Great month ,4 games instead of 3 ,as I love my driving and racing games f123 is very much appreciated ,sifu sds alot gd hard fun ,and the other 2 I shall look at as well ,brilliant month ,what's not to like
On a side note to anyone who has bought pacific drive,is the ps5 version got terrible framerate issues as been reported or is it very playable still as I'm thinking of buying it as it sds like a great atmospheric game I would very much enjoy ,thanks to anyone who can give me info on this ,thsnks
Wow hopefully that's true about sifu as its a game I was gonna buy but held off as so much else to get through, but very pleased if its coming to essential and I love a gd challenge
Yes can't wait to get psvr2,I had the first one and absolutely loved the immersion, fantastic experience and vr headsets generally will only get better,I do think vr will become mainstream in time
I do agree though that it does feel as if the standard ps5 hasn't reached full potential by some distance and I suppose the ps5 pro is an extra option ,I do love that Sony provide plenty options for gamers ,they have been fantastic imho ,portal,psvr2 etc etc and the ps5 pro will be another addition to get 1 when u choose if you do get 1 ,many gamers will stick with standard ps5/slim ,but all gd really as more options the better
Yes I will get a ps5 pro ,can never have enough power etc for gaming ,really looking forward to it and I think it'll be a gd upgrade specs wise as well,it'll be very Interesting to see
No physical, no buy for me,but I have a huge backlog anyway and probably not get around to playing it anyhow even if it does get a physical release, digital no thanks
Really enjoyed this sop, this year is going to be very gd I think ,plenty to look forward to and also with ds2 next year I'll have to get round to playing ds1 sometime this year and also love what appears to be metal gear coming back a gd while down the line
It's physical all day long for me,the other gamers on here have listed all the reasons why physical is so important are the same reasons why I think physical is so gd ,but all good to gamers who prefer digital for convenience ,options is what it's about as well
It's pure arrogance plain and simple, I love physical media and will continue to buy it whether it's games, movies etc etc ,what planet are these people from lol and guess what, I 100% own my collection, utter nonsense it really is
Congrats to Sony for this 50 million milestone,I was lucky enough to get my ps5 on launch day and haven't looked back ,sure ps4 etc cross gen games with the pandemic/chip shortage was to be expected but haven't regretted for a second getting it at launch, absolutely love the dualsense, the ssd speed ,much quieter and my backlog is keeping me very busy lol,and aload of games coming next yr as well ,what's not to like, and also what I really like is sonys playstation division has given us loads of extra accessories, dualsense edge,portal,psvr2 and now a ps5 slimmer option, fantastic times now and ahead for ps5
Not been really any time for gaming this weekend apart from couple hrs on the new truck and logistics sim on ps5 and I've really enjoyed it so far, just great to load, drive and deliver as it says on the box, great to relax to
If this information on ps5 pro turns out to be true ,then it's all gd ,I personally don't think you can ever have enough power etc for gaming ,and if my finances allow me to be able to afford a pro next September then I'll defo be getting one,
If its absolutely true ,which seems like a gd probability after all we've heard from other sources that a ps5 pro is coming maybe towards end next year, then I'm all in on it and will get one
Well I'm not at all surprised about this, its a problem now and gonna be a real serious problem in the near future, there are quite a few reasons though why I personally choose physical games/movies etc etc over digital and will continue to do so,happy gaming everyone
Abit of the dailies in gt7 ,trying to get to A grade ,at B at the moment ,it's a real grind but love a challenge in trying to get there ,I will get there ,its just not if but when lol,and a bit of the fabulous teardown which is something so different and maybe abit of the relaxing powerwash simulator which is great as well
Abit of teardown on ps5 which is so far really really fantastic I'm early on in the game but I'm having a great time with it, I didn't expect to like it this much which goes to show you just never know what yr gonna really enjoy even if sometimes its not yr genre ,the physics in teardown as well are really something, 😀
Yeah it's gaming returning to abit of normality after covid the boom was never gonna last ,I personally don't game now anywhere near as much as back then but I have alot of hobbies and interests anyway
The only downside is letting go of the ps4 with just a big user base with Cross gen games but that was to be expected I think ,from here on in there will be less and less cross gen but it does unfortunately take some time to transition over to ps5 only, but it's all gd ,looking forward to what's coming in near future
I think my ps5 is an awesome console, from the dualsense to the lightning quick ssd ,the first couple yrs were hampered by covid but its certainly hitting its stride now with sales through the roof and the best Is definitely yet to come we have so many great gaming times ahead that's for sure ,and I'm going to buy a psvr2 shortly to add to the experience really looking forward to playing gt7 in vr,fantastic times to be a gamer:)
Sounds like a great option for those that have a need for it,will I get one ?,probably not at least not yet, hope people that buy it get alot use out of it
Yes well deserved and long may it continue, sony has been brilliantly aggressive with products and I personally love all the options what with portal,psvr2,dual sense Edge, ear Buds and headset etc etc ,long may the ps5 greatness continue
Abit of gt7,and having just bought re4 remake on ps5 after bit price drop in argos I'll get into it ,looking forward to it as haven't played ps2 version for ages so I'll see if it lives up to its review high scores ,I'm sure it will though all those gamers giving it really high scores cant all be wrong lol
No I won't get a ps5 slim unless my launch day ps5 calls it a day ,it's been an amazing console so far quiet and very reliable, I'll hold out for ps5 pro if it gets launched next year, but for anyone getting a ps5 slim hope you really enjoy it.
