This is one that’s on my list. I wish PlayStations B/C was as good as Xbox’s and could retroactively force a game to run at 60. Maybe I’m wrong on that? I’ve read Concrete genie is still locked at 30 and I’d love to get this done

@Noone2025 tbf PS6 will be rdna5 which will be leagues ahead of PS5 PRO. I think next gen will be a big leap in fidelity as Sony know they’ll need it

I’ll be continuing my paragon 300 grind on Diablo4, made it to 275 last night. I can see the brow of the hill coming up 😆. Also on the 2nd to last map on Roadcraft so more trundling around at a snails pace.

I’m finding it quite hard tbh. I’ve played about ten or so matches. And I’ve come away from half losing everything lol

Currently playing now. As other have said the ui is definitely an overload. But then it’s a new game so and most take some sort of getting used too. Really enjoying it tbh

@wildcat_kickz on GT7 it changes the game mate. Not easy to get used too but once you do it’s utterly fabulous

@dark_knightmare2 valve have already discontinued the cheap deck. And are running out of stock of the oled due to ram shortages. The steam box will barely get off the ground if at all due to same reasons. The steam deck hasn’t even cleared 10 million units? How is that a competitive situation. Even the apparent failure Vita cleared 15 million units so how the deck isn’t considered a failure I’ve no idea

Maybe they spent the money they saved on Bluepoint buying the metal gear ip from Konami and.. no no that would be a good thing to do wouldn’t it.. silly me

@Oram77 that’s pretty impressive. Imagine running at 120 with even higher resolutions. Stunner. GT7 will also run at 120 I think. People are absolutely right saying PRO5 is a test bed for PS6 and I’m more than happy to be a Guinea pig 😆

@Rich33 I’ve seen on Digital foundry PRO5 can get TLOU2 running in the 90s I’m sure or maybe I dreamt that ? Lol

@MrPeanutbutterz well yes anybody can see the PS5 PRO improves PS5 more than vice versa. PS4 pro just made the games stick to their 30fps targets a used checkerboard to hit a fake 4K. PRO5 is adding Ray tracing and hitting 60fps 💁. Have you ever used a PRO5? Look at GT7 or AC shadows for example vastly superior versions

@MrPeanutbutterz like I say one can hope 😉. GTA running at 60 on PRO but 30-40 on base would certainly shift more PRO’s. I believe PS5 PRO sales are roughly in line with PS4 PRO? Which was 20% of total PS4 sales. 20% of 120 million is quite a lot. Do the maths on that Eni, well it’s 250 million 😆

@Northern_munkey I’m just making the point that the only console that handed the PS3 a kicking was the Wii. Not the 360 😆. The 360 was out for a whole year before PS3 an still ended up behind. How is that a kicking? If the commenter had said the 360 was ahead for a while then fair enough. But at no point did it give the PS3 a kicking 💁. The Wii however gave them both a kicking truly

One trophy left on Diablo4. It’s been one hell of a grind and I’m still only at paragon 250. 50 more to go for that last one! Doubt I’ll be done this weekend somehow. So I’ll break that up with some Roadcraft chilling and continuing my remembrance playthrough of Demons remake in honour of you know who. Also plenty of Digital foundry through my headphones. Got some retro super show to catch up on. Somewhere I’ll fit in some activities for the kids 😆. Happy gaming guys

@ChallengerxUK well I disagree. It had a year head start an still ended up being outsold. The only console of that generation to give the PS3 a kicking was Nintendo’s Wii and that was only cos it was a gimmick
