Re: Review: Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition (PlayStation 4)

If you played Watch Dogs and were left disappointed you won't be after playing this. It's a much better game. Can't compare it to Saints Row though because this game has a serious tone and Saints Row is not serious at all. Sleeping Dogs has the best combat system out of any open world game to date though. A man who never eats pork bun is NEVER a whole man!

Re: First Impressions: What New Tricks does Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Learn on PS4?

Sleeping Dogs is an amazing game. It has some flaws and the story could be longer but it is completely underrated in my opinion. It's also way better than the over hyped Watch Dogs game I got, and It can easily stack up against the top open world games out there. I have this game on PS3 and have already pre-ordered the PS4 version. This game has the best combat system out of any open world game I have experienced and that's going up against a lot of games. My favorite line from this game would probably be from the pork bun vendor. "A man who never eats pork bun is never a whole man!". I don't know what a pork bun is but it has become my lifes dream to eat one now lol.

Re: Seize Your Moment with the PlayStation Now Open Beta

I was playing killzone 3 on ps now and it was almost completely unplayable. I could feel the latency when aiming. I have a 20mbps connection and it said on the connection test that I could play yet I felt so much latency. I hope this gets better not only with price but also quality or else this will be doa.

Re: Feature: The PS4 Destiny Diaries - Day Seven: One Last Beta Adventure on the Moon

I didn't care about this game at all until I played the beta. I really didn't expect to like it at all mostly because I never really understood what it was about. I thought it was just call of duty in space or something of that nature. But now I am completely hooked. I really want to get it. Though the 30fps instead of 60fps sucks and the graphics could have been better. But most games that have been released on last gen and current gen are lacking somewhat in the graphics department.

Re: Bumping The Last of Us Remastered's Framerate Will Cast a Slight Shadow

Once you go 60 you can't go back. Infamous second son ran between 30 and 50fps and whenever you lock it at 30fps you will notice it instantly. Moving the camera feels horrible and graphics loose that smooth look that they had before. Anyone who thinks a game running at 30fps instead of 60fps can have better gameplay is crazy. Developers focus on 30fps on consoles just so they can make it look better even though most 30fps games on my ps4 are not impressive at all. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is a perfect example of that. It looks so bad on ps4 running at 1080p 30fps. How this game doesn't run at least 60fps the world may never know. It looks like a ps2 game in 1080p and while there's nothing wrong with having a classic style in graphics like indie games, this is supposed to be a triple a title... now that's the end of my rant because I bought the worse spider-man game ever digitally on my ps4 and now I'm stuck with my bad decision for life.

Re: Sony: We Won't Close the Door on Crash Bandicoot Comeback

drpepperdude100

I only got to play medievil, ape escape, spyro, and the legend of dragoon when I got my ps1 back in the day. So I never got to experience crash. But recently Sony had a sale for all the crash ps1 games so I bought them all. I got to say the first game is definitely a cool classic but it was tough as crap. If I had gotten to play that when I was little I wouldn't have been able to beat that many levels. But I would be interested in seeing a new crash game on ps4. Seems like it would be fun.

Re: Uncharted Collection a 'Good Candidate' for PS4, but Sony Won't 'Flood the Market' with Remakes

drpepperdude100

What I want are remakes of ps1 games, not games that just came out. I would love to see a remake of MediEvil or The Legend of Dragoon. Wholly crap now that would be awesome. Or maybe a new Ape Escape. But I did just pre-order The Last of Us on ps4. I didn't play the game on ps3 but I did watch the whole story through let's plays on YouTube. I thought the story was awesome so I bought it on ps4. I wouldn't mind a remake of other ps3 games but I would prefer something older. Sony also needs to hurry up with more ps4 updates for the interface. It lacks a lot. It also needs ps1 and ps2 games on the store or through an emulator for disc playback.

Re: That Cash You Contributed to Mighty No. 9? Comcept Wants More

Well I guess what happened is they had money left over from the kickstarter and they decided to use that for the anime they are making instead of using it for new game features. Now they want more features for the game but are over budget and need more funding. I'm fine with making the anime and using another kickstarter for more features as long as the anime isn't wasted money like the trailer leads us to believe. If they are making it for kids then they are going for the wrong audience and wasting the money that mostly teens and adults provided. Seems like you would want to focus on your audience and funders first.
