Toy #1: Imp

  • After obtaining the Blue Key, return to the locked gate you passed on the way to picking it up
  • The gate will automatically unlock and you can go inside and get the Toy

Codex Entry #1: Doom Slayer

  • When you have to destroy the Demonic Portals, head for the one to the north of your starting position in the area
  • You're in the right place if you find two large obelisks with enemies surrounding them
  • Go towards the rocky area in the back and follow the path to the right and up the cliff
  • On top is the Codex Entry

Weapon Skin #1: Nightmare (Combat Shotgun)

  • After picking up the Shredder, look behind you and go to the edge of the cliff where the ocean is
  • You'll notice a secret room you can access, which you can reach by sprinting and then jumping over to
  • Inside, approach the Weapon Skin to make some enemies spawn
  • Shoot the red barrels here to immediately kill the enemies, and then you can pick up the Weapon Skin

Toy #2: Soldier

  • Once you return to the area where you picked up the Shredder, look over the cliff where there's a large sigil planted on an island across the ocean
  • Below you will find a path leading into a secret cave
  • Inside is the Toy

Codex Entry #2: Village of Khalim

  • When you reach the beach, clear out the enemies and then head down the newly opened path
  • Look to your right for a climbable wall, and at the top, next to some soldiers, is the Codex Entry