Physical for me all day long ,and several reasons why I buy physical, it still makes them alot money and I'm not gonna be forced down that digital only rabbit hole, choice is fantastic ,as for Alan wake 2 I would have bought it on disc if they'd released on disc ,its no worries though as I have a big backlog anyway, whatever you buy, disc or digital ,enjoy yr games fantastic hobby
A really big and great update ,so many races for me to do in single player that doing them would last me well into next year as I mostly play sport mode but there is so much to do even before this update and now its on an enormous scale lol,I will spend some of this weekend looking through sophy a.i and doing some single player races among some dailies in sport oh and new license as well and new track to try ,list goes on ha 😀
A really great update, really didn't expect sophy implementation at all until sometime early next year and didn't expect such a big update of all other things added ,of course there could possibly be more in patch notes tomorrow, just trying out sophy a.i in quick race on 9 circuits with some many different cars will be fantastic on its own, let alone extra snow circuit and all other content to get through,I have a heap of single player events to get through anyway before this update tomorrow lol,as I tend to play sport mode in dailies but fantastic update ,really looking forward to trying it all out, fantastic game just about to get better ,thank you pd 😀
Yep gamers absolutely should have option of buying physical if they choose as I would've bought it as well but if they cut out options of how people choose to buy then they create their own problems and lose potential sales ,their problem not mine
The ps5 slim looks fine,I'll be sticking with my launch day ps5 ,it's been fantastic so far ,silent as well, only if mine failed would I then get a slim ,but if the pro does actually end up releasing next year and it's got the specs to make it worth while upgrading then I'll go for that instead, happy gaming all, 😀
@pixeldragon,that's great to hear that you'll game for a gd while yet,it is a great hobby especially in winter months, love the ps5 and I don't think we've seen certainly the best lf it yet what with ps4 having a long life, some amazing games on the way I feel for ps5 so many great games for everyone to choose from ,I have a big backlog but rather that than nothing to get on with lol, enjoy:)
Yes choice is always great for people, whether you buy digitally or physically.personally I love to buy physical as I personally feel there's a sense of ownership, can buy games for other people at birthdays,Xmas etc, cheaper, can get something back when you want to trade in,and for me at least I enjoy going to swap a game in disc drive and at then take the time to have maybe a break ,cup tea etc etc, some of the special editions are great as when I had preordered rdr2 special edition with the maps etc included and that's just 1 game,if people choose digital then all power to them ,but it's not for me,have a great day and enjoy this great hobby of ours:)
@pixeldragon,physical will survive no doubt ,but if it all went digital then I'd quit modern gaming as there's alot more to life than gaming anyway ,physical will be around for a gd while yet
I love buying my games on physical discs and will continue to do so ,its up to us gamers who love physical to keep it alive ,physical discs will be around for ages ,all gd and happy gaming to all
I'd personally never choose any phone for gaming over a pc or console ,I only use my Samsung smartphone for games of chess and other simple games for forms of entertainment on a touchscreen and that's when not at home etc ,I wouldn't care how powerful a phone is ,it's simply not proper gaming to me who are they trying to kid lol
I personally won't be getting one as I would not use it,when I'm away anywhere for any reason ,I have phone use ,not that I use phone that much either just games of chess mainly if anything and just because of that tells me it would be waste of money for me at least ,I do see the uses other people would get from it though and it's a cool idea actually ,so all power to gamers who would get most from this,I did have a ps vita when that came out and I didn't quite honestly get the most from that either ,I'd toyed with getting a switch at some stage but I've got to know I'm gonna use it quite regularly and I just don't think I would, maybe one day I'll change my mind on these things ,it's a great idea though from Sony and hope people enjoy it
I'm currently on ps extra and essential doing the subs every 3 months and while the increase isn't gd news I'm still very pleased this year so far with aload of great games on essential and extra, not such a gd month this month but not every month is gonna be a banger,I'll see what happens in the near future with games coming to these tiers but pretty happy overall still finding it great value for me at least ,is bit shame for price increases but think sony will just bring more and better games moving forward, we will see
