Re: Best PS Plus Games

LeeHarveyOzgod

The simple fact of the matter is I already own probably every AAA first party title on this list, and as a rule of mine, I do not replay open world games very often. God of war, ghost of Tsushima and horizon are all amazing games, but they are just too big and too long for multiple play throughs... For me.

I am currently having a blast with The Quarry when I'm not on psvr2

Re: Best PS Plus Games

LeeHarveyOzgod

Hard to believe that ALL these amazing games are available to me at any time and I don't play a single one of them. Granted I would love to play Fallout New Vegas again if it wasn't in streaming form.

Re: 10 Best PSVR2 Games You Must Play on Launch Day

LeeHarveyOzgod

@invictus4000 lol I'm taking day off too since I gotta sign for the freaking thing and I don't want kids getting their hands on it before me lol. Mine says it's being delivered today, yet it also says it's still processing at the UPS facility. I thought about going to pick it up but I know at that exact moment I left it would be loaded on truck.

Re: PSVR2 Review: Is It Worth It?

LeeHarveyOzgod

Mine just shipped today, scheduled for 22nd which is nice. I had a vr 1 and I certainly didn't use it as much as one might think you would, hoping this will change. The one cord is a big plus and the move controllers always sucked. Got horizon, pistol whip and kayak ready to go, waiting for switch back and might get drums rock.

Re: Hogwarts Legacy (PS5) - A Harry Potter Dream Come True

LeeHarveyOzgod

@SterlingEyes How did you do this. I bought the game for my girlfriend, but I pre ordered the cheapest version since the more expensive versions are usually useless. I've tried to use PlayStation support several times, but the bot is useless and never connects me with a real human being.

Re: Hogwarts Legacy (PS5) - A Harry Potter Dream Come True

LeeHarveyOzgod

@Valgore @Matroska @naruball You are 100 percent correct in that, this isn't the place for that debate. Which is why it should have never been mentioned in the review to begin with. An author who has nothing what so ever to do with the making of this game making controversial comments should have nothing to do with the review of the game.

Re: Hogwarts Legacy (PS5) - A Harry Potter Dream Come True

LeeHarveyOzgod

The good folks at push square just lost a bit of my respect by interjecting politics into a video game review. J.K. Rowling's certainly had absolutely nothing to do with the making of this game and slandering the game because of the author of the source material is an injustice to the many people who worked tirelessly on this game and likely do not hold the same beliefs as the author. People play games to get away from this crap, not to have it interjected into the medium at every possible opportunity.

Re: Poll: Did You Buy The Last of Us: Part I?

LeeHarveyOzgod

The last of us is my favorite game ever, so yes I bought it for the third time. Even though I don't agree with the disgraceful price gouging. 40 dollars seems right considering there is no multiplayer and it's technically shipping with less content. You can't tell me they spent ten million dollars making this?

The real reason I got it though is because there is basically nothing else to play

Re: Poll: Will You Buy The Last of Us: Part I?

LeeHarveyOzgod

The last of us is my favorite game ever, I've beat it multiple times on every difficulty and have the platinum.

I'm torn on this though. For starters... 70 dollars? You can get remastered literally for free!!! No way this should be more than 30 or 40 bucks. GTA 5 was only 10 dollars for PS5.

Sadly there is a real shortage of games right now. Made worse by companies remaking old games that aren't that old instead of developing new brands.

If September comes and I have nothing to play I'll prolly buy it like a chump, hopefully something else keeps me busy.

Re: Round Up: Far Cry 6 Reviews Paint a Familiar Open World Picture

LeeHarveyOzgod

I don't understand why people think far cry needs to re invent itself or be something far cry is not?

It's not like they are cranking games out yearly like Assassin's Creed used to.

How can you get bored of something you get once every 2 or 3 years. I haven't dug too deep as I had to finish deathloop tonight, but I can't wait for more Far Cry.

That's why I'm buying Far Cry... Because I want more FAR CRY.

Re: Negotiations for Death Stranding Sequel Underway, Reveals Star Reedus

LeeHarveyOzgod

@Amppari Yeah I'm still trying to figure out the re release? Not even worth ten dollars of my money.

The original game was interesting and I honestly enjoyed it, but if it's another game about delivering packages then no thanks. They would have to greatly expand the game play...

I'm the biggest metal gear fan in the world too... But I can do without a sequel here, but if anyone can make it a better game it's Hideo Kojima.

Re: Rumour: PS Plus September 2021 PS5, PS4 Games Allegedly Leaked

LeeHarveyOzgod

@Loftimus Exactly. I have my auto renew turned off, but I'm not sitting around mad about it. Just come to realize I'm getting very little value out of it and would prefer to keep my money.

I'm not going to cry and say I'm buying an xbox, don't care that much.

Netflix could have 15 thousand movies but if none of them interest you are you going to keep paying for it just so people don't call you entitled??

Re: Poll: Does Sony Need a Big PS5 Showcase This Summer?

LeeHarveyOzgod

Interesting way to phrase the question. Do they need it? Well no, obviously not. They can't keep PS5s on the shelves and there is almost nothing to play on it that can't be played on a PS4. That is my opinion from a Sony business stand point.

For my personal stand point, I don't know that they need a huge showcase with reveals of new games, teasers of games years out or new gameplay from every thing in production.

I just want to know that 1 big exclusive is coming this year, most likely Horizon although God Of War getting a release date would be a pleasant surprise.

This is one of the worst gaming droughts I've ever seen. I will scroll through the ps store for a half hour and not find anything. I've already bought and played a bunch of sub par games like Watch Dogs Legion just to have something to do.

I currently find more value playing old games on ps now because I can't find anything worth purchasing anymore.

In conclusion we definitely need a heavy hitter this year and neither death stranding or ghost of tsushima remakes qualify for that. Then a road map of things to come would be nice. We are at the point where we should get a big game every 6 months or so.

Re: Death Stranding Director's Cut PS5 Upgrade Costs $10

LeeHarveyOzgod

People should be more concerned with the fact that there is almost nothing to play on PS5.

All we really got this year was Ratchet and Clank and that was platinumed in 12 hours.

Just another year of playing the same games that have already been sold to us and giving companies more money for them.

This is never more evident then the fact that rockstar is remastering a ps3 game to sell it to us again.

Why make new games when people keep paying you money for the old ones?

Re: Deathloop Is High-Intensity Dishonored on PS5, And We're Here for It

LeeHarveyOzgod

@PossibLeigh I am far from a fanboy, I am just an adult with limited time for gaming. Also an adult smart enough to vote with my dollars. I have no beef with the situation, I'm not sitting around mad about it, the bottom line is I have a PlayStation 5 and if Microsoft doesn't want my money, they aren't getting it, any of it.

Realistically it's the only chance of them ever reversing their decision.

Again, I'm an adult, my kid actually has an xbox one, I'm not against the console. I just don't have the time to invest in trying to play every game on both consoles.
