@redd214 It won't allow me to message you because of your settings apparently. I'm on there as mindset6 (all lower case) if it will work the other way? Thanks pal.
@LiamCroft - fair review. I'm about twelve hours in, and really enjoying it. The backtracking is occasionally frustrating, but the acquisition of powers is satisfyingly paced, Cal is utterly inoffensive, the antagonists fun, and the controls pretty tight. I've had no frame drop on Pro, but I have had it hang loading a new area more than once, along with one complete crash. If it can maintain my interest for the remaining 51%, I'll be proper happy.
@kyleforrester87 I would argue it is more restrictive than Persona (which I loved). It does, however, carry more than enough of its own charm to see it through, and I played it almost exclusively for the sixty hours it took me for completion. I am very much looking forward to the the second one, and am genuinely gutted that it has been delayed.
After a fairly intense week at work, Sekiro feels a bit much. Taking a weekend sabbatical and starting... Cold Steel, which is wonderfully relaxing, surprisingly well translated and a really nice palate cleanser.
Loved Bloodborne, struggled with all three Dark Souls, and absolutely love this. All progress feels earned, patience is rewarded, and the bosses are great fun. I've been handed my arse by Lady Butterfly a number of times, but she is an incredibly fun boss fight.
Extended family obligations aside, I'm at almost exactly the same point as Liam in Dragon Quest XI, so am trying to hammer full steam ahead (and ignore the copy of Tales of Vesperia that is sat on the side). Otherwise, Outrun on the Switch for the odd five minutes.
I liked the picture the kid drew him as a thank you for saving his balloon. Spider-man 2 may well have been revered as the zenith, but that mission was rubbish.
Cost me a tenner, and was really good fun throughout. Driving was a little shonky and the ending was dump, but the gameplay itself was enjoyable. Decapitating mutants with boomerangs didn't get tired.
I'm hoping for a little more variety than either of the God Eater games had. They outstayed their welcome fairly quickly, which was a shame as I was quite taken with the art style.
@NintendoFan4Lyf @Th3solution I was lobbing the cocktails into a far corner two at a time then smashing it from behind (as it were). Logarius and Daughter of the Cosmos were my stinking bosses. Bastards the lot of them.
@BoltedArc - it is vague in order to avoid spoilers, from what I can gather. As for being biased, I'm not overly sure where you are coming from with that. On a personal note, I'm enjoying it so far, but you can really tell there is much more buried beneath the initial impressions. It would get more of a run if Breath of the Wild hadn't come out at the same time...
Persona 4 Golden is a system seller for the Vita, and I expect P5 to be similarly awesome. Looks lovely as well. Anyone with Wii U access should check out Tokyo Mirage Sessions as well, which is like a simplified version but with retina-searing firework display battles.
Great transparency throughout. Also, hats off for being one of the only sites whereby people aren't constantly sniping at each other in the comments section. It makes me a happy chap to see gamers that aren't bigots.

Also, tinkering with a lightsabre is great.

The man is a turd.

Re: Guide: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Tips and Tricks for Beginners
Got home from Game (ugh) at midday. Still playing at 1800. It's a belter, even for someone with as little gaming skill as myself.
Re: New RAGE 2 PS4 Gameplay Footage Looks Colourful and Kinetic
First one was really good fun. Ending was genuinely terrible.
Re: Yes, Resident Evil 2 Will Feature Tofu and Those Classic Unlockable Modes on PS4
@KingdomHeartsFan - in their defence, it is featured in the newest trailer.

Re: Resident Evil 2 'One-Shot' Demo Discovered on Xbox Store, Will Almost Certainly Come to PS4
Awesome stuff. Thirty minutes is all I need to vindicate my pre-order.

Re: PS4 Firmware Update 5.53 Is Available to Download Now
@JoeBlogs - And the son of something else, although it is probably best not to mention it here in mixed company.

@NintendoFan4Lyf
No, but Pungent Blood Cocktails will.
Re: GRIP, a Brand New Combat Racer, Announced for PS4
I did the Kickstarter for this and it got canned. Excellent to see it back up and running.
Re: Guide: How to Kill Father Gascoigne in Bloodborne on PS4
If you save the tiny music box for his final form, you can freeze him on the spot and maim the crap out of him.
Re: April PlayStation Plus Games Revealed
Not great, but Persona 5. That is all.

Re: Review: The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing (PS4)
This was on Games with Gold a little while back, and even as a freebie it wasn't worth playing. Everything about it seemed really laboured.
Re: Feature: 10 PS4 Games from 2016 to Get Stuck into Over the Winter Holidays
Skyrim, Titanfall 2 and Tokyo Mirage. I don't need to buy games for a long, long time.
