In the UK, and the game, even with all the hype, not even available to wishlist. Didn’t know it was such a big game. At least it’s not COD. 😂

One of the most anticipated games in the history of gaming gathers more momentum and yet I still hold out, delay coming soon more than a release date. October 2026 folks! Rockstar shame on you for keeping us fans/gamers waiting. At least some news would be nice, but nothing, no second trailer. Not sure I wanna get it now. 😂

So here’s a question - would anyone pay £80 plus for Grand Theft Auto 6? Many are speculating or should I say rumours, that’s it’s minimum price will be at least £100? I’m sure there are a few hardcore gamers out there willing to shell out that much for one of the most if not the most anticipated game in the history of gaming.

So 2025 has arrived and the talk, the craze, the ongoing wait for anything GTA 6 continues. I’ve never known a game have so much attention like this but let’s hope come release date, and I’ll put a fiver on it NOT being 2025 at all, we are delighted by what Rcokstar finally deliver. Will it be the greatest game ever made like we are hoping, possibly but then again GTA 5 was for a while. There’s always something to take our attention away from this, Naughty Dog any news regarding The Last Of Us 3? I’ll say no more. Apart from October 2026 release date.

Fistly the hype around this game is growing by the day. We all love GTA V. So GTA VI has huge massive shoes to fill. Secondly with games taking so long to make these days and delays becoming more frequent I can absolutely guarantee this game will not release next year. More like Fall 2026. Most big triple AAA Rockstar games are released October, so I’m going late October 2026 release. If it’s delayed after that I would be surprised cos then we’ll be talking PlayStation 6. So Rockstar what next for us drooling fans? Don’t think much by how you’ve treated us with some of the games released recently 😂.

@Cal_ indeed you maybe right. I mean come on GTA V was and still is the best Grand Theft Auto ever, so Rockstar have big shoes to fill. It has to be the biggest and best GTA ever. All they do in the next year will be to please investors not us. We will see. But definitely not out next year.

Assassins Creed will get one more delay to April next year.

I’ll bet my parents mortgage that one of the biggest of next year will delayed!! Probably don’t need to say which one but Rockstar is involved. October 2026 for GTA 6.

Not really a complication at all. Because for the first time people will be able to buy a PlayStation 5 console at launch. There can’t be any scalpers and bots grabbing this overly expensive piece of hardware and then adding the beautiful dynamic pricing everyone is loving at the minute. £699 retail price and then adding whatever price to it, £800 upwards, are you really that desperate console lovers???

I’m one of the unlucky few who got their mits on this awful game at launch on PS4. Let me emphasise the at launch bit. When it was relaunched on PS5, I thought let’s give it another go. First thoughts wow how things have changed for the better and many improvements all round. Now with update 2.0 coming tomorrow I’m definitely giving this game another go. Night City I’m coming for ya. A game that started out in infamy, now many will be celebrating and enjoying a whole new and better experience. Oh and Keanu Reeves at his best.

Why can’t PlayStation rival XBOX game pass and try and better it instead of same old rubbish. Three tiers, two of which no one is gonna bother unless you’re rich. XBOX game pass works, and I love it, but this and the new pricing, it’s a no from me. Wait for offers.

So PS Plus has always been very average at best and now they’ve increased the prices, might as well all jump ship and head over to XBOX Game Pass. Now I’m new to XBOX game pass, but I know PS Plus, Xbox game Pass wins always for me. And yes agree a very poor offering of games for those who part ways with their well earned cash.

I think most gamers were expecting a somewhat better upgrade on a classic game but hey this is rockstar. Look at the GTA enhanced trilogy. But I guess this is rockstar all over, and so whilst we are all waiting for anything GTA 6 related and cos there is absolutely nothing in the pipeline they dripfeed us this garbage. Oh and I’ll bet my bottom dollar that we don’t hear anything GTA 6 related until at least next year. Probably launching GTA 6 for the PS6 and coming 2027/28. I don’t think PS5 or XBOX X/S will see GTA 6.

@3Above pushsquare who we are using for these comments will be quite tight for a 10. It’s gotta be Demons Souls quality for a 10 so a 8 or 9 from this website and sorry this game ain’t Demons Souls. IGN said in their preview, cutscene heavy in relation to the game, story and action sequences. Some will give it a 10 but most will give it 8, 8.5 or 9.

