@saffeqwe there are 180 regions, not countries than can't get psn, I think it's saying. So if you want to play a PlayStation studios game on a pc you need to have a psn account. Think that sounds right. Soooo, if your not in a region where you can have a psn account you can't buy a psn game. Am I there so far?

I have ps plus extra and barely use it. I keep the software on disc if I like it even if it comes to extra, chances are i shall drop to essential for multiplayer only at renewal. We don't appear to be the sheep they wanted us to be. And for xbox it seems it's now costing them a fair chunk.

I think it's all a bit silly. Children, no matter the age of them. We are in an age where we no longer own the cassette, we get continual updates to keep games top line and a request to have a psn for metrics and whatnot isn't a world killer. You can't buy an EA game off steam, even single player, without them needing you to login. Rockstar are worse.
If you don't like it stick to console gaming. You sign in there too but less invasive.

I use them both, they've been connected for ages. I think the tears are silly. I don't like the fact that I can't play single-player games owned on steam deck offline as I need to sign in, looking at ea. But I don't raze the roof and demand daft things. We knew, we all knew, get over it.

I won't play it, I shall go back and replay the last ninja first, which remains in my top ten, and sensi soccer was an 8 bit mess on screen with an afterthought system and only a d pad and 1 button, beaten thoroughly by speedball2. But again that thing we call opinion. 😉

@Member_the_game yes of course pro 98 is awful to new kids. I still play C64 games as I like some old classics, it's not always about the looks. Nostalgia had me replay Fallout, the first one and whilst it looks old it tells a great story.

@Member_the_game how so? Is there a Horizon game every 12 months the same as the last but 1 new animation? I've stopped getting F1 for the same reason and will never buy a football game. I have iss pro 98.

It's VR on pc. Sooooo, not for me on PS5. Shame because psvr 2 is very good.

GT7 in VR. Gotta make the most of it. There are not a lot of great games for it., glad a mini bonus paid for it.

I think the character model in 3rd person moves the best of any game, no longer siezed at the hip and more fluid than even the PC upgrade. Small change but brings it in line.

It's very pretty, but the demo was just about average for me. So probably never.

Kinda figured, so deleted, put disc in and voila. It's not the biggest issue.

The player animation is better running around. But it's no next gen. All I've noticed so far. Compared first half hour on PS5 and steam deck.

@rusty82 it's a slow start I'll grant you. But so was Horizon FW. I shall push through. Days gone was similar and that turned out to be one of the best games I've played. Slow starts can ruin a rep.

Avatar: Frontiers. CEX bargain and a game that would never have been played on steam deck as I won't sideload all the bloomin stores.

Ubisoft are so good at charging an extortional price at launch to allow the like of me to pick it up at half price or less a year later. Why buy new when there are too many old games I still haven't touched.

@Max_the_German there was never really a golden age. I've had it forever and there are maybe 6 a year that I ever play. The only golden I've had is the 12 or so I got when I bought PS5. And I already had most of them.

Just another leap around hack n slash. Pretty as hell but no different. That's just me and mine, loads of others may not have played so many similar games yet.

I just use my OLED steam deck. Works well. Nearly bought a portal until I tried it.

Don't get back into country until 26th, so will be kept content at sea on my steamdeck. PS5 is sat patiently waiting with it's new VR that I didn't get chance to play. So I won't know what theyre like until I play them.

@DNortonX what controller is connected to you phone or tablet? or are you using a dualsense? If someone doesn't want to use a phone or tablet then having choice of portal is good is it not?

A seriously good racer in F1 23, shame they ignored PSVR when it remains a PC VR game.

Finished 6 times now, the game is so undervalued it's rediculous.

I wanted F1 support, EA and Codies must be able to do it, but then with PSVR2 going to PC too lets see what I can do there too. Lots of haters and there's so many games.
