The CMA is designed to keep competition in sectors. And they're right in this instance, it'd make MS too big for the sphere they're next preparing for when they drop hardware altogether. This deal would immediately make them too big ti compete with.

Yes, when it's a global takeover I.E it affects multiple.markets. All regulators have to sign off on it not just the one in your home country.

I said people would actually pay attention to you if you didn't keep trying to belittle people the way you have. As I said, you can make all the assumptions about people you want, but it just makes you look silly.
So, people won't feel bad for them in the slightest because they've taken all the products for themselves and overcharged for them. It's funny and not at all sad.

This actually has the opposite effect that you're trying to do and seem more educated than others, trying to insult them. @trev666 ND haven't made a PC game for a fair few generations now (since Sony bought them). So, not entirely sure you know what you're saying. Making a game for PC is harder than for Console.

CoD makes more money than Destiny, that's the difference. It isn't just the DLC and software sales that make Sony millions, it's the Sony sponsored 'world championships' too.
So, losing it to MS would be a heavy blow.

Pretending MS is innocent is also silly, as both have accused the other of doing something they did themselves in a previous generation. Only a blind fan of one side or the other would think that Bungie acquisition is on the same scale as mega publishers like Bethesda and Activision Blizzard.

Bungie don't have devs under their umbrella, Bethesda and Activision do.

I'd assume that if you've paid for it, then the next version will be "free" or discounted in some way. Devs aren't normally that much of a t$@t. It was called a "beta" too, so it would be unfair to charge again for the next version, in my own opinion.
As for it being on your console, it won't delete itself, but from the wording of the article, the game just won't function (at least that's my understanding), but anything you've purchased is always in your collection, I have PS3 games I can download that have been delisted in the past.

PC is alot harder to develop for, to be fair.
The internals of every machine out there is different depending on what parts the gamer has, but with console, every gamer has the same internal parts for an entire generation. But PC can change within months of development starting.

Not happy with them. But not unhappy as for the first time this year, I can claim all three.

Valhalla sold worse than the older titles. Mainly because the reviews stated just how silly it was.
Also, even as much as I enjoyed the first two in the recent trilogy, I'd love them to bring back the AC2-Unity style games.
