No, not at all.
I bought the standard glacier ps4 only fairly recently
and I have zero interest in the pro.

Maybe, like AFCC when it's a lot cheaper,
but right now ? Nah.

I don't even know the amount of games I never even played and some of them are well over a decade old by now.
I have well over a 1000 games.

Nearly 500 on Steam.
Well over 130 on the ps3.
Don't think ill ever play all of these buggers, it's kinda crazy really.

Sad state of affairs, as far as I am concerned.
People just gobble half finished games up and that will be the new status quo.

4K tv really is just another marketing gimmick, so we have to rebuy everything we already bought again.

For most people 1080 is enough, including me.

External hd support.
The rest is certainly welcome, but that one is the headliner for me.

I generally use blu rays to back up the important stuff.
The rest can be redownloaded or replaced.
Though I'd rather not do any of that.
Just re ripping all the dvd's takes a month.

I got nearly 500 steam games.
And i am one of those who rips their own dvd's and blu rays, so I can watch em on a tablet and use my playstations as a video jukeboxes.

That takes a lot of space as well.

I kinda miss the days when all I needed for a back up was a few cd-r's.
Instead of a raid array and a blu ray writer.

I am short on space on my pc and I have 1,44 TB on my ps4 doing nothing.
I only have 300 gig in games on the ps4, so I decided to downgrade for the time being.

When the time comes and 1tb isn't sufficient anymore, I can use an external.

I plan to remove the 2 tb hd from my glacier ps4 and put it's 500 gig hd back.
I got a terminal case of lackaspace on my pc.
And with this new firmware update, I don't have to play the hd shuffle anymore.

But Nintendo hasn't been firing on all cylinders since the DS.
They are content to let a lot of their franchises rot. ( Or farm them out to other developers, with less then stellar results. )
While whoring out the same 3 franchises ( Mario, Zelda and Pokemon) whose formula's really are starting to wear thin.

Zelda really hasn't made any big strides since Ocarina Of Time, a title which is almost 20 years old now. ( ..damn 20 ? )
And pretty much all the Zelda's in it's wake are OOT reskins, the new one not withstanding. But that' s not out yet. So it might be just another reskin, it might be open world but empty, or it might indeed be all that.

And Pokemon ? Each game is the same, it's Nintendo's COD.
Sells like hot cakes just like COD as well.

Had slowdown so bad in certain area's of my ps4, I hooked it up to the internet with an ethernet cable.

Considering what they did to the phone ports and then ported that.... thing to Steam, i'd rather they don't touch FF6 at all.
And just release the Snes game in an emulation wrapper,

I'm actually one of those weirdo's that likes Resident Evil 6,
mostly because of the callbacks to older better, Resi Evils, ie anything before 4, in Leon's scenario.

Let's see how well it does compared to Resi Evil 5 and 6.
Which are Capcom' s best selling titles ever with 7,1 and 6,6 million units sold respectively.
While Street Fighter II sold 6,3 million units.