@MB3108 yeah agree SE have invested too much in this game for it to be a failure. Anything less than 10’s is failure.

What’s everyone thinking review scores? After the state of play video, I thought 10’s across the board but now we’ve played the demo and lots of previews have been shared on the interweb, I’m thinking now 8’s and 9’s.

At least I know never to touch this game even when it’s on offer. For those poor souls who shelled out the £90, oh dear. And for those who paid the £70. This is why reviews are important so we the consumer can make a decent decision on whether or not to buy. But when I tried the demo, I though it’s a no from me.

And this is a big game to begin 2023, not much hope for the rest of the year. Let’s hope Hogwarts Legacy can make up for it when it releases on 7th Feb and 10th Feb depending on the version you’ve bought. Pls let this be good.

I’m not worried where the review is. It’s absolute rubbish from what the other critics have said. And I knew it would be. Not buying.

When game review embargo’s end the day before the game officially releases I don’t think it’s a great sign that the critic reviews will be very positive at all. And since the embargo for this title ends at 2pm Monday 23rd just 10hrs before the UK release not sure it’ll get anything higher than a 7. Square Enix I think the many delays to this title has not done you well. Stick with Final Fantasy for now.

Like Game Of Thrones, House Of The Dragon and most big HBO shows, Sky Atlantic will air the show at the same time in the US at 2am Monday morning in the UK. Check your tv guides I know I’m not wrong!

Santa Monica studios will be really hoping these slip ups don’t continue. And with the critic reviews coming Thursday afternoon they’ll be hoping that’s one less thing to think about, providing most if not all think it’s incredible and give it 10’s across the board apart from gamespot of course (they gave the first one a 9), and from the sound their preview that might actually be a 8. Sony too buck your ideas up, one of the biggest game releases of the year and it’s already a bit embarrassing. Sort it. And yes ok human error maybe but with PS5 consoles still hard to come by. Massive industry this.

The BETA was the best ever, but the full game release brings its own problems. It’s a brilliant COD, but lots of things need sorting before we can say it’s the greatest COD ever and even then we probably won’t be saying that.

So here’s an idea whether gamers have got their mits on the physical game early or not, there still should be a lock on it so they can’t play it until the 9th November, right, digital gamers who pre ordered the game can’t play it early so why should physical pre orders be any different. Have a lock on it so even if they got it a month early, it doesn’t unlock till the 9th November. No spoilers then.

Only 13 days to go to this years second masterpiece alongside Elden Ring. Need to finish the first great and awesome game before this one.

Who here reckons scores of 10 across the board apart from one or two stingy critics, maybe gamespot again cos they gave the first one 9, so probably an 8 or 9 for Ragnorok but all being mostly 10’s.

Like Elden Ring earlier this year another round of review scores of 10’s pls. Wow this look awesome this game does.

Feel this being the last ever FIFA it’ll be the worst. Commentary again will be the same bull crap of last year, no Ultimate Team improvements at all, some graphical improvements and they’ll call it HyperMotion2, career mode some improvements including be a manager, like be Klopp, or Ten Hag, but yeah very low expectations for this final swan song for FIFA, goodbye FIFA, but the worse one yet, 6’s, 7’s and 8’s the review scores will be when they come out.

@Johnnycide really? I do not justify the launch price at all. Unforgivable. It’s the third version of a game that started life on the PS3 for goodness sake.

Delighted with this review pushsquare. And also thanks you’ve included my main criticism for this game - the price! So I purchased the original remake on PS4 and I just think it’s an absolute joke that this game isn’t given to those who have the PS4 version a little discount, ok not free, nothing free in this life particularly when it comes gaming but still. It’s the same game but with PS5 graphics, yippee, oh flip we now need to recoup the millions we’ve just put into it by charging £70 and £80 for it. Shame on you naughty dog. Classic memorable game that isn’t given the respect it deserves for those trusted gamers out there.

Personally I know I won’t be the first to think this, anyone who owns the PS4 version ok it’s free with PS Plus or dirt cheap, the fact you own that should get you a discount on a game that yes will look astonishingly good on PS5 but £70 for an upgrade? Or £80 for the deluxe, come on, even I’m not falling for this. The game is awesome, or was awesome on PS4, it’s the same but basically an upgrade to PS5 standards. This will NOT get 10’s or at least I hope it doesn’t simply cos of the high price point for a game that millions already own and sorry not falling for this.

