How does a port of an eight year old game get delayed

How did they manage to get a port of a PS3 game delayed?

It'll be a tough Christmas in the Rockstar household for sure after this delay

From the trailer I cant see much that makes it look any better than the PS4 version.

If it's just a Res bump and FPS bump then it's a hard pass from me.

Should be a free update. The only reason it's being released again is for all the mugs that buy shark cards.

Honestly, after seeing this... What's even the point of it. They mentioned one bullet point of seamless transition and then said "and many more improvements". This literally looks like pc vanilla version on ultra. Also the delay.. so much disappointment.

Rockstar is getting more disappointing all the time when it comes to GTA. This trailer for an old a** game is a let down.

I'm not surprised, look at all the work that has been done to it. For a game that's 8 years old, it doesn't look a day over 7

The sad thing is they will probably charge the next gen premium for this and people will still be lining up to buy it for a third time.

Imagine growing up playing Rockstar games going off to uni to learn game design, join rockstar and help to build one of the greatest games ever and then do absolutely nothing for almost a decade at the company. So much talent wasted there.

Interestingly, they didn't detail any of the improvements fully as if the trailer spoke for itself. It was meh is this improved. Nothing I wouldn't expect in a patch tbh. Pass!

Rockstar have a literal money printing machine with this game. I understand the hesistancy to move onto GTA6 even though it sucks for us gamers.

Like most here are saying it looks almost exactly the same as the PS4 version plus a little bit faster, the really old PC version looks more impressive.

Perfect news. I love the free 1 million R$ every month until they release it for ps5.
Also quit yer bit**in... if you don't have a powerfull enough PC to run this with mods @ 4K60fps then the next best thing is this "upgrade" for new gen consoles. All good.

A remake of a ps3 game. Snore. Maybe if people would quit buying the same game 3 times they would be motivated to make a new game? Won't even play this is it's free.
