Review Forspoken (PS5) - Messy Action RPG Is Massively Hit and Miss
It's a kind of tragic
Forspoken is one of the most hit-and-miss games we've played in a long time. For everything it does well, it fumbles something else, resulting in a fantasy adventure that's full of ups and downs. Square Enix just did that
In Tanta We Trust is a rare example of DLC better than the main game it's based on, but that doesn't mean you need to rush out and buy a PS5 copy of Forspoken in order to play it. About The Game
Forspoken follows the journey of Frey, a young New Yorker transported to the beautiful and cruel land of Athia. In search of a way home, Frey must use her newfound magical abilities to traverse sprawling landscapes and battle monstrous creatures.
When game review embargo’s end the day before the game officially releases I don’t think it’s a great sign that the critic reviews will be very positive at all. And since the embargo for this title ends at 2pm Monday 23rd just 10hrs before the UK release not sure it’ll get anything higher than a 7. Square Enix I think the many delays to this title has not done you well. Stick with Final Fantasy for now.
Forspoken is a good A-RPG !
