Forza Horizon 3. I'm knee deep in the Blizzard Mountain expansion, and I have to complete the Forzathon challenges for the free cars.

Forza Horizon 3. Just getting into the meat of the game.

A little Pac Man CE2, a little F1 2016, then next week it's Forza Horizon 3 launch.

Gonna try to play some more F1 2016 this weekend. I'm trying to complete a full season before Forza Horizon 3 hits in a few weeks.

Forza 5. Not 6, 5. I need to get to the next level in my rewards, and I have a major gap in Forza 5 compared to the other games.

I don't know either way, but if MS can make the graphical upgrades worth it, then I'll upgrade. As-is, I'm thinking about getting an Alienware notebook and maybe getting an Xbox One S to have for console gaming.

The Pinball Arcade. The Season 6 pass was just put up for sale on Steam, and the season starts with one of the games I wanted, Indianapolis 500.

I'd probably call it a wash and say they both were good and bad in their own ways. MS, I'm not sure announcing Scorpio this early was a good idea. It seems like the X1S is selling well on Amazon- the 500GB model apparently peaked at #2 on the Amazon all format charts- but we'll see what momentum they have. Sony had some good announcements- the Spider-man game and whatever Kojima's making both look interesting. Games for both look nice, MS's Xbox Anywhere initiative is nice to have, overall, I'll call it a tie.

I will say straight up, though, that you all are getting hyped for the wrong game with "Horizon" in the title...

Forza 6. I keep meaning to start Rise of the Tomb Raider and/or Quantum Break, but I'm two races from completing the Porsche campaign, and the NASCAR Expansion dropped this week, so...

@darkswabber The Pinball Arcade has the Doctor Who license. It's the better pinball game anyways.

As an Xbox One owner, I really don't know how to feel about this. I mean, the January NPD suggests the X1 was down year-to-year while PS4 was up. Halo 5 was the worst-selling mainline entry in the series. Forza 6 and Forza Horizon 2 stalled after selling 1 million copies. Rise of the Tomb Raider struggled to sell 1 million, and the PC version was released pretty quickly. Sunset Overdrive bombed.

Is this going to be another Sega Dreamcast situation or what? I have so many questions and not a lot of answers. MS has an X1/Win10 summit in 13 days, but this does feel like MS is prepping us for when they abandon console gaming altogether. And I'm kinda sad about it.

Slightly more excited at this point that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is going to be backwards compatible on Xbox One. Apparently, it slipped early, and there were reports on NeoGAF and Reddit that it worked, and worked really well.

Sadly, it was taken down, and I couldn't verify this with my physical copy of the game, but it's probably going to get added in soon for real, and the fact that people say it ran well has real good implications for the other fighters down the road.

@sub12 I don't think Namco said anything about Tekken 7 being exclusive, and Killer Instinct isn't that bad. Don't knock it until you try it.

Xbox One apparently sold 1.2 million, it wasn't that bad.

Played Forza 6 and The Pinball Arcade this weekend. Forza 6 is all I'm playing on my Xbox One at the moment- I have Halo 5 and Rise of the Tomb Raider, I just need to start those. Inching along in career, now I'm running Le Mans prototypes with the Mazda 787B. Pinball Arcade added No Fear: Dangerous Sports on the Steam version this weekend, and it sounds like they're adding Judge Dredd for Christmas.

Yeah, if they want to win me back, there needs to be a new OutRun and a new Daytona USA too.

@Gamer83 I'm wondering if DriveClub will get Porsche DLC. I keep hearing that the exclusivity deal EA has with Porsche expires after December, but I haven't had official confirmation yet.

Honestly? I hope this game bombs and EA gets the message and returns the series to its real roots of exotics and cop chases. I'll stick with Forza 6 in the meantime- Porsche DLC as early as January, and we're getting Fallout- themed cars. We just got the 1988 McLaren MP4/4 F1 car too.

Actually, another thing I'd like to see is something off of the Xbox One. You know how, on the X1, you can highlight a game, press a button, and go to a "manage game" function where you can download all your DLC at once?

If PS4 doesn't have that, it should, considering all the DLC pieces for DriveClub and DOA5LR.

PS1 Classics and PS2 Classics would be nice to have. I have a bunch of them, paid and PSPlus freebie.

@Boerewors MS made some great strides since launch, but you're right, it's near impossible to shake off that first impression. I wonder if MS should just accelerate R&D on the next Xbox so they can have it out in two years, much like what Nintendo is doing with the NX...

themcnoisy, Barry Sanders played at running back. Gamer83 is correct on this. (I'm a Miami Dolphins lifer, so my favorite player is Dan Marino, and my least favorite is Ray Finkle.)

@Vorlon Its an easy mistake to make, but the only thing that's Porsche related in Ruf vehicles is the bodyshell, and even that's heavily modified.

And this doesn't take into account that Ruf has no equivalent for the 928, 944/968, 918 Spyder Hybrid, 911 GT1, etc. etc.

.. but will they ever get Porsche? Forza Horizon 2 has them as DLC, and Forza 6 is getting them soon.
