The review is a re-publish. When I played it, which was, I don't know... maybe a year after release, it was running quite smoothly. I don't remember any issues with it by that point.

Make COD XBox exclusive for all I care. I have played my share of COD, I can survive just well without playing another one.

Can we please find another word to use? I am sick of people on both sides of this culture war using it.

I have had a love/hate relationship with Assassins Creed. I liked AC1, in spite of its limitations. AC 2, Brotherhood and Revelations, though superior to AC1 on a technical level, just didn’t appeal to me as much. I lost interest in the series during AC3. I didn’t play Black Flag until some time after its release, but it quickly became my favourite. I didn’t like Rogue at the time, but in the years since, I have grown to appreciate it. By the time that I got around to Unity, it was in a playable condition. Syndicate, like Black Flag, quickly became one of my favourite AC games. Origins, I never finished. I didn’t like the forced gear score, and I guess I lost interest. I haven’t played Odyssey or Valhalla.

If they take it down, can you still play it, or is it removed from your console? I'm on Essential, for the cloud storage more than anything. If there was an even cheaper tier than Essential, that was just cloud storage, I would go for that instead.

It makes no difference to me. I still buy disks. I only subscribe to Essential for (mainly), the added storage and free monthly games to use as a trial run of a game I might be unsure of. There's also online multiplayer, but I find more and more games I am gravitating towards, are singleplayer games.

It goes without saying, but don't buy from CEX. They are selling them for £535, and that's without any games. As if going into their store, and having your nasal cavity hit buy the scene of Eu Du BO, wasn't bad enough, they try to gouge shoppers. £535 for a console, that is in a poorer condition than what CEX would accept.

DLC, as in content cut from the game, just so it could be sold as an add on?

I want to give this a try, but I want to make sure that is in a playable state, that, or the price drops drastically sub £20. Whichever comes first.

Nudging players towards current gen is fine, if they are going to step up production of PS5's hitting the market.

I don't even need to know the score, this is a day one purchase for me. I have gone for the Deluxe Edition.

I enjoyed The Council, and will pick this one up too, in time, when the price drops. It's ridiculous that a new PS4 game, at this stage in its life, costs as much as it does.

I have to disagree what what others have said. It’s easy to say “screw last gen”, when you have been lucky enough to get a PS5. I don’t think the PS4 should be abandoned yet, at least unles the supply issue is no longer a thing.

There's a vague similarity. It's not as close as say... Sasha Zotova and Jill Valentine in the Resident Evil 3 remake.

I haven't played a GT game since GT5. I guess that won't be changing anytime soon. GT4 is the best in the series.

I can’t imagine being in the mindset of someone that would negatively review game they haven’t played, as if they had. Probably some console wars b.s. again.

What I don’t understand, is why the price of new PS4 releases went up. £50 for a new release is one thing, but £60?

Typical internet logic. “I have a PS5, so everyone else must now abandon their PS4.”

I don’t have a PS5, my PS4 is still going strong, I still have a backlog of PS4 games to get through, and lastly, I am not going to pay some scalping p.o.s to get my hands on a PS5.

And as another poster said, if my PS4 dies, and I want to continue gaming, my only option is to get another PS4, due to the lack of stock of PS5s.

@jgrangervikings1 The online community for Sniper Elite V2 Remastered, is already dead, as fall as I can tell. At least I can find any matches of any mode to join. I don't have that trouble with Sniper Elite 4, though.

And to think they put the Deus Ex series on ice for this games. I'd ask if was worth it, but obviously it wasn't.

I have enjoyed Wildlands and Breakpoint (yes, I said Breakpoint), but Battle Royale is the deal breaker. No thanks,

I understand that there are benefits to digital media. But I just wouldn't feel like I owned it. I like opening upo my storage boxes, and seeing my game collection boxed away. And that I might have game with are now rarer than hens teeth to find.

I've enjoyed the previous games, Crimes & Punishments is my favourite, but even The Devils Daughter isn't bad as it's made out to be. I'm a little unsure about this one, but i'll grab a copy all the same.

I bet they would find a way for full support reaching back to the PS1, if they could charge money for each game. I am not concerned about PS1 bc, because I don't have any PS1 games anymore. But I do have a decent library of PS2 and PS3 games that I would like to play on the PS4.

How is it that people hate the films because they're "not Resident Evil", yet this somehow is? I'll pass on this, and won't labour the point.

Look, I am all for waiting for the final product to make a judgement. That said, this simply just doesn't sound like what they should be doing with Fisher, and now makes me wish that we never see him in a game. It's almost as if the idea of a mainly single player game oozing with stealth, is now somehow anathema to them.

I honestly don't think the one on the left is an improvement over Zero Dawn. In the comparison article posted a few days ago, I thoght the Forbidden West Aloy looked like a step backwards.

Grand Theft Auto V is coiming to the PS5, as well as the PS6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

I have not though to moving onto the new generation, and won't until later this year at the earliest. But this must be a long wait for those wanting to do so now.

First they removed the communities, and now this. I would rather stick with what we have know. If it ain't broke, which it isn't, then don't fix it.

If you want people to buy your game at full price, then don't try to sell them a buggy mess.

The idea of patches fixing a game (sold at full price) after release, is the thing I hate most about the modern gaming industry. How about going back to the days when games were delayed if they weren't ready for release?

Now enemy projectiles can hit you through walls, but now on PS5.

I would prefer backwards compatability, as I still have my physical PS2 and PS3 game library.
