the enemies, the gate will lower and allow you access to the Toy

Ruby #1

  • In the room where you pick up the Blue Skull, return to the entrance and look for a hole in the floor
  • You can use a boost pad below to launch yourself up into the rafters
  • Here, you'll find a path made of stretched skin that'll lead you into the room with the Ruby

Ruby #2

  • As you follow the main objective marker, you'll eventually reach a point where you must stand on a pressure pad to raise an elevator that'll take you to the Secret Key
  • Before getting on the elevator, turn around and Shield Charge through the wall on your left
  • This reveals a blue gear you can throw your shield at, which reveals a climbable wall to the right
  • Follow this new path until you spot another blue gear ahead of you, which reveals another climbable wall in front
  • Go up to the next level, then get your shield back to reveal a further climbable wall
  • At the top is the Ruby

Ruby #3

  • Once you have the Secret Key, return to the main open area of this Chapter
  • Underneath the original entrance to this area is a gate you can now unlock, and down the path is the Ruby

Toy #2: Ahzrak

  • With the Secret Key, return to the area of the first Sentinel Shrine to find a gate you can unlock with the Secret Key
  • Get the Gold and Life Sigil, then drop down the hole to find the Toy in front

Wraithstone #1

  • On the opposite side of the area you found Toy #2, there's another set of gates you can unlock with the Secret Key
  • Inside the room is the Wraithstone

Demonic Essence #1: Ammo

  • In the combat encounter that follows finding the second Sentinel Shrine, defeat the Leader to get the last Demonic Essence