This is why critic reviews are so important. Obviously for some people you buy the game and don’t bother with reviews, but in this case this review decides for many whether to buy or not to buy. So thank you pushsqaure for making my choice so much easier in the final yes or no for this what looks and sounds like a tripe poor game. I won’t be investing so I’m out.

What about Latium and Bergamo Calcio, anything new and official? Or Roma FC.

Let’s be honest as well, EA need to take a long hard look at themselves regarding the annual bull crap of sport releases coming up, Madden 23, probably utter garbage, FIFA 23, probably utter garbage, time for new leadership and vision. Maybe this year, don’t release any games EA. Pls.

Playing a bit of Elden Ring (greatest game ever made!) and Gran Turismo 7. Greatest Gran Turismo but struggling with the whole do the license thingy to unlock more of the game. Oh well.

Zero Dawn played brilliantly on PS4 and it plays even better on PS5 so I fully expect the same with Forbidden West. Question has anyone took the advice of critics such as pushsquare and got the £59.99 PS4 version with the free PS5 upgrade? If so, same as me and no option to do it yet? Apparently it’s released tomorrow so another download to come at midnight. Dammit!

@djlard yes the old saves are still available once you’ve redownloaded the game. Playing an old save from my PS4 on PS5 now.

Finally this game has been given the treatment it truly deserves. Playing on PS5 and it is truly awesome. Plays beautiful, looks exactly how it should have done on PS4 base console but hey we all make mistakes. Just a shame CDPR made the biggest console gaming mistake in history. Learn from this CDPR.

When the live stream started it has captured on PS5 at the bottom, and it looks just it did on the PS4 base console, what’s changed?

@Indoorhero when you have the next gen console (Sony or Microsoft) you do don’t you. I have Sky TV Glass and unless sky release any updates in the near future (opening up to 120 fps) my tv is locked at 60 fps.

I’m playing Zero Dawn on PS5 and I’m gonna say it wow. I did start playing it on PS4 then carried it over to my PS5, but the increase in quality from the PS4 is incredible but that’s not to say it isn’t gorgeous on PS4. So this game is gonna be awesome whichever console you play. Well done Guerrilla. Now then gaming studios this is how to make a game with a sequel.

@RevGaming I’ve not played Demon Soul’s cos I hear it’s tough for those who don’t have much patience. Basically not easy at all. But I might have a look. Of course Horizon beats it.

Not the 10 I was expecting but still a 9 ain’t bad. But then again there’s only one PS5 game that’s got the special 10 honour and that’s Demon Soul’s so let’s be honest pushsqaure you are a little bit picky. But then most major critics have given it a 9, gamespot another who’s difficult to please have given it a miserly 8. They really are picky. Looking forward playing it soon.

Firstly yes get the PS4 version if you have a PS5, get the free upgrade and secondly who thinks this one will be the first 10 out of 10 reviewed game? Based on the last excellent game many years ago now which saw high praise but most if not all gave it 8’s and 9’s I think this one be a 10. The hype around this isn’t Cyberpunk 2077 level and being a different studio I reckon we’ve got nothing to worry about, Aloy will return and boy are we gonna know about it. This years game of the year. I hope anyways.

Everyone has a choice when it comes to console buying and it shouldn’t come down to whether or not a game studio has bought this or that. It’s not the end of PlayStation and why are we saying it is. Blimey what a huge deal we are making. And if Xbox have any sense it’ll be multi platform releases anyways. We need console wars and studios ain’t gonna change it. I love my PS5 and I don’t give two craps about this huge news that for me isn’t huge news. Move on. What’s next to be delayed? 😂

It’s the new norm for next gen games. I’m expecting most if not all future PS5 games to be at least 100GB from now. And hopefully it’ll be worthy every GB. And from the trailer I saw yesterday I’m also expecting 10’s across the board in the reviews.

Firstly a positive, on PS5 it runs beautifully and looks absolutely stunning, secondly it’s a bitch of a learning curve. Let me say you’ll die more than you’ll kill anyone. It’s a tough game but epic in scale and promise.

Yeah waiting for the console reviews and probably a cheaper price.
