Even for someone like me who's not very good at action games, I've still having a blast playing the story mode.

@Gamer83 Personally, it still does. The main differences that I've noticed (at least by comparing the modes in demo) are enemies do less damage, have less HP and don't deal damage when I parry successfully. In normal mode, they still do some damage when you parry unless it's a perfect parry.

Other aspects like their speed, movements and density seem to be the same. Though I've only been playing the story mode in the full version of the game, there might be other differences in the full version.

I'm not good at action games at all but I'm still having lotsa fun playing the story mode of this game.

This is such a great action game.

Yes, but I haven't even finished the main game yet and I'm still playing FF7 Rebirth.

Not to mention that my preordered copy of Stellar Blade is coming next week. LOL!

I'm still playing FF16 and Rebirth so I guess I won't ever get to the other FF games.

They are among my favorite studios.

FF7 Rebirth and nothing is even close yet.

I expect/hope Stellar Blade is able to compete with it for my GotY this year.

It really depends on the type of games.

Action/open-world games have to be 60fps minimum or I'd get motion sickness. It's a real problem.

But turn-based or 2D games, I really don't mind 30fps.

I don't know about the others but this game is my GotY contender so far and I play many RPGs and ARPGs.

The sales number in Japan is definitely very odd.

QB is really so much fun and each game doesn't take forever.

I thought they are releasing a new peach/beige controller when I only saw the pic. LOL. That's a nice color too.

@BranJ0 They (or games like this) will get consistent sales over time instead of front-loading the sales.

@Matroska I haven't found any part particularly tedious or brutal, even including the supposedly tedious staircase part. (Ya I opted this way. LOL)

It's probably because I really like the characters, combat and, I don't play like a full day straight each time. I think my longest sessions are on the weekends, about 4 hours each time.

I only started playing Remake because of the Twin Pack. Can't believe I put this amazing game off for so many years.

May be but it's not like most people care.

People play games to relax and have fun; not to determine if Sony is using a fair model to rank its popular games.

Went straight to preorder it halfway through the demo when I wasn't even planning on playing to play it on launch.

As much as I buy mostly digital now, any company that disrespect people for collecting physical games is not gonna even be the one that I buy digital from.

GaaS has long reached its peak and I hope Sony will see this with the current CEO gone.

I'm not anti-GaaS but the focus should not be on it. It should always be on how to optimize the console game experience that is a little difficult to experience on other platforms like mobile devices and PC. (People can argue that there's nothing that PC can't do, but console has the advantage of standardized specs)

Not my type of games, especially when it's a 3rd person shooter. But if I'm gonna try any 3rd person shooter out, this will be it.

Japan Studio had so many phenomenal games. It's a pity that Sony shut it down.

@Rjak I'd compare it to having fast food. It's simple, quick and easy way for some dopamine rush.

Ultimately, subscription model is reliant on the quality of the content. What MS is doing does very little to nothing for the quality. They are ultimately shooting their own foot in the long run.
