If the few other Co-op games had online I'd bite, but I'm not sure I agree just X-Men Arcade is worth full price, at least without the personal nostalgia factor.

None of my price trackers went off for the things I had set to new lows or ones set to previous lows, so RIP. Guess I'll be banking on the Xbox Spring Sale having more 360 and OG Xbox games I'm missing.

@NonbinaryStarr Because whoever was in charge of the Twitter account was instigating people to predicable results as have been shown time and time again this plays out. But instead of acknowledging that or that the gameplay ended up being bad outside of design or story choices anyways in the end, people will just go 'it's the chuds fault', even though they were told their sales weren't wanted or needed.

I'm always surprised Marvel games don't feature Black Cat more. You'd think they'd jump at the opportunity to use their equivalent of Catwoman more often, especially since you could lump her into any story that takes place in New York without needing Spider-Man. Excited to see her get some attention, and interested to learn more about this White Fox lady, always excited to learn more about a fox character.

Tried it when I had Game Pass. It wasn't bad and had some good moments from what I played, but it got repetitive really fast. Ultimately it just felt like a boneless Fallout 4 to me, as they stripped a lot of the meat from the already not too complex combat, upgrades, & general mechanics. I'd definitely recommend it, but not until a decent sale.

@DETfaninATL Why would you think that though? The list of games and what versions of them came with it were given with the initial announcement.

Have they considered actually making games that interest the Japanese? Most games made with them in mind also appeal to Westerners in 2026, so it seems like a no brainer.

Lot of great Beat 'Em ups within a couple months of each other. Hoping more games get added, as there's some pretty big omissions.

Gonna be grabbing the Crash N. Sane Trilogy & Spyro Trilogy Bundle for just over $20 after tax, it's a new lowest price and $20 for 6 great games is a steal.

"Unremarkable story" is definitely a Con I should've seen coming from a Review about a game in a Genre entirely about the gameplay on a PlayStation website.

I miss MultiVersus. If they didn't immediately put Player First Games to the guillotine before it even ended I'd hope for a proper release that isn't live service. Unless they're done chasing live service stuff, whatever's planned is probably gonna disappoint everyone.

TES Online makes perfect sense for this honestly, if you're not paying for PS Plus you can't play it anyways.

Playing Starfield just made me want to replay Fallout 4 after a certain point. They're the same game for the most part, except Starfield stripped a ton of stuff Fallout 4 did and made it as basic and boring as possible. Spaceship fights are cool, but get repetitive real quick.

From what I've heard they got a decent amount of funding from Tencent, which would mean they pretty thoroughly lied to gamers to look better. Wouldn't be the first time Jeff Keele's show had a Tencent plant LARPing as being for Indies or being one of them. Wonder how much they're paying that shill.

Sounds like they made every possible wrong choice for a new version of a game, where they already made every wrong choice on already the first time. I'd be more surprised if this release didn't kill any faith in the new Dead or Alive entry.

It's a boneless Fallout 4. Fallout 4 was a great game but a terrible Fallout game. It just had to be the same thing but in an original setting, and instead they stripped out and over simplified everything to the point where it just makes me wish I was playing Fallout 4 again instead.

Sounds like they're gonna be heading down a worse path. Working on multiple projects at the same time already shows unimpressive results, and now they're gonna be doing it with one less year for each project? Gonna be a win-win to Microsoft though, more content for Game Pass even if it's bad AND they still get to yell at Obsidian for bad sales.

"Lore-heavy narrative" seems like a wild Con from a website that glazed things like Demon Souls and Bloodborne, IDK how to feel about that one.

Loved it personally. But the game was barely marketed and it seems backwards to not advertise a product and complain sales didn't meet expectations.

I also think people just see Sonic and immediately refuse the idea of paying full price for anything regardless of quality. Meanwhile people don't think twice about paying $80 for Mario Kart, and will foam at the mouth to buy DLC when that comes out regardless of quality, quantity, or price.

@J2theEzzo The robot is supposed to represent the Twin boyfriends and was from the first game, as I'd imagine programming the Beat 'Em Up equivalent of Ice Climbers from Smash Bros would be a programing nightmare.

Hoping this sequel doesn't rely on using weapons and griding for stats as much as the first game. Even after you grinded out max stats, the enemies were still pretty tanky in the later Stages.

Fallout 4 was a great game, but a bad Fallout game. All they had to do is take Fallout 4 and change the setting and it would've been great. ... They failed to do that for Starfield somehow.

I love Fallout 3 & New Vegas, but as they'll likely have even more glitches than the originals without fixing old ones, I can wait for a decent sale.

Not sure it'll be a good first impression for first time players. No multiplayer which is a key part of the Halo experience, Sprint added without changing the Levels to account for it, & the fact that the game seems to be internally based on Halo Reach which is not known for being super balanced on harder Difficulties.

@nomither6 They're Nerfing Gambit in the same Update among other balancings. iirc they're lowering his standard attack damage and the healing of his Ulti, presumable so DPS players stop trying to use him as a DPS character.

Even if it didn't have the expectations of a BioWare game it would still be painfully mid. Not even bad, just... non-interestingly average.
