Sony seem to be doing their best to lose market share and player sentiment this gen.

Annoying, just like the ff7 deal. Sony need have a chat/pay the right people. If you were buying a console after E3 it would be hard to go playstation.

When you have a player count like this it's essential to have bots, less you end up waiting ages or have empty servers. It's a good idea.

What are odds these developers manage to make the load times remain in the minutes range, even with the ssd 😅

Have to say it... genius game. Ellie is the bad guy and Abby is the only relatable character. Never thought I'd hate Ellie and want Abby to survive after the first hour. Desperate for some DLC to see what happens after the ending. The whole body meta was testament to the detail of the game too.

@vapidwolf lol. Course they do sometimes, but Skyrim, Oblivion, morrowind are three of the best experiences I've had in gaming. Combine that with space and we are on to a winner. Creation engine 2 should help reduce the bugs.

Also, did you find a single bug in Doom Eternal, Doom 2016, any Wolfenstein or Prey? Cos goddammed if I did....

Lol from what I read on here most fans 'think Bethesda are rubbish anyway', 'starfield looks crap'.

At least bethesda can aim to make game that takes full advantage of the xbox and pc. The future is definitely xbox, but still glad I got my ps5 for the ps4 and ps5 exclusives I missed.

Just wish xbox had haptics

I would not feel ok paying more than £15 for this game.

Unless there is some fancy haptics it's just gampass for me. That conference was mad. 27/30 on gamepass vs 70 quid a game (aaa) on ps5. Starting to feel like i ***** up buying my ps5 tbh.

I've noticed the speaker seems to absolutely batter the battery. I turned it off in returnal and essentially doubled my batt life.

@Daleaf try going offline for #9. Sounds weird but it works.

All I can say is I'm glad it was 'free'... amazed I finished it.

Can say what you want about how the game was intended. But I've had two no death runs ended on the 3rd boss (final form didnt load in properly glitch) and on the final biome from a hard crash today. Both runs with all bosses killed.

Pain in the arse not to be able to reset from glitches.

If they drop at all, people will never pay the 70 quid. It would hammer launch sales. They will hold for years just like ninty.

70 is too much however you spin it. But you get used to it...

I saw a game for 45 quid last week on the xbox and thought 'bargain' 👀 it resets your brain.

Based on my time with the demo this screamed 'wait for gamepass'. Reviewers seem to love it which I'm stunned by.

@Jaz007 there are no saves. The system works fine. I deleted my game by being an idiot and my save file was intact (my run wasn't, but why would I expect it to be?)

20 hours in. No crashes. One invisible barnacle. Doesn't need a save system because rest exists or I just play until I die. Spiderman remastered crashed enlessly but is universally loved....

Feel like people who don't get roguelikes should have read reviews - can't dedicate the time to the game, don't buy it. Or maybe it's time for them all to... git... gud...

Absolutely ridiculous. Use rest mode if you can't hack it/the mother shows up at your door. This is the issue with making flash looking roguelikes - people who don't understand the genre get silly about it.

At least you can pause 🤣
