If you played Watch Dogs and were left disappointed you won't be after playing this. It's a much better game. Can't compare it to Saints Row though because this game has a serious tone and Saints Row is not serious at all. Sleeping Dogs has the best combat system out of any open world game to date though. A man who never eats pork bun is NEVER a whole man!
New Crash game, PS1/PS2 emulation, Legend of Dragoon remake/sequel, MediEvil remake/sequel, New Ape Escape, PlayStation All Stars Sequel, revamped PS4 UI, more new IPs, and that pretty much ends my fantasy PS4 experience.
"OlliOlli earns a place among skateboarding's gaming greats"-GameSpot
How far the skateboarding genre has fallen since the downward spiral of the Tony Hawk series is so sad. On another note I have played a better flash skateboarding game then what OlliOlli looks like.
@Shellybird27 I think the story wasn't laid out that great and it was too short. Plus they didn't make Delsin that appealing as character, he was too much of a punk kid who argued with his brother for no reason until the end when you know what happens. The DLC story with Fetch was about the same story quality except her neon powers were so much better than Delsins.
The biggest flaws with most of the big games coming out on PS4 so far(Watch Dogs, Destiny, Infamous SS, BF4) is the story but not the gameplay. So if developers want to give us a great story for once with just ok gameplay then that would be awesome.
Sleeping Dogs is an amazing game. It has some flaws and the story could be longer but it is completely underrated in my opinion. It's also way better than the over hyped Watch Dogs game I got, and It can easily stack up against the top open world games out there. I have this game on PS3 and have already pre-ordered the PS4 version. This game has the best combat system out of any open world game I have experienced and that's going up against a lot of games. My favorite line from this game would probably be from the pork bun vendor. "A man who never eats pork bun is never a whole man!". I don't know what a pork bun is but it has become my lifes dream to eat one now lol.
Release a sequel/remake of MediEvil, The Legend of Dragoon, Ape Escape, Crash Bandicoot and I would give them all of my money. Also my PS4 needs some more features in the OS and PS1/PS2 emulation and that would make the PS4 Legendary.
Well if the latency is like PS Now then I don't really care for this feature at all. My 20mbps connection isn't enough for PS Now and I'm sure it won't be enough for this either.
I was playing killzone 3 on ps now and it was almost completely unplayable. I could feel the latency when aiming. I have a 20mbps connection and it said on the connection test that I could play yet I felt so much latency. I hope this gets better not only with price but also quality or else this will be doa.
I didn't care about this game at all until I played the beta. I really didn't expect to like it at all mostly because I never really understood what it was about. I thought it was just call of duty in space or something of that nature. But now I am completely hooked. I really want to get it. Though the 30fps instead of 60fps sucks and the graphics could have been better. But most games that have been released on last gen and current gen are lacking somewhat in the graphics department.
I remember playing Uncharted 2 demo on my ps3 for the first time in hd and it blowing me away. It was the first game I played on my ps3 after moving on from my ps2 in like 2009. Hopefully the next uncharted is just as impressive on ps4.
Once you go 60 you can't go back. Infamous second son ran between 30 and 50fps and whenever you lock it at 30fps you will notice it instantly. Moving the camera feels horrible and graphics loose that smooth look that they had before. Anyone who thinks a game running at 30fps instead of 60fps can have better gameplay is crazy. Developers focus on 30fps on consoles just so they can make it look better even though most 30fps games on my ps4 are not impressive at all. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is a perfect example of that. It looks so bad on ps4 running at 1080p 30fps. How this game doesn't run at least 60fps the world may never know. It looks like a ps2 game in 1080p and while there's nothing wrong with having a classic style in graphics like indie games, this is supposed to be a triple a title... now that's the end of my rant because I bought the worse spider-man game ever digitally on my ps4 and now I'm stuck with my bad decision for life.
I only got to play medievil, ape escape, spyro, and the legend of dragoon when I got my ps1 back in the day. So I never got to experience crash. But recently Sony had a sale for all the crash ps1 games so I bought them all. I got to say the first game is definitely a cool classic but it was tough as crap. If I had gotten to play that when I was little I wouldn't have been able to beat that many levels. But I would be interested in seeing a new crash game on ps4. Seems like it would be fun.
What I want are remakes of ps1 games, not games that just came out. I would love to see a remake of MediEvil or The Legend of Dragoon. Wholly crap now that would be awesome. Or maybe a new Ape Escape. But I did just pre-order The Last of Us on ps4. I didn't play the game on ps3 but I did watch the whole story through let's plays on YouTube. I thought the story was awesome so I bought it on ps4. I wouldn't mind a remake of other ps3 games but I would prefer something older. Sony also needs to hurry up with more ps4 updates for the interface. It lacks a lot. It also needs ps1 and ps2 games on the store or through an emulator for disc playback.
I still have my PlayStation move controllers. I thought Sony had completely forgotten about them until they said that they would work on ps4. But I have yet to see anything support them on ps4. I feel the move controllers support will be the same for this VR venture they are getting into. Support it at first than forget about it.
Well I guess what happened is they had money left over from the kickstarter and they decided to use that for the anime they are making instead of using it for new game features. Now they want more features for the game but are over budget and need more funding. I'm fine with making the anime and using another kickstarter for more features as long as the anime isn't wasted money like the trailer leads us to believe. If they are making it for kids then they are going for the wrong audience and wasting the money that mostly teens and adults provided. Seems like you would want to focus on your audience and funders first.
There are parody's of celebrities all the time and they are completely legal. So I don't know how this differs even though it probably has nothing to do with her. Everyone has someone that looks similar to them in the world.
@Kie1976 I think they should release an update at least once a month. But currently my ps4 is not any better than my ps3 except for the share button and higher resolution in games.
I played it and it's definitely full of glitches. Frame-rate is all over the place most of the time. You can definitely tell when it drops too. Graphics look barely any better than a ps3 game but at a higher resolution. Definitely not worth 60 dollars unless the single player story is amazing, but I don't even know if it has single player.
I don't know why Microsoft wastes money on timed dlc. It's not going to make me switch from ps4 to xbox 3. But if sony doesn't start adding ps3 features to the ps4 interface I might pick up an xbox 3 simply for the entertainment options.
I don't really care much about timed exclusive dlc because I don't usually buy over priced dlc for bad games but if the game was fun and the dlc was cool I would care. But this might be the first call of duty game from the cover it looks like it might be a good game.
