not trying to answer on his behalf, but he did mention the Astrobot and Spiderman 2 controllers - those aren't just normal ones with ornaments on them. Personally my impression at first glance was "those like kinda dirty" - I guess due to the color scheme and "brown" edges.

I don't particular care about either of those properties, BUT the Pokopia trailer tickled some nostalgia in me, with all the recreating of the looks of the general earlier Pokemon games.

I wouldn't even take this as a dig at Guitar Hero, but more a dig at Activision Blizzard, that they killed this franchise.

I never got into Second Son when it came out, and only finished it recently just for finishings sake. I love Festival of Blood, I remember being heavily into the TV show True Blood during that time as well, it was just perfect.

Since it's coming to gamepass immediately I was crossing my fingers for a suprise PS Plus launch as well, but it's okay.

I already played Balatro on Switch and wanted to get into it again on PS5 for some sweet trophies. BUT: The PS4/PS5 versions don't have the super satisfying rumble effects the switch have? That's honestly a key part of the experience for me. Weird to omit them.

As for Horizon, I think the marketing is superb, and plays really into the absurd LEGO fun. Hoping this is a success, and more LEGO games based on videogame properties become a thing.

Do I need to play the spinoff on Panics Playdate console before? Just kidding, I know i don't and you know I did anyway.

I really like it, I'm all for seeing information at a glance. I barely use the social features on PS5, so I never look at what my friends are up to - but every now and again seeing something in the welcome hub is nice. Also like to put my storage up there, I'm always obsessing over space.

@Northern_munkey oh sure, someone says he doesn't enjoy bloodborne, and the logical reaction is to ask "do you enjoy gaming at all". Not aggressive at all. Normalize people not enjoying FS games. There are DOZENS of us.

It was such a great direct, especially of course because of the exclusive Nintendo games, but the multi platform releases are not too shabby as well.

If it uses a direct to console wifi connection (like the WiiU) I could be tempted. Otherwise my internet infrastructure here sucks, I never had good exeriences with remote play on phones in my own wifi.

Positivley surprised that this is a free upgrade. Guess Meta has enough cash though, so fair play. Together with an Astro's Rescue Mission 2 announcement PSVR2 would have been soaring!

I'll never forgive them for not showing any Astro related title. This was bad.

Here's to hoping they follow up todays event with a nice days-of-play kind of sale of PS plus subscriptions.

Correction: David Harbour is an actor who acts in this movie, he is NOT the script writer. Was taken aback there for a second.

Could already buy it via PS direct in Germany. The queue was open 20 minutes earlier. The address field was broken however, it always mangled my address. Found a workaround though.
