@RoomWithaMoose I would love Man-Thing in this game.

I mean Max should have known better. He talks up about wanting reasons to own consoles but more often then not he keeps playing on PC. Every time Sony showed trailers for the Final Fantasy 7 games, he was always going on about a PC port.

See I much prefer this approach. I get the value in physical games but we all know that it's becoming a much smaller market. So it's let's demand better digital terms.

I remember when The Last Guardian took on an almost mythical status because it took over seven years to come out. Now it's almost commonplace.

The petition only reached around 300k so I hardly think this will do much either.
Also how laughable is it with some of their reasons? Yes it sucks to see studio closures but they didn't care when Firewalk closed did they?

Man what a tough crowd. Hope it isn't reflected in sales because it's refreshing to see PlayStation finally have their own fighting game.

@Starkei That's not how that works. Those developers were employed specifically to make a multiplayer game so they wouldn't have been making Horizon 3 anyway.

@Bluemoon2008 Fighting game characters on average take between 5 to 7 months to make and with him not coming till around October to November they would have barely started on him.

I wonder if it's going to be a phoenix team for the first year. Part of me hopes that's not the case.
Though ArcSys tend to go a bit broader with team lineups so it could just be a heroes turned villains team.

@UltimateOtaku91 It hasn't been that way for decades. The big sellers most of the time each was sports games or multiplayer focused ones. GTA tends to be the anomaly.

@KoopaTheGamer I think they made Tokon in such a way that you can play it just as a 1v1 fighter.

I think it's more of a rival to Marvel Contest of Champions.
Hopefully Injustice 3 is happening.

Their not going to change their minds because the benefits outdo the losses and they can't really say anything with regard to their digital plans because it's heavily tied to PS6 which won't be out for a good while yet and Sony still have PS5s to sell.

The internet does what it always does and just spams the same regurgitated lines without any rhyme or reason. Even an indie studio that's made up of two people were getting the usual "will buy it, if it came on disc" crap. Very soon it'll reach the point where any so called campaign will lose all meaning because most will be sick of hearing it.
Also "Feel free to blast Sony and its own posts with your criticisms" I don't think it's right of Push Square to be saying that considering it's Sony's community managers that has to put up with that abuse.

Microsoft must be like "we're getting a lot of bad press, better announce every game that Bethesda is making...we have nothing to show but good PR right?!"
