That's not certain at all, we won't know what happens until the game comes out. It probably won't be a mega release like gta 6. But you can't compare this to a GTA.

Yes of course Ps Plus costs money. Netflix too, Gamepass too. But you do get a choice of different games to play every month, whether it's your taste or not. A service always costs money. But then you don't have to offer a game for ten bucks. There are enough people who bought the game for the full price or in a sale. So they have much more right. You are not obliged to take ps plus extra or premium. Essential is also mandatory, unless you want to play online. But there are enough great games (certainly on Playstation) that don't need that. Yes, of course €50 is way too much money. But it will naturally become a lot cheaper. Not that suddenly everyone wants and needs to play Days Gone.

A shame? this has always been the case, they might as well give it away for free. Nice for sites to get clicks again. No, Sony is simply right. If you bought the game before, it is only fair that you can buy it for ten bucks. If you got it "for free" with PS Plus, you simply pay for it.

It's always funny to read how people suddenly start playing games as soon as it is announced that they are leaving PS Plus.

That depends of course, first of all what do they have to tell you? Is that exciting to know? Or can they use their time better to work on a solution behind the scenes. When xbox is down I never read anything about it but when it happens with Playstation it's on all the news sites in the world.

Yes because strong hardware does indeed sell well...that man can talk a lot of nonsense. He wants to justify everything that is wrong. This is a game that definitely deserves a remake! Played it to death on day 1 in 2007 on my Xbox 360. Bring on a PS5 version please.

What a load of nonsense. I never think much of those "analysts". 12 years ago they said that Gaikai would push Sony and Microsoft out of the console market......Then Sony took over Gaikai. This is just a bit of bravado in the hope that as many news sites as possible will write about it. And that works quite well.

This is actually quite sad, the same goes for that Horizon clone from Tencent. They really can't come up with anything themselves I believe. I'm more looking forward to Park Ranger Simulator, from Aerosoft. They do have good simulation games. But that's not Shovelware

Yes of course, Sony wants quality and if a game doesn't deliver they are done with it very quickly. I say put it on ps plus for free and give it good updates. Stop that live service crap and make real games Hermen. I grew up with Playstation but this is far below par. Playstation for the Players... make sure it's happening.

I don't know but something about a series S could be the reason it's delayed on Xbox. And in Asia I think PS sold 5 times as many as Xbox. So launching on Playstation first isn't such a crazy choice.

I must honestly say that I enjoyed reading your story! really genuinely interesting. I didn't know that story either. In fact, I'm going to look into it a little more. And it indeed gives a nice look at the situation. But still, this is neither the Sony nor the Microsoft of 10 years ago. I think that today a completely different management approach is needed to keep things running. It remains to be seen whether the right approach is sometimes chosen. But I do think Hermen knows what he is doing. In that respect, I honestly think he has more in mind for the industry than Phil Spencer. But that's my personal view on console land. And if Hermen had worked for Xbox and Phil for Playstation it would have been exactly the other way around.
