I got the platinum for Astro Bot yesterday! A true sign of how much I loved it, because that’s only my second platinum, I don’t go out of my way for them. After that I started up Space Marine 2, the best modern 360/PS3 game out there. I’ve also been playing Skyrim on Steam Deck on the side.

I have a special fondness for Necrons, they were my first army.

I’m still loving every second of Astro Bot. I also I also started the original Space Marine game, on Steam Deck, since Steam finally had it at a good price.

One of the easiest 10s I’ve ever given

I don’t know how much I’ll actually use this, but it sounds like a great new feature.

In the many hours my family and I have put into this game, I’ve encountered one bug. My son got stuck on a swinging pad with the crocodile gloves, so we had to restart. Other than that it’s been flawless for us. Further proof that not every game needs to be a massive GoW budget/style game.

Maybe they should get their PS5 checked if it’s looking like that, mine looks much closer to the clear image … as I’m sure everyone else would agree.

I finally got the original at a good price on Steam today, so after Visions of Mana I’ll throw that on my Steam Deck to go through it. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about 2.

There’s plenty of amazing games on PS5, but my favorite was always Astro’s Playroom. It’s rare that we get a lighthearted, genuine, and fun game like this these days. Not to mention, we don’t get nearly as many platformers, especially not ones that I can say are GotY contenders. This game has replaced Playroom for me, I’m having such an amazing time with this game. It’s like NES/Sega days combined with 360/PS2 days but with a modern twist.

FFVIII is still one of my least favorite FF games, I went back to it last year and that opinion stayed firm.

This guy is ridiculous. Respectfully, Days Gone was not that good and Deacon was such a bland, boring character. Maybe if you want your character to stand out, make an interesting character. Astro Bot is a far better game than Days Gone and he’s just upset that it’s getting more accolades, which are very much deserved.

Astro Bot and I’m loving every second of it! I’m also squeezing in a bit of Visions of Mana on Steam Deck when my kids take over my PS5.

I’ve only spent an hour with it, so far, but I can already say there’s a good chance this will be my GotY. I was smiling like an idiot the entire time and loving every second of it and its charm.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this was my GotY, currently it’s Stellar Blade, but I think I’ll enjoy this more.

I’m so hyped for tomorrow!

I got to squeeze in a bit of It Takes Two with my wife and after everyone went to bed I sunk in a couple of hours in Star Wars Outlaws.

@DennisReynolds I’m right there with you. Not that I play them a ton but they’re always a good time and familiar when I do.

@DennisReynolds I started it today and I completely agree. It’s nothing spectacular, but I didn’t expect that or necessarily want that, I just wanted a good fun time, so far, that’s what it’s delivering.

I’m about an hour and a half in and I’m really enjoying it. There’s a few things they could have tweaked or done better that I’ve noticed, but overall I’m having fun.

I know I’m in the minority on this, but I’m still REALLY looking forward to this. I never expected more than a 6 or 7, but sometimes I want that kind of game. I don’t always need a FFXVI or GoW war style game, at times it’s nice to just sit back with an average rated game to kill some time.

I may grab it for Steam Deck, but I definitely want to check it out.

I’ll definitely grab this, I never got to finish it because my controller started acting up and I just never went back to it. This game has one of my favorite random lines in a game, “Did you just swear vengeance against a door?”

I’m looking forward to it, regardless of mixed reviews. I’m more than happy with a solid 7 average, which most people tend to forget is still good and above average.

I played some of Dead Space Remake. Also, my in-laws have the kids for the weekend, so my wife and I ordered a nice dinner and laid in bed playing It Takes Two for about six hours. What an incredible game. Plus, it was just great having that time with just my wife, even if it’s a strange theme for that exact moment. 😂

I rarely dabble in multiplayer games so this is a hard pass for me.

This was a day one for me the moment it was announced. I already have it pre-ordered. My kids and I are extremely excited for this game.

Played some Sekiro and I’ve been cleaning up odds and ends in Astro’s Playroom. I can’t wait for Astro Bot!

The more I see of this the less interested I am in it, but I’m hoping to be proven wrong.

Still my least favorite in From’s catalog of Soulsborne games. My opinion has changed significantly on Sekiro since release though. Sekiro went from a game I didn’t like at all but I thought had great combat mechanics, to a game that I think has the best sword fighting in video games and has become a game in my top five of all time.

I’m so excited that we aren’t losing such a creative studio.

On Steam Deck I squeezed in a bit of Sekiro last night. Then, after the kids went to bed, I started Kumitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess on Game Pass. PotG is very much a “just one more round” kind of game, I played four or five levels after only intending to play one, I’m really loving it so far.

It’s really great looking but I don’t need one

2 is easily my favorite, I loved 1 as, but was so disappointed in 3 and the Pre-sequel.

I’ve never played these but I picked up all three for about $20 on Steam. I’m looking forward to finally giving them a try.

I finally beat Genichiro in Sekiro and made my way through Senpou Temple, so on to the next area.

Nothing, I’m on a nice relaxing vacation with the family. If I’m not sleeping I’ll play Sekiro on Steam Deck, but that’s the only way I’ll be gaming.

Sorry ladies, but this was already my most anticipated game at this point. Your services are appreciated but not needed.

@themightyant I know it’s for charity, and that’s fantastic, but I still wish I had that kind of money.

Man, I wish I had so much money that I could spend $15,000 on a poster.

I haven’t tried the demo yet, but I grabbed it for Steam Deck. If I like it I might grab it on there, I have Game Pass, but I want to support studios doing weird games like this.

I’m still working my way through Shadow of the Erdtree, but because I hate myself, I’m also playing Sekiro on Steam Deck.
