@cainhurst94 Valve has never really valued exclusivity. All of their major games aside from Alyx have had console ports at some point

@ED_209 I would LOVE any variety that is not live service games. Online multiplayer games were more respectable in the ps3 era, since they were designed to get people addicted and suck every last drop of money out of people.

Theres nothing wromg with just porting a game to be a modern system. I'm honestly sick of "remasters" that completely ruin the art style of the original game.

Thats bad and anti-art. Luckily physical copies still exist. Plenty of Yakuza fans don't like the new changes in this version

It really doesn't matter at all if it still needs servers to play. (The patch servers will probably long outlive the BF6 specific online servers)

@Gamer83 BC is basically all in software for ps5, so taking it away wouldn't save any money unlike say the ps3 or even the Wii (which saved a very small amount just from not having the memory card and controller slots. The Gamecube funtionality is still there and I'm pretty sure it can even still read the discs if you have a softmodded Wii.)

I think if there really is a handheld iteration of ps6, they will probably push that pretty hard in Japan.

@Npc1987 I mean it does kinda suck, but let's be honest here. Most people playing their old console by then are just gonna soft mod it. There will definitely be a way to get around the disc drive online check by doing that.

@SuntannedDuck2 lol yes I know about the Nomad and the PSP technically having video out (the PSP Go had a dock). I don't know what you're talking about with Microsoft though. They've never even had a handheld. Regardless it feels disingenous to pretend like this new Sony handheld isn't happening in response to the Switch. Its like saying the PS Move wasn't a response to the Wii because the Dreamcast had the fishing rod and marca controllers. Come on.

Something like this (if I wanted it), I would just buy it for cheap on sale or something and then just buy the digital games physically elsewhere.

@nomither6 fair enough I guess. I do like Unleashed and I do still like Sonic Gens better than Shadow.

@Lowdefal the Modern levels are way better than the Classic levels imo. Classic is fun in Gens but better in like Sonic 2 or Sonic Mania. I do sorta get what you mean, but most of the modern stage layouts wouldn't really work if the stages were entirely 2d. Also the nostalgia doesn't really play a factor for me. I've played Sonic Generations for over 100 hours and its just really fun to me. Shadow Generations has entirely 3d stages (plus some entirely 2d stages) with more 3d platforming if thats what you want though.

@Balaam_ Both Sonic & Shadow Generations are great games. At the very least good. Come on.

@Juanalf the ps3 ports are *****. They should use the DC versions as the base, bringing certain features when from the Gamecube versions when applicable.

In today's age of so many remakes, I actually kind of respect that. Even though I think an Sa1 remake could be pretty cool

@Member_the_game The skill ceiling is quite high for this game compared to most other kart racers. If you get in to chaining boost drifts it's really fun, but if that's not for you, other kart racers are probably better for you.

@Vyse_the_Legend PS classics aren't locked to premium outside of a few third party exceptions (due to those companies specifically it seems) You can buy them on the PS Store
