@Th3solution My only worry was the noise but once the games are loaded I can't hear it and like you pointed out there are other benefits.

I know Sammy said the price of the DVD Attachment would not increase in price but I was also in Smyth's yesterday there was no panic buying in there Game or Argos I checked online there were 7 available there are 6 today from my corner of the World there is no panic The disc attachment was worth the money.

@Mintie Never seen anything like this in my lifetime I managed to pick one up in a Black Friday deal for £280 Why because of a gut feeling that the price would never come down that far for at least another 3/5 years.

I got my Base PS5 for £289 in November it plays my PS4 backlog plus a few games on PS5 that will keep me busy forever I would have got a PS5 Pro but what's the point my TV is only 4K.

@Reeneman So when the PS6 eventually comes around it would be wise not to purchase the Base Model but to hang on to when the Pro drops because as you have pointed out Sony would leave the base to rot even though it has the capabilities to improve.

It is like Sony are trying to nudge us onto the Pro, I think the only way to guarantee having a fully improved service from Sony is to wait for the PS6 Pro.

@AgentGuapo I think he is making the point that spending $700 for graphical upgrades when he has a PS5 Anyway just seems pointless but if your happy then that is cool.
Some of us would have liked something more than graphical upgrades for that price is it really too much to ask.
Only 13% of Playstation 5 users own the Pro..maybe just maybe The PS5 Owners are not going to shell out another $700 for Graphical enhancements.

@dskatter Nope no xbox footage either High verse's Ultra at 30 fps seems to be concerning.
oh up until recently there was no pro footage and the Pro's seem to be happy as pigs in muck.
maybe you get your footage soon too. But you can rest assured it will work just as good on a normal PS5 u'll just be losing out on the ultra as opposed to high ray tracing i'm sure that is not going to suddenly get people to say I must waste more money on a Pro lol.
