Horrible experience for newcomers, to think they (Bungie) allegedly sealed the fate of Naughty Dogs game, is another of Sonys commendable moves.

Good decision. It was all quite unnecessary.

So around 170 countries are just out of the picture. Almost a quarter million negative votes on Steam because of that.

Sony did it again, I think this belongs in the top 3 of ALL TIME stupid moves regarding video games. Sony made history.

I completed Ender Lilies and Lamentum, both pretty good games. Started them ages ago and stopped somewhere in between, as I often do.
On the side I play Limbo, Rebel Galaxy Outlaw and Axiom Verge. Even started Steam and playes a little bit of Desktop Dungeons, quite nice that one.
All smaller games, cause I can not deal with this bloated open world stuff right now.

Good selection in my book. Looking forward to play Tunic, tried it on Gamepass and it was quite good.

Good to know yet not surprising, than I will pay 10 € max for this game.

Besides the obvious missing ui and qol features, i wish they would improve the game library. Give us tabs/filters. If you have no creative bone in your body, look over to xbox game library, there I can easily sort my games (owned, essential and so on).

Worst thing, you can not backup single game saves to usb.

I could not bring myself to start another 50 plus hour game, so I started Bugsnax, on the side I am visiting Iki island in Ghost of Tsushima, I think I am halfway through it.

This hits the nail on the head. Demo gets better the further you play, I didn’t wanna dizz the game. It was truly just the feeling that came up first.

Please look up what I wrote, I can summarize for you guys: For ME it FEELS like a mobile game. So no assumption, no comparison to a specific mobile game.

Only thing I can say, I started and played the Demo a few times and in the beginning, the graphics look mediocre and the combat, the impact for your weapon, when it connects with the first bigger enemy, it just felt shallow. This it what most mobile game that I tried felt to me, swallow. Therefore my comparison.

I just finished Ghost of Tsushima, did everything possible within the main game. It took me round about 73 hours.

Inbetween I took a sneak peak at Iki Island and I liked it better for it feels more compact. The main game has just to much of everything. All in all it was a pretty good game.

Will finish up Iki Island and after that I am not sure, I started:

Mass Effect 2
God of War 2018
Death Stranding
Dragon Quest 11
Yakuza 0

No idea where to go next.

Your assumption is wrong, just because I do not go hand in hand with your experience regarding the demo, does not mean that mine isn't valid.

If you liked the demo, it's grand. I hope you enjoy the end product.

The Demo gave me the feeling I was playing a mobile game, so this sounds about right.

Are they serious? They put the games with the sale beforehand?!?!

Is there a chance to see only the newly added deals?

If not, they pulled a typical Sony…. For the players.

Awesome game, but for some reason, I prefer Halls of Torment. Will buy it nonetheless, it’s pure fun.

Just bought the physical version for 44€, the demo was good and I liked every game from them, it was an easy pick.

Go get a streaming abo, there you can have countless more hours of entertainment for less money. We should not even go there and compare different forms of entertainment.

Games back then were at least 99.9% bug free, plus modules had higher production costs than discs. Today there are way more customers. Look at the sales numbers for Genesis and SNES.

I bought 2 games full price on release in the last 10 plus years, Eldenring and Death Stranding.

There is barely any progress in games, besides graphics. If Sony is crying about rising production costs, why even make a PS6?

This site rated the game a 7/10 and this means I haven’t lived, if I did not play it ? I am slightly confused.

Anyway, I will give it a try on PS5.

After not playing for over a week, I picked up Ghost of Tsushima again, I am about 50% in. In the current sale I bought quite a few games, on top of that I ordered some physical games: MGS Collection, Unicorn Overlord, Pacific Drive, Vertigo 2, Labyrinth of Galleria Moon Society and Aliens Dark Desenct.

Now the only question that remains is, when will I play all the potentially great games?

Star Wars Outlaws GOTY 2024. You heard it here first ^^

I played for a bit, will try more later. So far not impressed at all. It feels somehow like a mobile game, the character seems to have zero weight and the combat feels dull and empty so far, reminds me of Skyrim.

Still playing Ghost of Tsushima and on the side I finished The Pedestrian, good game.

I hope MS stays in the race for the next console generation, without them we will get warped back in time to hear statements like:

You want to buy the ps3, get a second job or gamepad rumble features are so last generation.

I hope we get a Demo, player models looked mediocre at best.
Hope the gameplay will be top notch. Not day one for me, I never do day one, except smaller titles. Plus it is 2K, so I wanna see watch they charge for some more „legend“ players.

I started Ghost of Tsushima again, I played it before and just stopped at one point. There is a lot to like about this game. Also, at times it feels very repetitive.

Unicorn Overlord Demo was also very good, I am very tempted by that game.

On the side I start Final Fantasy 3 Pixel Remaster. I will play through the whole series of FF games ( MMO excluded). There are a few games in the series I never played before. Curious if FF 6 will remain the pinnacle for me.

Thanks for clearing that up. I will get DD2 eventually, I just finished the first DD a few weeks ago. I am in no rush whatsoever, there are so many games to play. It is mayhem.

Time will tell if they tempered with the gameplay to make people go and buy stuff. No judgment here as of now.

Fact is tho, they did not inform the reviewers about the MTX, right? If that is true, F thoose effers!

AC Mirage is here in Germany 24 € and the deluxe 30 € (physical).
Is anyone here, that buys Ubisoft games on release date still?

Also if an AAAA game costs 45 € so shortly after release, how can anyone dare to charge us 70 - 80 € for only 3A games?

In the review you said the map is cluttered with markers. Is there an option ( immersive HUD) to minimize the markers?

Seems like we have our first game, that needs a PS5 Pro to run smooth at 60fps.

Day one for me. Be aware tho, Last of us UBERREMASTERED EDITION incomming.

Days gone is highly underrated. Loved the game. Slow start, but man it gets better and better the longer you play.

This weekend I am playing A Plague Tale Requiem. In Chapter 7 right now, some areas you explore are truly beautiful, sadly I experienced some bugs and weird animations. Overall I enjoy it.
So far I prefer the first game of the series, curious if this will change once I finished the game.

Just read the room, the Switch numbers in Japan are insane. Sony has barely any foot in the door there.

I played the hell out of this game, only downside is the coop story mode, it was downright horrible, not that there was much of an interesting story to begin with, but you had to finish a mission first and after that you could play the mission with a friend.

Yeah baby, it's about time.
