Re: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle PS5 Release Date, Pre-Order Info Seemingly Leaked

@x3King84 Yea it definitely will happen at some point I agree. Especially with games basically being reliant on three manufacturers deciding to continue to support physical media unlike something like Blu Ray or whatever where anyone can make a blu ray player. Microsoft will definitely not have a disc drive on their next console. Nintendo will probably continue to support physical for quite awhile given they still sell around 50% or more of their first party titles physically and just them being a little more old fashioned generally. Sony I'm a little iffy on, but I think ps6 will probably have physical media in some form or another. Isn't CDKeys kinda sketch from what I'm heard? Idk I really only play games on PlayStation and Nintendo consoles when it comes to modern stuff.

@x3King84 most games do have the whole thing on disc, even if it may be a bit buggy without updates. Meaning that at least some form of the game can be played well into the future. Some people like being able to sell their games and some people like collecting. As you mentioned, physical can often be cheaper as well. Overall, I don't have anything against people who prefer digital, even though I buy 99% of my games physical. Its good for consumers to have options at the end of the day.

Re: PS5 Pro Makes Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Look Like a Whole New Game

@nessisonett Why on earth would you think that? Most Sony games ran quite well on base ps4 even after ps4 pro came out. And most Sony games run quite well on base ps5. You'd think they'd focus on kneecapping their own games for base systems (which would be free) over paying third parties to kneecap their own games.
